    Celâl Nuri İleri Meşrutiyetten Cumhuriyet'e geçişin önemli simalarından birisidir. Döneminin aydınları gibi Osmanlı Devleti nasıl kurtarılabilir? fikri üzerinde durmuştur. Dil de bu değişim düşüncesinden etkilenmiş ve aydınlar arasında tartışılan önemli fikir konuları arasında yer almıştır. Bu konuda Celâl Nuri farklı makaleler kaleme almış ve Türkçemiz (1917) adlı eserde 21 makalesini toplamıştır. Türk dili hakkındaki makalelerinin yer aldığı eserde, tarih biliminden yararlanarak Türk dilinin içinde bulunduğu durumu ve geleceği hakkındaki değerlendirmelerde bulunmuştur. Biz de bu çalışmamızda Türkçemiz adlı eseri Osmanlı Türkçesinden Türkiye Türkçesine aktardık ve makaleleri inceleyerek İleri'nin Türkçe hakkındaki düşüncelerini değerlendirdik.Celâl Nuri İleri is one of the most personalities of the transition From the Republic. He is studying on the idea of intellectuals such us Ottoman Empire (How the Ottoman Empire have rescue) so that the language affected by this opinion and it has composed between the ideas. This issue also has written varios anticles on the other hand he collected 21 articles in our Turkish Language in 1916.     1789 Fransız İhtilâli’nden sonra siyasi literatüre giren sol düşünce kavramı 19. yüzyılda şekillenmiş ve Avrupa’ya yayılmaya başlamıştır. Osmanlı İmparatorluğu da tüm engelleme girişimlerine rağmen sol düşüncenin topraklarına nüfuz etmesine engel olamamıştır. İttihat ve Terakki Cemiyeti de sol düşüncenin yükselişte olduğu bir dönemde kurulmuştur ve Fransız İhtilâli sonrası yayılan diğer fikirlere olduğu gibi sol düşünceye de kayıtsız kalamamıştır. Bu tezin amacı ise 1902 yılından 1918’e kadarki süreçte sol düşünceyle Cemiyet’in arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya koymaktır.The concept of left thought which entered political literature after the French Revolution (1789) was formed in the 19th century and began to spread to Europe.     WOS: 000400779400006In this work, the effect of aging period on the characteristic transformation temperatures, thermodynamic parameters and structural variations of CuAlNiMn shape memory alloys were investigated. Aging was performed at above the austenite finish temperature of the un-aged specimen (120A degrees C) for six different retention times, namely 1h, 2h, 3h, 4h, 5h and 6h. The changes in the transformation temperatures were examined by differential scanning calorimetry at different heating/cooling rates. The aging period was found to have an effect on the characteristic austenite and martensite transformation temperatures and thermodynamic parameters such as the enthalpy and entropy of alloys. High-temperature order-disorder phase transitions were determined using a differential thermal analysis, which showed that all the un-aged and aged specimens had an A2 -> B2, B2 -> L2(1) and an L2(1) -> 9R, 18R transition. The structural analysis of the un-aged and aged specimens was performed through X-ray diffraction measurements at room temperature. The intensities of the diffraction peaks varied according to the aging time

    Biophysical and microbiological study of high hydrostatic pressure inactivation of Bovine Viral Diarrheavirus type 1 on serum

    The effect of high hydrostatic pressure application on fetal bovine serum components and the model microorganism (Bovine Viral Diarrheavirus type 1 NADL strain) was studied at 132 and 220MPa pressure for 5min at 25°C. Protein secondary structures were found to be unaffected by an artificial neural network application on the amide I region for both untreated and HHP treated samples. FTIR spectroscopy study of both the HHP-treated and control samples revealed changes in the intensity of some bands in the finger-print region (1500-900cm -1) originating mainly from lipids which are thought to result from changes in the lipoprotein structure. The virus strain lost its infectivity completely after 220MPa HHP treatments. These results indicate that HHP can be successfully used for inactivation of pestiviruses while leaving structural and functional properties of serum and serum products unaffected. © 2011 Elsevier B.V

    Laparoscopic Repair of Combined Right Diaphragm and Liver Injuries with a Sharp Object: A Case Report

    Introduction. Diaphragm injuries develop following penetrating or blunt traumas. The purpose of the case report is to present a 28 year old male patient with stable hemodynamic findings treated with laparoscopic approach following a liver injury combined with a right diaphragm injury caused by a sharp penetrating object. Case. 4 cm long transverse laceration was observed near the middle axillary line in the 6th right intercostal space in the examination performed on a 28 year old male patient who applied to the emergency service due to sharp penetrating object injury. Respiratory sounds were decreased in the right side and the examination revealed sensitivity in the abdomen. Elevation in the right diaphragm and hemopneumothorax was monitored in chest X-ray and computerized tomography. Closed subaqueous thorax drain was placed and the patient was taken to the surgery with a right diaphragm injury prediagnosis. Laparoscopic exploration was performed to the patient with stable hemodynamic findings by entering through 10 mm port above the abdomen. 6 cm long injury at the right side of diaphragm and approximately 2 cm deep at the deepest point and 5 cm long linear laceration was observed in the 7th segment of the liver. The diaphragm was repaired laparoscopically with sutures that do not melt on their own. Tampon was applied to the laceration in the liver and bleeding control was performed with suture. Patient was discharged on the 3rd day because he had no problems during postoperative follow-ups. Result. No noticed right side diaphragm rupture and possible concomitant visceral organ injuries following a penetrant injury that can cause significant mortality and morbidity should be definitely kept in mind. The detection of right side diaphragm and liver injury is vital with high mortality in case of delayed diagnosis, and direct radiography and computerized tomography are helpful in the diagnosis. Surgical treatment with laparoscopic approach is a method that leads to less hospitalization duration and less pain in cases that are hemodynamically stable
