    Relaciones familiares versus aprendizaje: un análisis con niños de 5 y 6 años

    Como la primera mediadora entre el hombre y la cultura, la familia constituye la unidad dinámica de las relaciones de naturaleza afectiva, social y cognitiva que están inmersas en las condiciones materiales, históricas y culturales de un grupo social determinado. El objetivo general del estudio fue investigar si las relaciones familiares pueden comprometer el aprendizaje de los niños. Específicamente, se pretende: a) Identificar los conflictos en las relaciones familiares; b)Verificar si los conflictos en las relaciones familiares pueden comprometer las relaciones interpersonales de los niños en fase de alfabetización; c) Analizar si el conflicto en las relaciones familiares afecta el aprendizaje de los niños. En el estudio participaron 219 familias con niños de 5 y 6 años. Los principales resultados indican que existe un distanciamiento de los padres en relación a la vida escolar de los hijos, así como en las relaciones familiares ocurre una mezcla de conflicto y afecto. Se considera que el aprendizaje de los niños puede verse comprometido por los conflictos en las relaciones familiares en virtud de que el aprendizaje y el desempeño escolar dependen, en primer lugar, de la interacción familiar y posteriormente de la relación entre profesor y alumno. // As the first mediator between man and culture, the family constitutes the dynamic unity of affective, social and cognitive relations that are immersed in the material, historical and cultural conditions of a given social group.     Osteogenic differentiation of MG63 cells in biodegradable scaffolds based on gelatin and genipin

    Gelatin is a denatured collagen and commercially available as a biodegradable polymer. It has been extensively utilized for pharmaceutical and medical purposes, and its biosafety has been proven through long clinical applications. It showed an high cell attachment and proliferation, thus it has been widely considered as one of the best material to be used in medicine regenerative. Scaffolds based on pure gelatin showed a low mechanical and biological stability, so that a chemical crosslinking is necessary to improve its mechanical proprieties and success in clinical application. The aim of this study was to test the influence of a new porous composite scaffold based on gelatin/genipin composition on cell adhesion, proliferation and osteogenic potential. Genipin is a natural non toxic crosslinking agent which significantly improve the mechanical stability of the scaffold1. Osteoblast like cell (MG63) were seeded in collagen/genipin scaffolds for 24h, 7, 14, 21 and 28 days. Cell proliferation assay, light and electron microscopy analysis were performed to evaluate cell growth and morphological changes induced by cell/ scaffold interactions. Real Time PCR were carried out to evaluate the expression of the osteogenic markers such as collagen type I, osteonectin, osteopontin, ostecalcin and alkaline phosphatase proteins in MG63 seeded on gelatin/genipin scaffolds. Our results showed that gelatin/genipin scaffold is an excellent substrate for the growth and cell proliferation. Microscopy analysis showed an high cell adhesion on scaffold surface and an deep penetration in the macropores of the sponge. The Real Time data reveal a significant difference in the expression of the ostegenic markers in MG63 grown on gelatin/genipin scaffold compared to control samples. In conclusion, our data demonstrated that gelatin/genipin scaffold showed an high biocompatibility with human cells and an high osteogenic potential and it could be a potential tool in regenerative medicine

    matricellular protein expression and cell ultrastructure as parameters to test in vitro cytotoxicity of a biomimetic scaffold

    Following scaffold implantation, cell sufferance, in-vivo encapsulation, foreign body reaction and inflammatory response has been reported and the up- regulation of matricellular proteins is often connected with this condition. Cytotoxicity of biomaterials is generally tested according to ISO standard 10993-5 based mainly on viability tests. Additional assays, based on improved cytotoxicity knowledge, are suggested in order to better analyze the biocompatibility of implant materials. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the matricellular protein expression as biomarker for in vitro-testing the biocompatibility of implant materials. Tenascin-C, osteocalcin and osteopontin belong to the matricellular protein family and were chosen as cytotoxicity markers. Mesenchymal stem cells were seeded on collagen/hydroxyapatite scaffold and on carboxymethyl cellulose based hydrogel in order to evaluate gene/protein expression by cell viability test, Real Time PCR and western blot. Electron microscopy was carried out to evaluate the morphological changes induced by cell/scaffold interactions. A low expression of tenascin-c, osteonectin and osteopontin was demonstrated in collagen/hydroxyapatite scaffold compared to the cells cultured on tissue flasks and on hydrogel scaffold. Based on our results, we propose matricellular protein expression as parameter for testing in vitro biocompatibility of implant materials

O tempo vivido na Europa e no contexto global tem vindo a acentuar a urgência das prioridades quantificadas, com um discurso dominante onde há menos política (pessoas) e mais representação económica (coisas). O correlato entre pessoas e coisas é, como sabemos, o dinheiro, ou trabalho reificado. A crise europeia, em torno da dívida soberana e dos maiores orçamentos do mundo, da capacidade da sua gestão na linguagem dura dos mercados e das taxas de juro veio modificar os objetivos imediatos da Europa, que em 2000 eram ambiciosos — “a sociedade mais competitiva do mundo em 2010” — para uma estratégia de emergência, agora chamada horizonte 2020. Este é o panorama ideal para colocar o ensino artístico em risco. Os fóruns internacionais passaram a valorizar os resultados da educação em rankings e sondagens de aproveitamento, cuja principal estratégia e preocupação é a mensurabilidade e comparabilidade, como são exemplo os relatórios PISA: avaliam-se em todos os países, as competências em Ciências, Matemática e Língua Materna.     VIII Encuentro de Docentes e Investigadores en Historia del Diseño, la Arquitectura y la Ciudad

