En este trabajo monográfico haremos una exégesis de 1Co 13,1-13. Es el relato más conocido como el Himno al amor. Este texto se encuentra ubicado en un marco en el que Pablo habla de los dones espirituales o carismas. Los corintios se ufanaban de que tenían diversos carismas y dones. En este contexto Pablo quiere mostrarles a los de Corinto que la plenitud de los carismas es el amor. Si falta la caridad, todo lo que hagan no sirve de nada. El amor es como la madre de los demás carismas. Es un amor fundamentado en Dios que nos ama. Son dos movimientos (a Dios y a nuestros hermanos) pero una misma realidad: el amor. Clima organizacional y desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la Sede Administrativa DISA Cutervo

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la influencia del clima organizacional en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la Sede Administrativa DISA Cutervo, 2021 . La metodología utilizada tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, el diseño no experimental, de corte transversal, correlacional; para la recolección de datos se utilizó como técnica la encuesta. Y como instrumento se utilizó dos cuestionarios de 15 ítems para cada variable, la validación del instrumento se realizó por tres expertos, la confiabilidad de 0,931 con alfa de Cronbach y se estableció por medio de una prueba piloto. Los resultados obtenidos de los 30 trabajadores, indicaron que el 50% de los encuestados consideraron el clima organizacional como malo y el 70.0% de ellos presentaron un desempeño laboral regular. De la prueba de normalidad Shapiro -Wilk (0.014), es menor que 0,05, se tiene una distribución no paramétrica, por lo tanto, las pruebas de correlación se hicieron con la Rho Spearman, Asimismo, con el 95% de confianza se determinó la relación de las variables, donde el valor del coeficiente de correlación de Spearman fue de Rho 0.396*; y la correlación de la variable Clima Organizacional y desempeño laboral, es positiva y significativa en el nivel 0,05 (bilateral)

Nonocular Melanocytic Neoplasia in Cats: Characterization and Proposal of a Histologic Classification Scheme to More Accurately Predict Clinical Outcome

Nonocular melanocytic neoplasia is considered uncommon in cats yet is routinely encountered in diagnostic pathology and recognized to exhibit a wide variation in biological behavior. Accurate prediction of clinical outcomes is challenging with no widely recognized prognostic criteria. Signalment and tumor location were retrospectively evaluated in 324 cats diagnosed with nonocular melanocytic neoplasia. Histologic features were described in 141 neoplasms and outcome data were available in 79 cases. Immunohistochemistry using Melan-A, PNL-2, cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2), and E-cadherin was performed in a subset (n = 24). Multivariate analysis identified tumor site, mitotic count, and the presence of intratumoral necrosis to be independent predictors of tumor-related death. On the basis of these findings, we propose a novel histologic grading scheme in which nonocular melanocytic neoplasms involving the lips, oral or nasal mucosa, or nasal planum are considered high grade if they fulfill 1 or both of the following criteria: at least 4 mitoses in 10 high-power fields (HPF) or presence of intratumoral necrosis; those arising elsewhere are considered high grade if they fulfill both of the above criteria. Of 79 tumors with outcome data, 43 (54%) were low grade and 36 (46%) were high grade. The grading system had an 80% sensitivity and 92% specificity for predicting tumor-related death in this population of cats. Median survival for cats with low-grade tumors was not reached, and the median survival was 90 days for those with a high-grade tumor. PNL-2 and Melan-A were sensitive markers for feline nonocular melanocytic neoplasia, and although not significantly associated with prognosis, a large proportion expressed COX-2, suggesting a potential therapeutic role for COX-2 inhibitors

El Centro de Información del Patrimonio Cultural Altoaragonés: un modelo para el tratamiento y administración del patrimonio cultural mediante la gestión de sistemas de información integrada

The philosophy and the technological base of the project for the Aragonian Cultural Heritage Information Center are described. This centre assumes the new tendencies in heritage information: a holistic concept of heritage, more centred in its current use, the possibilities offered by the new information technologies, and, finally, a more transparent and networking concept of public administration. Three appropriate technologies are considered for the project: a) database management systems, as an integration and control tool; b) geographic information systems, as instruments for the spacialisation of heritage information; and c) dynamic publication in Internet, for the dissemination and generalisation of heritage information and also as a collaborative work infrastructure. Subretinal delivery of adeno-associated virus serotype 2 results in minimal immune responses that allow repeat vector administration in immunocompetent mice

Background: Adeno-associated virus serotype 2 (AAV2) vectors show considerable promise for ocular gene transfer. However, one potential barrier to efficacious long-term therapy is the development of immune responses against the vector or transgene product. Methods: We evaluated cellular and humoural responses in mice following both single and repeated subretinal administration of AAV2, and examined their effects on RPE65 and green fluorescent protein transgene expression. Results: Following subretinal administration of vector, splenocytes and T-cells from draining lymph nodes showed minimal activation following stimulation by co-culture with AAV2. Neutralizing antibodies (NAbs) were not detected in the ocular fluids of any mice receiving AAV2 or in the serum of mice receiving a lower dose. NAbs were present in the serum of a proportion of mice receiving a higher dose of the vector. Furthermore, no differences in immunoglobulin titre in serum or ocular fluids against RPE65 protein or AAV2 capsid between treated and control mice were detected. Histological examination showed no evidence of retinal toxicity or leukocyte infiltration compared to uninjected eyes. Repeat administration of low-dose AAV.hRPE65.hRPE65 to both eyes of RPE65-/- mice resulted in transgene expression and functional rescue, but re-administration of high-dose AAV2 resulted in boosted NAb titres and variable transgene expression in the second injected eye. Conclusions: These data, which were obtained in mice, suggest that, following subretinal injection, immune responses to AAV2 are dose-dependent. Low-dose AAV2 is well tolerated in the eye, with minimal immune responses, and transgene expression after repeat administration of vector is achievable. The virus is a betacoronavirus and a close relative of human coronavirus OC43 and bovine coronavirus. Here, we examined entry of CRCoV into human rectal tumor cells (HRT-18G cell line) by analyzing co-localization of single virus particles with cellular markers in the presence or absence of chemical inhibitors of pathways potentially involved in virus entry.
