Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza personálního marketingu vybrané společnosti se zaměřením na studenty VŠ. V teoretické části je postupováno od vysvětlení obecných pojmů až ke konkrétním popisům využitých analýz. Po provedení všech analýz v praktické části jsou v závěru diplomové práce navrhnuta vhodná řešení ke zlepšení současné situace personálního marketingu vybrané společnosti s důrazem na segment studentů VŠ.The aim of diploma thesis is an analysis of HR marketing focusing on university students using the example of selected company. The theoretical part deals with an explanation of general terms continuing to concrete description of used analysis. Analyses in the practical part are followed by recommendation to improve the current situation of HR marketing focused on university students in selected company.

Radiometric evaluation of the prehistoric mortuary practices of the Chinchorro culture in northern Chile

The Chinchorros were the aboriginal, pre-ceramic peoples of the northern Chilean and southern Peruvian coastline. The Chinchorro culture used four types of mummification techniques (red, black, natural and mud-coated). Each of these types may be distinct to the chronological time period in which it was used and, therefore, the typology would be used to define the Chinchorro chronology. Also, if the mummification styles are unique to a particular time period it would support the idea that this was an egalitarian group that did not recognize individual social rank in mortuary practices. To test these hypotheses 16 samples from 15 Chinchorro mummies of the Arica, Chile area were 14C dated. These figures were then compared to 23 previously published dates. Results demonstrated that the classification scheme proposed by Arriaza (1995a, 1995b) is supported with one exception. The exception, in which natural mummies are dated within the periods of other techniques, may demonstrate the use of a social ranking within the Chinchorro culture. The use of invariants of geometric transformations to solving problems

Práce se zabývá rozdělením vzájemně jednoznačných kolineárních geometrických zob- razení. Zabývá se tomuto rozdělení odpovídajícím pohledem na zadání i řešení úloh. Hlavní částí práce je sbírka řešených úloh z oblasti rovinné geometrie, které jsou rozdě- leny do několika skupin. Práce může být použita jak učiteli matematiky na středních ško- lách, tak samotnými středoškoláky. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí; první část je teore- tická a obsahuje stručné seznámení se základními pojmy týkajícími se invariantů geome- trických transformací a popis struktury geometrie podle Felixe Kleina včetně jeho Erlan- genského programu; druhá část obsahuje samotná zadání a řešení úloh. Řešení některých uvedených úloh jsou pro lepší názornost doplněna obrázky vytvořenými v programu Ge- oGebra. Obrázky hrají svou roli i v teoretické části, kde mohou napomoci k lepšímu po- chopení některých složitějších pojmů. Některé z použitých úloh jsou autorské, jiné jsou převzaté z různých pramenů uvedených v seznamu použitých zdrojů. It deals with a corresponding view on its respective problems and their solutions. The main part of the thesis is a collection of solved problems in the field of plane geometry, which are divided into several groups. The thesis can be used by both mathematics teachers and students at the secondary schools. The thesis is divided into two parts; the first part is theoretical and it contains a brief introduction to the basic concepts concerning invariants of geometric transformations and a description of the structure of geometry according to Felix Klein including his Erlangen program; the second part contains the actual assignments and so- lutions of the problems. The solutions of some of the problems are supplemented by im- ages created in GeoGebra software for better illustration. The images play an important role even in the theoretical part, where they can help improve understanding of some of the more complex concepts. Some of the problems were created by the author, other prob- lems are taken from sources listed in the list of bibliography. Analysis of Selected Sports Club

Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje fotbalový klub SK Šlapanice. Analýza se zaměřuje zejména na management, marketing, konkurenci, organizační a ekonomickou situaci, ale i na sportovní stránku klubu. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány základní pojmy a analýzy, které budou využity v praktické části. Na základě zjištěných informací a provedených analýz v praktické části budou navržena řešení k lepšímu chodu klubu.This thesis is devoted to the analysis of the football club SK Šlapanice particular focus on the management, marketing, competition, organizational and economic situation including sports problems in the club. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts and analyzes that will be used in the practical part. Based on the information gathered and analyzes the practical part will be proposed solution to a better run club.

