This study entitled Analysis of Routine Capability in Tebo District Development Financing under the guidance of Drs. Adi Bhakti. SE., M.Sc. This study aims to determine Routine Capability is one of the basic capital of local government in financing regional expenditures, as measured by the Routine Capability Index ratio. The analysis technique used is through descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that with the growth of Local Own Revenue of 16.01% per year and the average growth rate of Regional Expenditure in Tebo Regency of 10.92% so that during the period 2008 - 2012 the ratio of ability index routine of 3.58% and this means that Regional Original Income (PAD) has a low ability to finance routine expenses

A framework of integrated continuous online learner with fuzzy neural network application in learning environment

Online learning has become popular among university due to its flexibility and adaptability. This technology offers the capability of learning, anytime and anywhere, based on student preferences. However, the general method of Personal Identification Number (pin) to verify the user does not guarantee a person's identity, because other people can use it. Even occasional visitors and users tend to pass their tokens or share their passwords with their colleagues to make their work easier. In all scenarios, online assessments such as quiz, test and examination are conducted without face-to-face supervisions. This situation potentially leads the students to find help from their peers or other sources to get high scores. This research addressed the issue related to the online assessment. The main objective of this work was to propose the use of the Online Learner Verification Framework (OLVF). This proposed solution utilizes the keystroke analysis and activity-based authentication for the online learner authentication. Besides, a fuzzy neural network approach was used to train and validate the learners’ identity to predict their cheating tendency. In addition, challenge questions are also generated randomly by the system, based on user profiling. An online learning system was designed specifically in this study to simulate an original online learning assessment. It is expected to contribute to the field of security, where dynamic profile queries are asked, based on the previous history extracted from the online learning system. The proposed framework was validated using experimental datasets from an online learning system, elearning2u.com. The results obtained showed that, the proposed framework is able to overcome problems associated with the existing methods, thus improving the security level of the current online learning systems. Among others, appropriate questions and answers for the system-generated challenging questions are such that, invalid users will find them very difficult to guess. As a result, valid users too will find it difficult to provide their usernames and passwords to a third party or to ask others to answer online assessments for them. The results obtained proved this framework to be the safest method to be used, if implemented in the current online learning system

RUMAH SUSUN NELAYAN DI PANJANG WETAN KOTA PEKALONGAN

Selain sebagai kota dengan basis kerajinan batik, Pekalongan yang berbatasan langsung dengan laut jawa ini juga memiliki keunggulan dalam bidang perikanan. Wilayah Kelurahan Panjang Wetan merupakan daerah pesisir pantai, dimana sebagian besar warganya bermata pencaharian sebagai nelayan yang rata-rata berpenghasilan rendah. Padahal mereka juga seharusnya tetap memiliki rumah yang layak huni untuk dijadikan sebagai tempat berlindung dan melakukan aktivitas sebagai upaya untuk mensejahterakan kehidupan para nelayan tersebut. Maka dari itu diperlukan sebuah bangunan rumah tinggal masal yang diharapkan dapat mengatasi masalah permukiman tersebut, yaitu dengan di bangun Rumah Susun. Kajian diawali dengan mempelajari pengertian, jenis, dan klasifikasi tentang Rumah Susun, persyaratan perancangan bangunan, serta studi banding di Rumah Susun Tegalkamulyan di Cilacap dan Rumah Susun PandangaranCilacap. Dilakukan juga tinjauan mengenai data Kota Pekalongan yang terkait dengan perencanaan dan perancangan Rumah Susun Nelayan di Panjang Wetan Kota Pekalongan, seperti data penduduk, data rumah tidak layak huni, dan tinjauan lokasi tapak. Pendekatan arsitektur yang digunakan adalah Arsitektur Tropis. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam menentukan program ruang mencakup pendekatan fungsional, kontekstual, kinerja, teknis, dan aspek arsitektural. Pemilihan tapak berada di Jl. Yos Sudarso, dimana pada sisi barat tapak langsung berbatasan dengan Sungai Banger. Diharapkan dengan adanya perencanaan dan perancangan Rumah Susun Nelayan di Panjang Wetan Kota Pekalonganini dapat terwujud di kemudian hari

