    La presente investigación tiene como objetivo establecer la influencia del ISO 27037:2012 en la mejora del análisis informático forense en la División de investigación de delitos de alta tecnología de la Policía Nacional del Perú, Lima 2022, esto debido a que, las diversas incidencias informáticas, no se registran adecuadamente en las computadoras y servidores. No se hace uso de plataformas digitales para el almacenamiento, manejo offline y online de la información relevante sobre diversos casos. De esta manera, existe una deficiencia en cuanto al manejo de la información, al tratamiento de ésta y sobre todo la relevancia de cada dato dentro de un proceso legal, la metodología de la presente investigación es experimental y se realizó un análisis pretest y post test. Los resultados obtenidos revelan que la adopción de la norma ISO 27037:2012 ha tenido un efecto notable en la eficiencia y efectividad de las operaciones forenses en la División. En primer lugar, se observó una reducción significativa en las horas empleadas en el proceso de análisis forense, lo que indica una optimización en la gestión del tiempo y recursos. Esta mejora es especialmente valiosa en un entorno en el que la celeridad en la obtención de pruebas es esencial. Además, el promedio de la extracción de datos aumentó de manera significativa, lo que implica que se logró capturar una mayor cantidad de información almacenada en dispositivos móviles. Por último, y no menos importante, se registró un aumento en el número de casos resueltos de manera satisfactoria por parte de los analistas forenses. Esto refleja la influencia positiva de la norma ISO 27037:2012 en la eficacia del proceso de investigación

    Personalidad y riesgo de reincidencia en internos sentenciados por robo agravado en el Establecimiento Penitenciario de Cusco, 2022

    El estudio que se expone asumió tuvo como intención de comprobar el grado de relación que existe entre la personalidad y el riesgo de reincidencia en internos sentenciados por robo agravado en el establecimiento penitenciario de Cusco, 2022. Con un método de tipos descriptivos- correlacionales, diseños no experimentales; 92 internos conformaron la muestra del tipo probabilístico, las pruebas psicométricas utilizadas son test de personalidad de Big Five y el test de reincidencia EVCV-RR. Los resultados son los siguientes: el 31.5 % de internos tuvieron un factor de personalidad frecuente de afabilidad; y un 75 %, de un alto riesgo de reincidencia en la que se tuvo una correlación baja (rs = .229); el 45.7 % de internos tuvieron un nivel de factor extraversión muy alto con una correlación moderada (rs = .534); el 29.3 % de internos, un nivel de factor afabilidad muy bajo con una correlación baja (rs = -.215); el 35.9 % de internos, un nivel de factor conscientes muy bajo con una correlación moderada (rs =-.308); el 46.7 % de internos, un nivel de factor neuroticismo muy alto con una correlación moderada (rs = .532); el 46.7 % de internos, un nivel de factor apertura muy alto con una correlación moderada (rs = .586). Por tanto, se demostró la significativa relación entre la personalidad y los riesgos de reincidencias en internos sentenciados por robo agravado

    Urban sustainability indicators have allowed the generation of treatment methodologies for the solutions of several problems addressed in the ODS, and to improve the habitat of society, in the absence of an international unified list, inconveniences may arise when trying to solve problems such as the reuse of abandoned buildings. Therefore, the objective of the research was to evaluate the international sustainable indicators in recycled and reused public infrastructure and adapt them to the city of Cuenca for the urban recovery of abandoned sites. Using a descriptive-observational methodology with a qualitative approach through a literature review under a timeline and case study. The results showed that the situation of abandonment of the Santa Ana Bullring must be analyzed in depth for its intervention through the obtained indicators of recycling and reuse of infrastructure; moreover, in the study, the issues of green spaces, public space, temporality of infrastructure, indicators of mobilization and urban maintenance services are considered as the most feasible in the case. Concluding that, the importance that the Bullring had for the city of Cuenca and the space it occupies should be considered the implementation of indicators for an adaptation of the site for the benefit of the collectivity. and regenerate the environment of the society.Los indicadores de sostenibilidad urbana han permitido generar metodologías de tratamiento para las soluciones de varios problemas que se tratan en los ODS, y mejorar el hábitat de la sociedad, al no existir un listado unificado internacional se pueden presentar inconvenientes al tratar de solucionar problemas como la reutilización de edificios abandonados. Por lo cual, el objetivo de la investigación fue evaluar los indicadores sostenibles internacionales en infraestructura pública reciclada, reutilizada, y adaptarlos a la ciudad Cuenca para la recuperación urbanística de los sitios abandonados. Utilizando una metodología descriptiva – observacional con un enfoque cualitativo a través de una revisión bibliográfica bajo una línea de tiempo temporal y estudio de caso. Los resultados dieron a conocer que, la situación de abandono de la Plaza de Toros Santa Ana, tiene debe ser analizada a fondo para su intervención mediante los indicadores obtenidos de reciclaje y la reutilización de infraestructuras; por otra parte, en el estudio, se considera prioritario los temas de espacios verdes, el espacio público, la temporalidad de las infraestructuras, indicadores de la movilización y los servicios de mantenimiento urbano como los más factibles en el caso. Concluyendo que, la importancia que tenía la plaza de Toros para la ciudad de Cuenca y el espacio que ocupa se debe considerar la implementación de los indicadores para una adaptación del sitio en beneficio de la colectividad.  y regenerar el entorno de la socieda

