Analisis Kemandirian Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun di Paud Bhakti Bunda Kecamatan Payung Sekaki Kota Pekanbaru
An Initial observation of the independence of children aged 5-6 years in Early Childhood Education Bhakti Bunda Payung Sekaki District of Pekanbaru City showed that: 1) There is still a child who asks accompanied in the classroom when learning and fun activities in class, 2) There is also a turn in the assignment of teachers to his parents when learning and playing in class, 3) There are still finding children who are still very dependent on parents is often he cried when left at school by his mother, 4) To get help from the people around him, children are often whiny, 5) Whine and often catapult protests when seeing things that are not in accordance with his wishes, 6) Kids always say can not and always ask for help in completing its tasks, 7) In the process of teaching and learning always ask the teacher to sit beside him, 8) never completing the assignment of teachers to good. This study aimed to analyze the independence of children aged 5-6 years in Early Childhood Education Bhakti Bunda Payung Sekaki District of Pekanbaru City. The sample used in this research were 26 children. The data collection techniques were used observation. Data were analyzed using a percentage formula by entering the number of scores achieved divided by the maximum score and then multiplied by 100%. The results of the four research aimed to analyze the independence of children aged 5-6 years in Early Childhood Education Bhakti Bunda Payung Sekaki District of Pekanbaru City. The sample used in the indicator independence of children aged 5-6 years in Early Childhood Education Bhakti Bunda Payung Sekaki District of Pekanbaru City are in the category of "Enough" with a percentage of 69.59%. Obtaining the lowest percentage contained in the confidence indicator is 64.18% with the category of "Enough", while the highest percentage gains contained in the physical capability indicator is 74.52% with the category of "Enough"
Audit Sistem Informasi Akademik STIKES Salsabila Menggunakan Cobit 5 Domain Dss
Electric arc length-voltage and conductivity characteristics in a pilot-scale AC electric arc furnace
Abstract
The heat transfer processes and the molten metal bath kinetics of the electric arc furnace are governed by the changes in the arc length and voltage. Thus, information on the electric arc behavior with respect to the voltage is important for accurate computation of the furnace processes and adjustment of the industrial furnace parameters. In this work, the length-voltage characteristics of electric arcs have been studied in a pilot-scale AC electric arc furnace with image analysis, electrical data from the furnace, and slag composition. The arc length was determined with image analysis and the relation between the arc length and voltage from test data. The relation between arc length and voltage was found to be non-linear and dependent on the slag composition. The voltage gradients of the arcs were evaluated as a function of arc length and sum of anode and cathode voltage drops resulting in a reciprocal relation. Furthermore, the electrical conductivity of the arc plasma with respect to arc length was estimated
Safety of hospital discharge before return of bowel function after elective colorectal surgery
Background: Ileus is common after colorectal surgery and is associated with an increased risk of postoperative complications. Identifying features of normal bowel recovery and the appropriateness for hospital discharge is challenging. This study explored the safety of hospital discharge before the return of bowel function. Methods: A prospective, multicentre cohort study was undertaken across an international collaborative network. Adult patients undergoing elective colorectal resection between January and April 2018 were included. The main outcome of interest was readmission to hospital within 30 days of surgery. The impact of discharge timing according to the return of bowel function was explored using multivariable regression analysis. Other outcomes were postoperative complications within 30 days of surgery, measured using the Clavien–Dindo classification system. Results: A total of 3288 patients were included in the analysis, of whom 301 (9·2 per cent) were discharged before the return of bowel function. The median duration of hospital stay for patients discharged before and after return of bowel function was 5 (i.q.r. 4–7) and 7 (6–8) days respectively (P < 0·001). There were no significant differences in rates of readmission between these groups (6·6 versus 8·0 per cent; P = 0·499), and this remained the case after multivariable adjustment for baseline differences (odds ratio 0·90, 95 per cent c.i. 0·55 to 1·46; P = 0·659). Rates of postoperative complications were also similar in those discharged before versus after return of bowel function (minor: 34·7 versus 39·5 per cent; major 3·3 versus 3·4 per cent; P = 0·110). Conclusion: Discharge before return of bowel function after elective colorectal surgery appears to be safe in appropriately selected patients
