    Differentiation Learning to Improve Students Potential in Elementary School

    Student potential is the capacity or ability and characteristics/nature of individuals related to human resources that have the possibility to be developed and or support the development of other potentials contained in students. In the process of implementing learning today, many teachers have not implemented differentiation learning so many students have not developed their potential. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning of differentiation can increase the potential of students in elementary schools. The method used in this study is that literature review is research that examines or critically reviews the knowledge, ideas, or findings contained in the academic-oriented literature, as well as formulating theoretical and methodological contributions to certain topics. The results showed that differentiation is to provide opportunities for students to show what students understand. Also, in this way the teacher can find out what method should be given to students whose grasping power is lacking, sufficient and good. By understanding the potential of students, teachers can give an accurate picture of their strengths and weaknesses, the strengths and weaknesses of students, and can identify potentials that need to be improved and weaknesses that need to be minimized. With differentiation learning, it guides students in increasing the potential that exists within themselves. The conclusion of the teacher must be able to guide students to be able to develop according to their characteristics, and the potential possessed by these students, this is closely related to differentiated learning. One of the values and roles of teachers is to create learning that favors students, namely learning that liberates students' thinking and potential.     Inductive Training Model in Improving Teacher Competence through Teacher Working Groups

    Professionalism is a demand in various professions, including elementary school teachers. The important thing in a profession is a professional attitude and quality of work. This research was conducted with the aim of providing an overview of how the inductive training model develops attitude assessment instruments in improving teacher competence through teacher working groups in accordance with the steps of the inductive training model. The research approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach to obtain information on how the inductive training model improves teacher competence through teacher working groups. In general, there are four data collection techniques used in this study, namely participant observation, in-depth interviews, documentation studies, and combination/triangulation. The steps in implementing the inductive training model are starting with measuring the ability of the trainees; grouping of abilities in the area of the training program; compare participants' abilities with training materials; establish ability and skills gaps; developing training processes; then carry out the training; and carry out research and measurement. The research was conducted by conducting pretest and posttest with the results obtained after carrying out training on developing an attitude assessment instrument, post-test results increased by 97%

    This article aims to explore the application of technology in the context of the Mobilizing School Program with a focus on how technology can be used to encourage student independence in the digital era. This research uses a qualitative approach with the case study method as the research framework. Data was collected from several Driving Schools that have successfully integrated technology in the learning process.This research explores various aspects of technology implementation in the Driving School Program, including the type of technology used, the training provided to teachers, and its impact on student independence. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with teachers, students and school staff, as well as participatory observation in classes that have implemented technology effectively.The results of this research reveal that the application of technology in the Driving School Program can make a significant contribution in developing student independence. Factors such as selecting the right technological tools, good teacher training, and support from the school and parents play an important role in the successful implementation of the technology. Apart from that, students' independence is also influenced by their ability to manage information, collaborate online, and develop digital literacy.The case studies in this research provide in-depth insight into how the application of technology can support the development of student independence in the digital era. These results have important implications for the design of educational programs and teaching practices that focus on the use of technology to increase student independence.Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendalami penerapan teknologi dalam konteks Program Sekolah Penggerak dengan fokus pada bagaimana teknologi dapat digunakan untuk mendorong kemandirian siswa di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus sebagai kerangka kerja penelitian. Data dikumpulkan dari beberapa Sekolah Penggerak yang telah berhasil mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggali berbagai aspek implementasi teknologi dalam Program Sekolah Penggerak, termasuk jenis teknologi yang digunakan, pelatihan yang diberikan kepada guru, dan dampaknya terhadap kemandirian siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan guru, siswa, dan staf sekolah, serta observasi partisipatif di kelas-kelas yang telah menerapkan teknologi secara efektif. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa penerapan teknologi dalam Program Sekolah Penggerak dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam mengembangkan kemandirian siswa. Faktor-faktor seperti pemilihan alat teknologi yang tepat, pelatihan guru yang baik, dan dukungan dari pihak sekolah dan orang tua memiliki peran penting dalam kesuksesan penerapan teknologi tersebut. Selain itu, kemandirian siswa juga dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan mereka dalam mengelola informasi, berkolaborasi secara online, dan mengembangkan literasi digital. Studi kasus dalam penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang bagaimana penerapan teknologi dapat mendukung pengembangan kemandirian siswa dalam era digital.     Pelatihan Pembuatan Flashcard untuk Meningkatkan Budaya Hidup Sehat Siswa Sekolah Dasar Di Wilayah Jakarta

