PEMBAGIAN HARTA GONO-GINI DAN PENETAPAN HAK ASUH ANAK AKIBAT PERCERAIAN BERDASARKAN UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 1 TAHUN 1974

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembagian harta gono-gini akibat perceraian menurut Undang-Undang Perkawinan dan bagaimana penetapan hak asuh anak akibat perceraian. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif, disimpulkan : 1.Pembagian harta gono-gini akibat perceraian berdasarkan ketentuan Pasal 36 Undang-undang Perkawinan, suami istri dapat bertindak atas persetujuan kedua belah pihak. Atas dasar musyawrah harta gono-gini dapat dibagi atas dasar kesepakatan dan kerelaan kedua belah pihak. Dapat dibagi dua karena kedudukan suami dan istri seimbang dalam perkawinan atau pembagian lain sesuai kesepakatan. 2. Penetapan hak asuh anak akibat perceraian menurut Inpres Nomor 1 Tahun 1991, untuk anak yang belum dewasa atau belum berumur 12 (dua belas) tahun adalah hak ibunya. Sedangkan untuk anak yang sudah dewasa diserahkan kepada anak untuk memilih di antara ayah dan ibunya sebagai pemegang hak anaknya. Atau menurut pertimbangan hakim berdasarkakn kondisi perilaku istri maupun suami untuk mengasuh anak. Penetapan pengadilan tentang hak asuh anak tidak memutuskan hubungan darah antara anak dan orang tua kandungnya dan tidak menghilangkan kewajiban kedua orang tuanya untuk membiayai hidup anaknya.Kata kunci: Pembagian harta gono-gini, penetapan hak asuh anak,  akibat perceraian

A Study on the Ability of the Second Year Students of SMKN 2 Pekanbaru in Comprehending Procedure Texts

The aim of this study is to find out the ability of the second year students of SMKN 2 Pekanbaru in comprehending procedure texts. The population of this research is all of the second year students which consisted of 301 students. There were 40 students who participated in this study as sample. The instrument was a test adapted from authentic material. The frame of the test was covered by 5 components such as, finding main idea, finding factual information, finding meaning of difficult word, finding references, and finding generic structure. Each component consisted of 6 questions. The test contained 30 items. Before the test was administered, the test was tried out to find out the difficulty level and the reliability of the test. To analyze the data, the raw score of the students was calculated and the level of ability was identified by using the classification of ability level by Harris (1974). The result showed that the ability of the second year students of SMKN 2 Pekanbaru in comprehending procedure texts was at Mediocre level with mean score 51.8. Therefore, it can be concluded that most of the students were able to comprehend procedure texts. To reach this, the students were suggested to do more practice in reading procedure texts in order to comprehend and to improve the ability in reading due to the poorness of their reading ability

TRENDS IN COMPANIES’ DISCLOSURE GOING PUBLIC: ETHICAL PROSPECT

Information disclosure in a go-public company is very important as transparency for stakeholders. This research discusses about trends of disclosure of media company which will go public. It is also carried out by using documentation study on the media company prospectus occurred in 2016-2021. Population is the prospectus of 18 media companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data was then assessed by 10 students from department of financial management and 10 students from department of accounting, 10 company leaders and 10 investor practitioners. The data was processed by using Weighted Means Score (WMS). The result showed that the aspect of disclosure, cash flow, type of product/program, investment result, risk and business activity are in open category. The disclosure on assets is in the very open category; while the disclosure on important events is in the fairly open category. A media company that will go public, viewed from the ethical prospect (disclosure trend) towards company’s information is in open category which means it has already been open towards information owned by the company