Meaning and Use of Haiku in the Game “Bungou to Alchemist”

Haiku is a Japanese poem that is unique and uses a minimum of words, but it is still beautiful and has deep meaning. In this modern era, there are educational games that use haiku. One of them is the Japanese literary-themed game 'Bungou to Alchemist'. This game is about poets who are brought to life by alchemists to protect endangered Japanese literary works and eradicate the enemy, namely shinshokusha. Alchemist plays the role of librarian (shisho), who directs the bungou (poet) to eradicate the shinshokusha. One of them is Kawahigashi Hekigotou, a famous Japanese haiku poet. The aim of this study is to find the meaning contained in Hekigotou's four haiku that appear in the game and to identify the cause of the four haiku being used, using Roland Barthes' semiotic theory. This study used qualitative research methods. The result of the analysis is to show that Hekigotou's haiku used in this game has meaning related to life and is used to strengthen the conveying of Bungou to Alchemist ideas contained in the haiku in the form of a representation of Kawahigashi Hekigotou's feelings. At the same time, this game is a place for young people to get to know and learn literature, especially haiku

Pemeriksaan Pap Smear Sebagai Skrining Lesi Prekanker Leher Rahim

Latarbelakang Permasalahan kesehatan reproduksi pada perempuan usia produktif sangat banyak. Salah satu permasalahan yang membuat tingginya tingkat mortalitas perempuan adalah kanker leher rahim. Adanya pemeriksaan sebagai deteksi dini dan penyaring (skrinning) terhadap kanker leher rahim sangat penting dalam menurunkan angka mortalitas Metode  Kegiatan ini direncanakan akan diselenggarakan pada bulan Agustus 2019. Lokasi kegiatan akan dilakukan di Klinik Pinang Masak Universitas Jambi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode penyuluhan serta pemeriksaan langsung pada peserta kegiatan dan edukasi mengenai pap smear. Hasil Kegiatan dihadiri oleh 35 peserta yang berasal dari civitas akademis dan dharma wanita Universitas Jambi. Setelah penyuluhan dilakukan pemeriksaan pap smear. Sebanyak 19 orang bersedia dilakukan pemeriksaan pap smear. Kesimpulan Pap smear sangat penting dimana tidak hanya efektif untuk mendeteksi (skrinning) kanker leher rahim tetapi juga perubahan sel leher rahim yang dicurigai dapat menimbulkan kanker

Antidiabetic effect of Psychotria malayana Jack in induced type 1 diabetic rat

Background: Therapies for hyperglycemic treatment, including insulin and oral diabetes medications, have been confirmed to cause several side effects. Thus, finding new drugs with fewer side effects is of high importance. Salung leaf herb (Psychotria malayana Jack) reported used in traditional societies as a treatment for diabetes. However, the scientific proof of this plant for diabetes treatment is still lacking.Objective: To evaluate the antidiabetic effect of the P. malayana jack in induced type 1 diabetic rats by assessing blood glucose level and pancreatic cells in white rats.Methods: Alloxan used to induce type I diabetes. Rats randomly divided into six groups. A Group P1 received 250 mg/kg BW; group P2 received 500 mg/kg BW, group P3 received 1000 mg/kg BW. While group 4 basal received no treatment, group 5 received distilled water as a negative control, and group 6 received glibenclamide as a positive control. Medications are given for six days. Glucose levels were measured, and observation of pancreatic Langerhans cell damages.Results:  A decrease in blood glucose levels observed in all treatment groups. The most significant reduction (49.76%; 1000 mg/kg BW) occurred in the P3 group. Morphological features of pancreatic Langerhans cell damage were slightly high in the P1 group.Conclusion: P. malayana Jack can consider having an antidiabetic effect in a type 1 diabetic rat by reducing blood glucose levels