    Health is the most essential thing in human life. Healthy behavior is very influential on the growth and development of children in their lives. Children can develop their intellectual power well and must be supported by good nutrition as well, by running a healthy lifestyle. This service activity aims to provide an understanding for teachers to move their students in applying the culture of healthy living. In this case, the dedication team provides a solution in the form of a flashcard as a medium to improve the healthy life culture of elementary school students. The training participants consisted of 107 teachers spread across the Jakarta area. This activity is carried out online using the zoom meeting application. The results of the dedication show that 88% of teachers understand the nature of healthy living culture, how to develop a flashcard based on healthy life literacy and how to motivate students to apply a healthy life culture. These community service activities can contribute and support the government in upholding healthy school programs. A healthy school can foster healthy souls and personalities so as to produce creative and innovative thoughts to advance this nation.Kesehatan merupakan hal yang paling esensial dalam kehidupan manusia. Perilaku hidup sehat sangat berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak di dalam kehidupannya. Anak dapat berkembang daya intelektualnya dengan baik harus didukung dengan gizi yang baik pula, dengan cara menjalankan pola hidup sehatnya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada guru untuk menggerakkan siswanya dalam menerapkan budaya hidup sehat. Dalam hal ini, tim pengabdian memberikan solusi berupa flashcard sebagai media untuk meningkatkan budaya hidup sehat siswa sekolah dasar. Peserta pelatihan terdiri dari 107 guru yang tersebar di wilayah Jakarta. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara daring menggunakan apliaksi zoom meeting. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa 88% guru memahami hakikat budaya hidup sehat, cara mengembangkan flashcard berbasis literasi hidup sehat dan cara memotivasi siswa dalam menerapkan budaya hidup sehat. kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi dan mendukung pemerintah dalam menjunjung tinggi program sekolah sehat. Sekolah yang sehat dapat menumbuhkan jiwa dan kepribadian yang sehat pula sehingga melahirkan pemikiran-pemikiran yang kreatif dan inovatif demi memajukan bangsa ini

    SISTEM DETEKSI GANGGUAN ORGAN JANTUNG PADA MANUSIA MELALUI IRIS MATA MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA K-NEAREST NEIGHBOR

    Iris mata merupakan salah satu ciri pada seseorang yang tidak berubah dalam waktu yang sangat lama, selain sidik jari. Iris mata seseorang tidak pernah sama dengan iris mata orang lain walaupun kembar, bahkan iris mata seseorang yang kanan dan yang kiri pun berbeda. Selain menjadi ciri, melalui iris mata kita dapat mendeteksi gangguan yang terdapat pada seseorang, seperti jantung. Ilmu yang mempelajari gangguan pada seseorang melalui iris mata disebut iridology. Pada Tugas Akhir ini, dibuat sistem deteksi gangguan organ jantung pada manusia melalui iris mata. Pada iris mata dilakukan segmentasi bagian iris yang merefleksikan gangguan pada organ jantung yang berada pada mata sebelah kiri dengan arah sudut dari pukul 2.10 sampai 3.05. Setelah segmentasi digunakan Principal Component Analysis sebagai ekstrasi ciri. Principal Component Analysis adalah teknik yang digunakan untuk menyederhanakan suatu data, dengan cara mentransformasi data secara linier sehingga terbentuk sistem koordinat baru dengan varians maksimum. Hasil esktrasi ciri diklasifikasikan menggunakan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor. K-Nearest Neighbor merupakan sebuah algoritma untuk melakukan klasifikasi terhadap objek berdasarkan data pembelajaran yang jaraknya paling dekat dengan objek tersebut. Pada Tugas Akhir ini, didapat hasil penelitian dengan akurasi tertinggi yaitu 82.50% dengan parameter k bernilai 3, 4, 5, atau 6 dan data training sebanyak 10 ciri.     Implementasi Kebijakan Standar Sarana dan Prasarana di Sekolah Dasar

