ALIENAÇÃO PARENTAL E A (IM) POSSIBILIDADE DA SUA APLICAÇÃO ANALÓGICA AO IDOSO
The present work addresses the (im) possibility of analogically applying the law of parental alienation in cases involving the elderly. The aging of the Brazilian population is notorious, causing new demands to be pleaded in favor of fulfilling the rights of the elderly. In particular, check whether it is possible for the elderly to be subject to parental alienation, as they present conditions of vulnerability that can accompany or advance in age.
The objective of the research was to identify if there is a possibility of applying the analogous form to the Parental Alienation Law (12,318 / 2010) to the elderly, with no possibility of parental inversion of alienation.
To develop the work and reach its final conclusion, a bibliographic study was adopted, using the qualitative and hypothetical-deductive method.
When responding to a proposed problem, it was necessary to conceptualize parental alienation, differentiate the syndrome, study about the concept of the elderly person, demonstrate its principle and fundamental rights. In addition, it presents itself as the main integrative sources of law, notably by analogy, as a way to fill a legal gap.
In addition, he concluded that, a possibility of analogous application of the law of parental alienation to the elderly, is perfectly possible, since there is a legislative gap and a similarity between cases and their rationale, due to the vulnerability of companies as parties. Thus, not only in children and adolescents, but also in elderly people, it can appear in the passive pole of this act so harmful that it is parental alienation.

Financing the Green Transformation – How to Make Green Finance Work in Indonesia
Planetary boundaries and a scarcity of natural resources will require a significant boost of investment into clean and renewable energy and a more efficient use of resources in developing, emerging and advanced economies alike. In this context, the financial sector will have to play a key role in providing 'green finance' for sustainable investment and development. Against this backdrop, this book investigates the challenges for developing and emerging economies in enhancing green financing for sustainable, low-carbon investment, using Indonesia as a case study. Based on surveys in the Indonesian banking and corporate sectors and expert interviews, the book devises innovative policy recommendations for governments to develop a framework conducive to fostering green investments
Gastric MALT lymphoma B cells express polyreactive, somatically mutated immunoglobulins
Gastric B-cell lymphoma of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) arises against a background of chronic inflammation caused by persistent Helicobacter pylori infection. The clinical and histopathological features of the human tumor can be reproduced by Helicobacter infection of BALB/c mice. In this study, we have analyzed the antibody sequences and antigen specificity of a panel of murine and human MALT lymphoma-derived antibodies. We find that a majority of tumors in patients as well as experimentally infected mice are monoclonal. The tumor immunoglobulin heavy chain genes have undergone somatic hypermutation, and approximately half of all tumors show evidence of intraclonal variation and positive and/or negative selective pressure. Recombinantly expressed MALT lymphoma antibodies bind with intermediate affinity to various unrelated self and foreign antigens, including Helicobacter sonicate, IgG, DNA and stomach extract; antigen binding is blocked in a dose-dependent manner in competitive ELISAs. A strong bias towards the use of V(H) gene segments previously linked to auto- and/or polyreactive antibodies in B-cell malignancies or autoimmune pathologies supports the experimental finding of polyreactivity. Our results suggest that MALT lymphoma development may be facilitated by an array of local self and foreign antigens providing direct antigenic stimulation of the tumor cells via their B-cell receptor
