    Get PDF
Based on the methods of theoretical qualimetry there was carried out the complex assessment of the quality of immunostimulatory beverage “Immuno plus”. The hierarchic structure of the properties of ready product, including the organoleptic and physical-chemical parameters and also the ones of food and biological value was presented. It was demonstrated, that the improvement of consistence, homogeneity and steadiness of beverage can be explained by gluten that acts as a hydrocolloid and consumers estimate the beverage quality according to these very parameters. The profiles of vitamin and mineral composition of immunostimulatory beverage “Immuno plus” and also the content of irreplaceable acids in it were presented. The received complex parameter of the “Immuno plus” beverage quality proves the high quality of new product. The calculated competitiveness of enriched beverage is 1,5 higher comparing with the control sample. The calculations of competitiveness of the beverage of increased food and biological value according to the modeling method that includes the parameters of the product quality, information about the analogues of elaborated goods and principle of innovations were presented. It was established, that the immunostimulatory beverage “Immuno plus” can be competitive on the Ukrainian consumer market at the expanse of improvement of organoleptic parameters, increase of food fibers, vitamins and mineral substances content in it and also of the presence of prophylactic properties

Using the tabular processor MS Excel 2007 there was elaborated the recipe of the fermented milk dessert for child food. The recipe of this dessert consists of (mass. %, g): fermented milk curd – 54, jam – 23, honey – 8, sesame – 4, cream – 6, collagen hydrolyzate (gluten) – 5. This dessert is a source of vitamin C and covers near 40 % of a child daily need in it. At the expanse of introducing gluten in the dessert composition, protein content in the ready product increased that covers from 11,28 % to 22,56 % of a daily need. This dessert is also rich in calcium, so one portion of it covers 25 % of a child need.Based on theoretical qualimetry methods there was realized the complex estimation of the dessert quality. The hierarchic structure of ready product properties was presented, including organoleptic and physical-chemical parameters and also ones of the food and biological value at storage. The estimation of microbiological and organoleptic parameters at storage give a possibility to state, that the new fermented milk dessert will be competitive at the consumer market. The storage life of this product is 5 days at the temperature (4±2) °С

Spin-dependent conductivity of iron-based superconductors in a magnetic field

We report the results of a study of magnetic field features of electron transport in heterojunctions with NS boundary inside iron-based superconductors, represented by a binary phase of α\alpha - FeSe and oxyarsenide pnictide LaO(F)FeAs. We used the ability of self magnetic field of the transport current to partially destroy superconductivity, no matter how low the field may be, in the NS interface area, where, due to the proximity effect, the superconducting order parameter, Δ\Delta, disperses from 1 to 0 within the scale of the Ginzburg-Landau coherence length. The following features of transport were found:(i) at T<TcT<T_{c}, magnetoresistance in systems with different superconductors has different sign;(ii) sign and magnitude of the magnetoresistance depend on the magnitude of current and temperature, and (iii) in all operating modes where the contribution from Andreev reflection is suppressed ((T+eV)Δ(T + eV) \gtrsim \Delta),the hysteresis of the magnetoresistance is present. Based on the results of the experiment and analysis it has been concluded that there is along-range magnetic order in th eground normal state of the iron-based superconductors studied, in the presence of itinerant magnetism of conduction electrons which determines the possibility of anisotropic spin-dependent exchange interaction with the local magnetic moments of the ions.Comment: 9 pages, 7 figure

Well-posed boundary value problems are constructed for calculating rotation shells of with a stiffness variable along the meridian in two directions, and also with variable bilateral with respect to the reference surface with the shell wall thickness. Algorithms for the numerical integration of systems of differential equations with variable coefficients are discussed.Well-posed boundary value problems are constructed for calculating rotation shells of with a stiffness variable along the meridian in two directions, and also with variable bilateral with respect to the reference surface with the shell wall thickness. Algorithms for the numerical integration of systems of differential equations with variable coefficients are discussed

A tool for subjective and interactive visual data exploration

    Get PDF
We present SIDE, a tool for Subjective and Interactive Visual Data Exploration, which lets users explore high dimensional data via subjectively informative 2D data visualizations. Many existing visual analytics tools are either restricted to specific problems and domains or they aim to find visualizations that align with user’s belief about the data. In contrast, our generic tool computes data visualizations that are surprising given a user’s current understanding of the data. The user’s belief state is represented as a set of projection tiles. Hence, this user-awareness offers users an efficient way to interactively explore yet-unknown features of complex high dimensional datasets

Analytical and Numerical Investigation for the Problem of Optimal Control of Nonlinear System via Quadratic Criteria

    Get PDF
AbstractWe present a method for synthesis of optimal control with feedback of some class of nonlinear systems via quadratic criteria. This method is based on a special method of successive approximations, whose convergence allows to prove an existence of optimal control and to get the procedure of its construction. The paper examines analytical and numerical investigation of the method and its realization by means of MathCloud system. It presents a numerical experiment to build optimal control of a physical pendulum

Learning what matters - Sampling interesting patterns

    Get PDF
In the field of exploratory data mining, local structure in data can be described by patterns and discovered by mining algorithms. Although many solutions have been proposed to address the redundancy problems in pattern mining, most of them either provide succinct pattern sets or take the interests of the user into account-but not both. Consequently, the analyst has to invest substantial effort in identifying those patterns that are relevant to her specific interests and goals. To address this problem, we propose a novel approach that combines pattern sampling with interactive data mining. In particular, we introduce the LetSIP algorithm, which builds upon recent advances in 1) weighted sampling in SAT and 2) learning to rank in interactive pattern mining. Specifically, it exploits user feedback to directly learn the parameters of the sampling distribution that represents the user's interests. We compare the performance of the proposed algorithm to the state-of-the-art in interactive pattern mining by emulating the interests of a user. The resulting system allows efficient and interleaved learning and sampling, thus user-specific anytime data exploration. Finally, LetSIP demonstrates favourable trade-offs concerning both quality-diversity and exploitation-exploration when compared to existing methods.Comment: PAKDD 2017, extended versio