    Facilities and infrastructure in elementary schools that are in accordance with the standards of Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, Article 35 will affect the quality of schools. For this reason, the purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of standard policies for facilities and infrastructure in elementary schools including study rooms, places of worship, sports venues, libraries, laboratories, workshops, playgrounds, and other rooms that support the learning process. This research method used a qualitative approach with program analysis methods. This research was conducted at three schools, namely SD Negeri 4, SD Negeri 10, and SD Negeri 15, Sembawa District, Banyuasin Regency. This research method uses a qualitative approach with program analysis methods. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The researcher conducted direct interviews with the principal of SD Negeri 4 Sembawa, the head of SD Negeri 10 Sembawa, and the head of SD Negeri 15 Sembawa, Banyuasin Regency using triangulation techniques. The results showed that the existing facilities and infrastructure in the school, namely study rooms, prayer rooms, libraries, sports venues, and meeting halls were managed directly by the principal and assisted by teachers and staff at the school. Utilization of facilities and infrastructure has been carried out based on their respective functions. The constraints on facilities and infrastructure are the lack of buildings, school fences, sports venues, and prayer rooms. The impact of the lack of facilities and infrastructure makes students less able to get incomplete facilities in learning, especially there is still a lack of study space and one of the schools still does not have a prayer room.Sarana dan prasarana di sekolah dasar yang sudah sesuai dengan standar Undang Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, Pasal 35 akan mempengaruhi kualitas sekolah. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi kebijakan standar sarana dan prasarana di sekolah dasar mencakup ruangan belajar, tempat beribadah, tempat olahraga, perpustakaan, laboratorium, bengkel kerja, tempat bermain, dan ruangan lainnya yang mendukung proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis program. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tiga sekolah yaitu SD Negeri 4, SD Negeri 10, dan SD Negeri 15 Kecamatan Sembawa Kabupaten Banyuasin. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis program. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Peneliti melakukan wawancara langsung dengan kepala SD Negeri 4 Sembawa, kepala SD Negeri 10 Sembawa, dan kepala SD Negeri 15 Sembawa Kabupaten Banyuasin dengan menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sarana dan prasarana yang ada di sekolah yaitu ruang belajar, musala, perpustakaan, tempat olahraga, dan aula pertemuan dikelola langsung oleh kepala sekolah dan dibantu oleh para guru serta staf yang ada di sekolah. Pemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana sudah dijalankan berdasarkan fungsinya masing-masing. Kendala sarana dan prasarana yaitu kurangnya bangunan, pagar sekolah, tempat olahraga, dan musala. Dampak dari kekurangan sarana dan prasarana membuat siswa kurang mendapatkan fasilitas yang belum lengkap dalam pembelajaran khususnya masih kekurangan ruang belajar dan salah satu sekolah masih belum memiliki musala

    ANALISIS KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU DALAM MELAKSANAKAN PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS LITERASI MEMBACA PADA KURIKULUM MERDEKA

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran literasi membaca pada kurikulum merdeka jenjang satuan pendidikan sekolah dasar.  Kompetensi pedagogik yang dimaksud merupakan kemampuan guru dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran siswa yang meliputi pemahaman wawasan atau landasan kependidikan (kemampuan mengelola pembelajaran), pemahaman terhadap peserta didik, perancangan pembelajaran berbasis literasi membaca, pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis literasi membaca, pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran, evaluasi hasil belajar dan pengembangan peserta didik untuk mengaktualisasikan potensi yang dimilikinya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dimana penelitian ini dilakukan di 3 sekolah dasar yang telah melaksanakan kurikulum merdeka di kota sukabumi. Peneliti menggunakan analisis data model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi tiga tahapan yaitu reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji kredibilitas untuk menguji keabsahan data. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik guru SD pada pembelajaran berbasis literasi membaca di kurikulum merdeka dari tahap perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis literasi membaca dan evaluasi pembelajaran di Sekolah Penggerak Kota Sukabumi memiliki nilai rata-rata total yaitu 1,67 dengan kriteria sangat kompeten. Artinya bahwa guru memiliki kompetensi pedagogic yang sangat kompeten dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran berbasis literasi membaca pada Kurikulum Merdeka Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Pedagogik, Literasi Membaca, Kurikulum Merdek

    The preparation for the Computer-Based National Assessment (ANBK) in primary schools is a crucial undertaking that relies on adequate infrastructure, technology, and personnel. ANBK is a nationwide program introduced to replace the National Examination (UN) and assess students comprehensively in Indonesia. This study discusses the challenges and solutions in ensuring the readiness of primary schools for ANBK, particularly regarding facilities, technology, and human resources. It addresses the classification of schools based on their technology readiness and emphasizes the importance of management, training, and government support in this transition. With over 64% of schools not meeting the ANBK requirements, careful planning, budget allocation, procurement, and training are essential steps for successful implementation. The success of ANBK in primary schools hinges on efficient management and collaboration between educators, administrators, and technicians. Bridging the digital divide and ensuring equal access to technology also remains a priority in this context