    Local hydrological conditions influence tree diversity and composition across the Amazon basin

    Tree diversity and composition in Amazonia are known to be strongly determined by the water supplied by precipitation. Nevertheless, within the same climatic regime, water availability is modulated by local topography and soil characteristics (hereafter referred to as local hydrological conditions), varying from saturated and poorly drained to well-drained and potentially dry areas. While these conditions may be expected to influence species distribution, the impacts of local hydrological conditions on tree diversity and composition remain poorly understood at the whole Amazon basin scale. Using a dataset of 443 1-ha non-flooded forest plots distributed across the basin, we investigate how local hydrological conditions influence 1) tree alpha diversity, 2) the community-weighted wood density mean (CWM-wd) – a proxy for hydraulic resistance and 3) tree species composition. We find that the effect of local hydrological conditions on tree diversity depends on climate, being more evident in wetter forests, where diversity increases towards locations with well-drained soils. CWM-wd increased towards better drained soils in Southern and Western Amazonia. Tree species composition changed along local soil hydrological gradients in Central-Eastern, Western and Southern Amazonia, and those changes were correlated with changes in the mean wood density of plots. Our results suggest that local hydrological gradients filter species, influencing the diversity and composition of Amazonian forests. Overall, this study shows that the effect of local hydrological conditions is pervasive, extending over wide Amazonian regions, and reinforces the importance of accounting for local topography and hydrology to better understand the likely response and resilience of forests to increased frequency of extreme climate events and rising temperatures

    Geographic patterns of tree dispersal modes in Amazonia and their ecological correlates

    Aim: To investigate the geographic patterns and ecological correlates in the geographic distribution of the most common tree dispersal modes in Amazonia (endozoochory, synzoochory, anemochory and hydrochory). We examined if the proportional abundance of these dispersal modes could be explained by the availability of dispersal agents (disperser-availability hypothesis) and/or the availability of resources for constructing zoochorous fruits (resource-availability hypothesis). Time period: Tree-inventory plots established between 1934 and 2019. Major taxa studied: Trees with a diameter at breast height (DBH) ≥ 9.55 cm. Location: Amazonia, here defined as the lowland rain forests of the Amazon River basin and the Guiana Shield. Methods: We assigned dispersal modes to a total of 5433 species and morphospecies within 1877 tree-inventory plots across terra-firme, seasonally flooded, and permanently flooded forests. We investigated geographic patterns in the proportional abundance of dispersal modes. We performed an abundance-weighted mean pairwise distance (MPD) test and fit generalized linear models (GLMs) to explain the geographic distribution of dispersal modes. Results: Anemochory was significantly, positively associated with mean annual wind speed, and hydrochory was significantly higher in flooded forests. Dispersal modes did not consistently show significant associations with the availability of resources for constructing zoochorous fruits. A lower dissimilarity in dispersal modes, resulting from a higher dominance of endozoochory, occurred in terra-firme forests (excluding podzols) compared to flooded forests. Main conclusions: The disperser-availability hypothesis was well supported for abiotic dispersal modes (anemochory and hydrochory). The availability of resources for constructing zoochorous fruits seems an unlikely explanation for the distribution of dispersal modes in Amazonia. The association between frugivores and the proportional abundance of zoochory requires further research, as tree recruitment not only depends on dispersal vectors but also on conditions that favour or limit seedling recruitment across forest types

The phylogenetic composition also shows substantial spatial patterns not related to the environmental variables we quantified (R2 = 28%). A greater number of lineages were significant indicators of geographic regions than forest types.Main ConclusionNumerous tree lineages, including some ancient ones (>66 Ma), show strong associations with geographic regions and edaphic forest types of Amazonia. This shows that specialization in specific edaphic environments has played a long-standing role in the evolutionary assembly of Amazonian forests.     We describe the geographical variation in tree species composition across Amazonian forests and show how environmental conditions are associated with species turnover. Our analyses are based on 2023 forest inventory plots (1 ha) that provide abundance data for a total of 5188 tree species. Withinplot species composition reflected both local environmental conditions (especially soil nutrients and hydrology) and geographical regions. A broader-scale view of species turnover was obtained by interpolating the relative tree species abundances over Amazonia into 47,441 0.1-degree grid cells. Two main dimensions of spatial change in tree species composition were identified. The first was a gradient between western Amazonia at the Andean forelands (with young geology and relatively nutrient-rich soils) and central–eastern Amazonia associated with the Guiana and Brazilian Shields (with more ancient geology and poor soils). The second gradient was between the wet forests of the northwest and the drier forests in southern Amazonia. Isolines linking cells of similar composition crossed major Amazonian rivers, suggesting that tree species distributions are not limited by rivers. Even though some areas of relatively sharp species turnover were identified, mostly the tree species composition changed gradually over large extents, which does not support delimiting clear discrete biogeographic regions within Amazonia