    Acta de congresoLa conmemoración de los cien años de la Reforma Universitaria de 1918 se presentó como una ocasión propicia para debatir el rol de la historia, la teoría y la crítica en la formación y en la práctica profesional de diseñadores, arquitectos y urbanistas. En ese marco el VIII Encuentro de Docentes e Investigadores en Historia del Diseño, la Arquitectura y la Ciudad constituyó un espacio de intercambio y reflexión cuya realización ha sido posible gracias a la colaboración entre Facultades de Arquitectura, Urbanismo y Diseño de la Universidad Nacional y la Facultad de Arquitectura de la Universidad Católica de Córdoba, contando además con la activa participación de mayoría de las Facultades, Centros e Institutos de Historia de la Arquitectura del país y la región. Orientado en su convocatoria tanto a docentes como a estudiantes de Arquitectura y Diseño Industrial de todos los niveles de la FAUD-UNC promovió el debate de ideas a partir de experiencias concretas en instancias tales como mesas temáticas de carácter interdisciplinario, que adoptaron la modalidad de presentación de ponencias, entre otras actividades. En el ámbito de VIII Encuentro, desarrollado en la sede Ciudad Universitaria de Córdoba, se desplegaron numerosas posiciones sobre la enseñanza, la investigación y la formación en historia, teoría y crítica del diseño, la arquitectura y la ciudad; sumándose el aporte realizado a través de sus respectivas conferencias de Ana Clarisa Agüero, Bibiana Cicutti, Fernando Aliata y Alberto Petrina. El conjunto de ponencias que se publican en este Repositorio de la UNC son el resultado de dos intensas jornadas de exposiciones, cuyos contenidos han posibilitado actualizar viejos dilemas y promover nuevos debates. El evento recibió el apoyo de las autoridades de la FAUD-UNC, en especial de la Secretaría de Investigación y de la Biblioteca de nuestra casa, como así también de la Facultad de Arquitectura de la UCC; va para todos ellos un especial agradecimiento

    This work points the principal elements that influence the conception of Residential architectural projects in the city of Rio de Janeiro, emphasizing mainly the Code model express by Residential Regulation of Construction and Edification, considering its inductor aspect. This Regulation regulates and gives minimal legal direction for its execution for later approve and give concession permission to occupy of these enterprises. This study analyzes the integration of them to the code construction, emphasizing the principal elements, which interfere with the conditions of comfort of this architectural design. The study examines the designs, which have been building at Barra da Tijuca district between 1960 and 2004. Also verifies the principal builders who work at that area, their principal buildings and their characteristics and internal layout, besides it examines the correlation between the code model that was employed when they were constructed with the flat comfort conditions that were obtained.FAPERJAponta os principais elementos que influenciam a concepção dos projetos arquitetônicos multifamiliares carioca, enfatizando principalmente, dado seu aspecto indutor, o Código de Obras e Edificações expresso através do Regulamento de Construção e Edificações Residenciais Multifamiliares (RCEM) que normaliza e dá diretrizes mínimas legais para a execução e posterior aprovação com consentimento do habite-se desses empreendimentos. Analisa a integração desses projetos à referida legislação edilícia, destacando os principais elementos condicionantes para a obtenção de conforto ambiental dos projetos arquitetônicos por ele gerados, aponta os pontos mais críticos dessa legislação sob o enfoque de conforto ambiental. Enfoca os projetos desenvolvidos e executados no bairro da Barra da Tijuca entre 1960 e 2004, pelas principais construtoras atuantes na área, destaca seus principais exemplares, ressalta suas principais características, principalmente a configuração interna das unidades residenciais e ponderam sua correlação com a legislação edilícia vigente a época de sua aprovação com as consequências de conforto ambiental geradas ao usuário

La investigación se enfocó en examinar si el aprendizaje de los niños puede verse comprometida por la afectividad en el entorno familiar. Específicamente: a) Identificar el entorno de la afectividad experimentan las familias; b) Entender cómo este entorno la afectividad puede poner en peligro la relación interpersonal que se construye por los niños en la etapa de la alfabetización; c) Entender cómo este entorno la afectividad puede interferir con el aprendizaje de los niños. Metodológicamente se utilizó el estudio de caso con 219 familias con niños de entre 5 y 6 años que están en la educación de la primera infancia en las escuelas públicas y privadas en el municipio de Lucas do Rio Verde - MT. El método de enfoque inductivo es el análisis cualitativo. Los datos fueron recolectados a través de un cuestionario. Los principales resultados indican que el aprendizaje de los niños puede verse comprometida por la afectividad en el entorno familiar, ya que el aprendizaje y el rendimiento escolar depende, en primer lugar, la interrelación familiar y más tarde, la relación entre el profesor y el estudiante. Se considera que la afectividad y la inteligencia son inseparables
