    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh konsumen di Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer Gresik yang berjumlah 150 orang sedangkan sampel sebanyak 110 orang dan terdapat 10 orang yang tidak memenuhi kreteria peneliti, metode yang digunakan peneliti purposive sampling dengan ketentuan responden yang pernah memilih paket gedung excellent dan paket rumah luxury di Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer Gresik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil regresi diperoleh t hitung 9,495 sedangkan t table 1,985 oleh karena itu kualitas produk mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen di Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer Gresik. Pada variabel harga memiliki -4,180 sedangkan t tabel 1,985 mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen di Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer Gresik. Pada kualitas pelayanan memiliki t hitung 7,225 sedangkan t tabel 1,985 mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen di Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer Gresik. Variabel kualitas produk, harga dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh simultan dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan help seeking terkait pemilihan jurusan kuliah pada siswa kelas XII IPS SMAN 1 Juwana. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMAN 1 Juwana kelas XII Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 252 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua alat ukur, yakni skala help seeking yang terdiri dari 26 aitem dengan koefisien realibilitas 0,870 dan efikasi diri dari 33 aitem dengan koefisien reliabilitas 0,917. Hasil analisis korelasi pearson diperoleh skor koefisien sebesar rxy = 0,630 dengan skor signifikansi 0,000 (

    Human face recognition (human face recognition) is a major branch in the field of biometric verification in addition to the introduction of eye retina, fingerprints and signature patterns and its application has been widely used in various network security system applications, door control systems, to the benefit of attendance recording system. The current study aims to utilize facial recognition techniques as data input for information systems that record the presence of lecturers at the Hamzanwadi University Faculty of Engineering. The technology base for developing the system support software is OpenCV and the Java programming language. This research was conducted with the design-science for IS research method that emphasizes the build and evaluate cycles.     Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kurangnya media pembelajaran yang layak digunakan pada pembelajaran Parktikum teknologi dasar Otomotif di Jurusan teknik kendaraan ringan di SMK Negeri 2 Lamongan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa media pembelajaran trainer elektronika dasar yang telah divalidasi dan dinyatakan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran dengan nilai presentase 80%. Dan hasil respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran trainer elektronika dasar dinyatakan sangat baik dengan nilai presntase 82,67%. sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa media trainer elektronika dasar layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran teknologi dasar otomotif. Dan hasil pengamatan efektifitas proses belajar siswa dinyatakan sangat efektif dengan nilai presentase 81,65%. The type of this riset are use descriptive quantitative method, secandary data and primary data, in this case we use accumulate data thecniqve by specific interview observation and documentation. while, to choose the informan we use purposive sampling thecniqve and analysis data thecniqve by reduction of data, presenting data and then we dray the conclusion. from the result of this riset, the government of sumenep regency that belongs in the unit of work on that region have been done the musrenbang of both from the village level, become maximal. even merely fulfill doing the process of musrenbang wel done. althaugh there are some unrealization program, but it can understandabhg, because the limitations of the budget provided by the government. but the appreciation of Jawa Timur governoor about sumenep regency is being process and musrenbang implementation of sumenep regency is trully kept and the government of sumenep regency responsibly. Jadi dalam pelaksanaan Musrenbang baik dari tingkat desa, kecamatan bahkan sampai tingkat kabupaten bukan hanya sekedar memenuhi kewajiban untuk merealisasikan programnya. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan mengunakan data skunder dan data primer, dalam hal ini melalui teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam, pengamatan dan dokumentasi, sementara teknik penentuan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sedangkan teknik analisis data yaitu dengan mereduksi data, penyajian data kemudian penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian ini Pemerintah Kabupaten Sumenep yang tergolong dalam Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) sudah melaksanakan Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan (MUSRENBANG) baik dari tingkat Desa, Kecaamatan, dan bahkan sampai tingkat Kabupaten dengan maksimal. Bukan hanya sekedar melaksanakan proses Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan (MUSRENBANG) saja, akan tetapi Pemerintah sudah mengimplementasikan dari hasil program prioritas Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan (MUSRENBANG) dengan baik. Walaupun ada sebagian program yang belum terealisasi, akan tetapi hal ini bisa dimaklumi, karena keterbatasan anggaran yang disediakan oleh Pemerintah. Tapi yang jelas aprisiasi dari Gubenur Jawa Timur terhadap Kabupaten Sumenep dalam proses dan implementasi Musyawaarah Perencanaan Pembangunan (MUSRENBANG) Kabupaten Sumenep itu sudah menunjukkan bahwa proses dan implementasi kebijakan Musrenbang di Kabupaten Sumenep sudah tercerminkan.      Difficulties in teaching during the COVID-19 pandemic are felt by students, teachers, and parents. Cognitive abilities are also less honed because during Learning from Home students' work is done by parents. The purpose of developing these teaching materials is to help students improve learning outcomes and improve cognitive abilities. The method used in this study is a 4-D model and modified into 3 stages, namely defining, designing, and developing. The results of the validation test and field test obtained a percentage of 90.6% and it is said to be very valid so that it is suitable for use in learning.     IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR MAHASISWA PGSD

    The purpose of the research was to implemented Problem based Learning (PBL) media in improving student learning outcomes in the PGSD Study Program, Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University. This type of research used CAR (Classroom Action Research) by reviewing research in the form of descriptive. This research procedure was carried out for two cycles with the stages of planning, implementing, and reflecting. The stages was carried out with: 1) the planning stage by drawing up a Learning Implementation Plan and lecture contracts, preparing media, materials, and instruments; 2) the Action Stage is carried out in accordance with the RPS that has been prepared; 3) the observation and evaluation stages are carried out during the learning process and carry out documentation during the learning process in the classroom; 4) the reflection stage, namely analyzing the previous process, both its weaknesses and strengths. Learning outcomes in cycle 1 showed the percentage of 66% of students who did not complete their studies. And in cycle 2 there are 90.9% of students who complete learning. It can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning Model is very effective in improving the cognitive aspects of students

    The meaning of this research is to analyze and describe the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction of PAMSIMAS Tirto Adji Desa Sidomukti Bungah. This study used 82 samples using cluster sampling technique. The method of analysis of this research is instrument test, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t test, and F. The findings prove that service quality has an influence on customer satisfaction with a sig level. 0.019 < 0.05. Product quality affects customer satisfaction with a sig level. 0,000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously service quality and product quality also affect customer satisfaction with a sig level. 0,000 < 0.05
