This research is a qualitative with case study method.The validity of the data obtained through the extension of time doing research and triangulation of data collection techniques and data sources in the field. This study concluded are (1) The principal spirited entrepreneurship in managing production units such as visionary, innovative, creative, take advantage of opportunities and courageous in making decisions. (2) The principals delegate authority to the head of the production unit and manager of Edotel through the selection of which is determined by the school principal and submit entirely to the management of the head production unit by study program through the center of Head of Production Unit, except principals Edotel as general manager. (3) In managing the production unit, the principal form of teamwork coordination and communication by the central Head of Production Unit fully devolved to the chairman of the chief study program by joint and has a connection or integration between existing production units in SMKN 6

Magnetoresistance of doped silicon

We have performed longitudinal magnetoresistance measurements on heavily n-doped silicon for donor concentrations exceeding the critical value for the metal-non-metal transition. The results are compared to those from a many-body theory where the donor-electrons are assumed to reside at the bottom of the many-valley conduction band of the host. The Understanding and Purchase Decision of Environmentally Friendly Products Based on Gender

The paid plastic bag policy is an effort to train the community to help lessen the use of plastic and switch to different products such as cardboard or recycled packaging bags as some mini markets do. Those who do not consider environmentally friendly products describe that they are people who do not understand the environment. The purpose of this research is wanting obtain information on the knowledge of products environmentally friendly on gender (male / female) of the decision the purchase. The study is done in jakarta and its surroundings.In this study, sample divided into categories consumers consumers men and women, employees and manager location, the number of members sample each category at least 30. The research method used in this study is mixed methods. The target population in this study is a minimarket that has run a paid plastic program in Jakarta. Analysis of the data used in this study uses two approaches, namely, a qualitative approach and a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that there is no difference between understanding and purchasing decisions that men and women have regarding environmentally friendly products. The Analysis of the Standardization of the Sizing of Muslim Women’s Clothing in Indonesia

This study aims to analyze the standard size of Muslim women’s clothing used by the ready-to-wear industry. This research includes aspects of the type of Muslim clothing, the standard system of sizes used, variations in the size and the level of customer satisfaction with Muslim clothing. The research method uses the mixed method that combines qualitative and quantitative research. The study was conducted in Jakarta by taking samples from the three largest shopping centers in Indonesia, with a total of 70 respondents with accidental sampling techniques. The results of the analysis show that Muslim women’s clothing products in some markets use garment sizes. The clothing size is influenced by the form of clothing (design), price, and the type of material. Some Indonesian designers refer to body measurements with modifications according to the design. Muslim fashion women with robe forms dominate the market, especially in Jakarta. The robe or syar’i clothing generally uses the size of the body circumference and the length of the dress as a reference in determining the standard size. The difference in the size based on shapes is obtained 1–2 cm between standards, based on the price, the difference in size reaches 2–4 cm, and differences based on materials between 1–2 cm. The level of satisfaction with Muslim women’s clothing based on design/form, consumers stated that they were very satisfied, while for the level of satisfaction with standard sizes, variations in size and price, consumers expressed satisfaction and normality on the packaging aspect.     Keywords: standard size, body size, garment, size in labe

Gradient expansion, curvature perturbations and magnetized plasmas

The properties of magnetized plasmas are always investigated under the hypothesis that the relativistic inhomogeneities stemming from the fluid sources and from the geometry itself are sufficiently small to allow for a perturbative description prior to photon decoupling. The latter assumption is hereby relaxed and pre-decoupling plasmas are described within a suitable expansion where the inhomogeneities are treated to a given order in the spatial gradients. It is argued that the (general relativistic) gradient expansion shares the same features of the drift approximation, customarily employed in the description of cold plasmas, so that the two schemes are physically complementary in the large-scale limit and for the low-frequency branch of the spectrum of plasma modes. The two-fluid description, as well as the magnetohydrodynamical reduction, are derived and studied in the presence of the spatial gradients of the geometry. Various solutions of the coupled system of evolution equations in the anti-Newtonian regime and in the quasi-isotropic approximation are presented. The relation of this analysis to the so-called separate Universe paradigm is outlined. The evolution of the magnetized curvature perturbations in the nonlinear regime is addressed for the magnetized adiabatic mode in the plasma frame.Comment: 40 pages, no figure