Expiratory muscle fatigue impairs exercise performance

High-intensity, exhaustive exercise may lead to inspiratory as well as expiratory muscle fatigue (EMF). Induction of inspiratory muscle fatigue (IMF) before exercise has been shown to impair subsequent exercise performance. The purpose of the present study was to determine whether induction of EMF also affects subsequent exercise performance. Twelve healthy young men performed five 12-min running tests on a 400-m track on separate days: a preliminary trial, two trials after induction of EMF, and two trials without prior muscle fatigue. Tests with and without prior EMF were performed in an alternate order, randomly starting with either type. EMF was defined as a ≥20% drop in maximal expiratory mouth pressure achieved during expiratory resistive breathing against 50% maximal expiratory mouth pressure. The average distance covered in 12min was significantly smaller during exercise with prior EMF compared to control exercise (2872±256 vs. 2957±325m; P=0.002). Running speed was consistently lower (0.13ms−1) throughout the entire 12min of exercise with prior EMF. A significant correlation was observed between the level of EMF (decrement in maximal expiratory mouth pressure after resistive breathing) and the reduction in running distance (r 2=0.528, P=0.007). Perceived respiratory exertion was higher during the first 800m and heart rate was lower throughout the entire test of running with prior EMF compared to control exercise (5.3±1.6 vs. 4.5±1.7 points, P=0.002; 173±10 vs. 178±7beatsmin−1, P=0.005). Analisis Pengaruh Ekspor Neto terhadap Nilai Tukar Rupiah terhadap Dolar Amerika Serikat dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Indonesia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan Nilai Ekspor neto ,Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan Nilai tukar rupiah terhadap US dollar di Indonesia, selama periode tahun 1993 sampai tahun 2014 dan menganalisis pengaruh Nilai Ekspor neto terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan Nilai Tukar rupiah per US dollar di Indonesiaselama periode tahun 1993 sampai 2014 hasil penelitian menunjukkan Perkembangan ekspor neto Indonesia selama periode 1993 sampai 2014 mengalami naik turun atau fluktuasi dengan rata-rata nilai ekspor adalah 17952,77 dalam Juta US Dollar dan rata-rata perkembangannya adalah 14,84%. selama periode tahun 1993 sampai 2014 rata-rata pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia adalah 4,71% dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi tertinggi terjadi pada tahun 1995 yakni sebesar 8,2% dan pertumbuhan ekonomi terendah terjadi pada tahun 1998 yakni -13,1%, terlihat selama periode tahun 1993 sampai tahun 2014 rata-rata nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dollar amerika serikat adalah 7.854,27 dan rata-rata perkembangannya adalah 14,60% dengan penguatan rupiah tertinggi atau penurunan dollar terendah terjadi pada tahun 1999 yakni -21,55% dan penurunan rupiah tertinggi atau penguatan dollar tertinggi terjadi pada tahun 1998 yakni sebesar 244,24%. Hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa selama periode penelitian yakni tahun 1993 sampai tahun 2014 ekspor neto tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia dan ekspor neto berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai tukar rupiah per US dolar.   Kata Kunci : Nilai Ekspor ke neto, Pertumbuhan ekonomi dan Nilai tukar (Kurs

On the Sound Absorption Improvement of Water Hyacinth and Coconut Husk based Fiber Reinforced Polymer Panel

This paper emphasizes on the sound absorption improvement of the water hyacinth and coconut husk based fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) panel. The dry water hyacinth and coconut husk were milled and sieved before it mixed with polyester and methyl ethyl ketone peroxide as the catalyst. The composition is 200 ml, 25 grams, and 20 ml for the polyester, fiber, and catalyst respectively. The mixture casting is by using a square tray to form a flat FRP panel through open air drying without any compaction process. Three different approaches i.e. multiple quarter wavelength resonators, air cavity, and front fibrous layer inclusion are implemented to the FRP to improve its sound absorption performance. The entire measurements conducted by using transfer function based impedance tube technique refer to ASTM E-1050-98 standard. B&K 4206. It found that the proposed approaches are increase sound absorption coefficient of the bulk FRP significantly. The best performance occurred on the coconut husk based FRP when the 8 of quarter wavelength resonators combined with the fibrous layer. Pengaruh Konsentrasi Buah Jambu Biji Merah terhadap Sifat Fisikokimia dan Organoleptik Fruit Leather Pulpkulit Durian - Jambu Biji Merah

Fruit leather can be made from the pulp of durian skin. Making fruit leather pulp of durian skin has a weakness that has no taste and flavor as well as color less attractive so that material needs to be added with a strong flavor and color from the outside. One of them is with the addition of guava fruit. The concentration guava red give you different characteristics of texture, color, and flavor leather is produced. The research was done to determine the effect of concentration red guava on physicochemical and organoleptic leather pulp of durian skin red guava. The research design used was the RAK (Random Design Group) non factorial factors examined were the concentration red guava that consists of 6 (six) in the form of 10% (b/b); 20% (b/b); 30% (b/b); 40% (b/b); 50% (b/b); 60% (b/b), and repeated treatment level as many as four (4) times. The parameters tested included the physicochemical (moisture content, aw, texture (flexibility), pH, and color) and organoleptic (a fondness for taste, texture, and color). The use of red guava increased aw, moisture content, texture (flexibility), redness, on the other hand decreasing the value of pH, lightness, and yellowness of leather. The best concentration of red guava was at 40% which had pH 3.16, aw0.60, moisture content 17.35%, texture (flexibility) 36.73 N/s, lightness 43.36, redness 26.21, and yellowness 21.35 with sensory scores for flavor, texture and color were 4.59, 4.58, and 5.24 respectively with scoring 1-7