Evaluation of Public Procurement Tenders - Analysis of Selected Cases in the City Uničov

Import 22/07/2015Cílem mé diplomové práce je analýza hodnocení veřejných zakázek s bližším poukázáním na důležitost hodnotících kritérií ve fázi hodnocení nabídek na veřejné zakázky, analýza častých chyb, kterých se zadavatelé dopouští a možné návrhy preventivních opatření. To vše bude doplněno o vybrané příklady veřejných zakázek, právě se zaměřením na hodnocení nabídek. Práce je celkově rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola představuje úvod do problematiky veřejných zakázek, kde se seznámíme se základními pojmy, základními zákonitostmi týkajících se veřejných zakázek a hlavně seznámení s právní úpravou veřejných zakázek. Druhá kapitola už bude více zaměřená na cíl práce. Postupně zde bude zanalyzováno, co předchází hodnocení veřejných zakázek, jaké jsou důležité předpoklady pro hodnocení veřejných zakázek, elektronizace hodnocení veřejných zakázek. Dále uvedu praktický příklad postupu hodnocení veřejné zakázky. Závěrem analýza nejčastějších chyb a snaha navrhnout preventivní opatření. Třetí kapitola bude hodně praktická. Na základě příkladu veřejných zakázek zadaným městem Uničov budu analyzovat, jakým způsobem probíhalo hodnocení veřejných zakázek a co všechno se v průběhu několika let změnilo právě v hodnocení veřejných zakázek v rámci města Uničov. Hodnocení veřejných zakázek může být jednoduchý proces, pokud jsou splněny všechny podstatné náležitosti již ve fázi zadávání veřejné zakázky. Pak je samotné hodnocení snadné. Problémy samotným zadavatelům způsobuje neustálá změna zákonů, tím pádem si musejí zvykat neustále na nové měnící se podmínky. Nicméně snaha všech je především snižování plýtvání s veřejnými prostředky, což dané novely zákonů přináší.The aim of my thesis is to analyze the evaluation of public procurement with closer pointing out the importance of the evaluation criterias during evaluating the bids for public contracts, analysis of common mistakes committed by the contracting authorities and possible proposals for preventive measures. All this will be complemented by selected examples of public contracts, just focusing on the evaluation of tenders. The thesis is generally divided into three chapters. The first chapter provides an introduction to public procurements, which introduces the basic concepts, elementary principles of public procurement and especially familiar with the legislation. The second chapter it will be more focused on the goal of thesis. Gradually there will be analyzed in the foregoing evaluation of public procurement, which are important prerequisites for the evaluation of public procurement, computerization evaluation of public procurement. Next will be practical example of the evaluation process of public procurement. Finally, analysis of the most common mistakes and trying to suggest preventive measures. The third chapter will be very practical. Based on the example of public contracts entered city Uničov I will analyze how the evaluation conducted procurement and how much over the years has changed just in the evaluation of public procurement within the city Uničov. Rating procurement can be a simple process, if all essential particulars already in the award stage. Then it is very easy evaluation. Problems to authorities causes a constant change of laws, thus they have to get used to the new constantly changing conditions. Structure and Properties of Coatings Produced by PVD Technology

Předkládaná práce je zaměřena na studium DLC vrstev 3. generace vyráběné firmou Platit a.s. Vrstvy jsou deponovány během nereaktivního filtrovaného PVD obloukového procesu. Cílem je zjistit vliv záměny držáku substrátu s různým odvodem tepla na výsledné vlastnosti vrstev. Záměna je motivována čistě ekonomickou snahou o zvýšení produktivity procesu. Teoretická část pojednává o principech procesu PVD depozice, charakteristice tenkých vrstev, DLC vrstvách a materiálech pro řezné nástroje. Experimentální část práce zahrnuje popis přístrojů a metod použitých pro analýzu vzorků. Její součástí je také stručný popis průběhu a podmínek každého experimentu. Získané výsledky ať už z hlediska tloušťky vrstev, adheze nebo podílu sp^3 vazeb odpovídají předpokládaným výsledkům.The submitted work is focused on study of 3rd generation DLC films produced by Platit a.s. company. Thin films are deposited utilizing filtered cathodic vacuum arc process (FCVA). The main goal of thesis was to find out the influence on film properties, caused by change of the substrate holders with different heat dissipation. The change of the substrate holders is motivated purely by economical effort to increase productivity of the deposition process. Teoretical part of the thesis is about the principles of PVD deposition process, characterization of the thin films, DLC thin films and materials used for cutting tools. Experimental part includes description of devices used for specimens analyses, including also the description of measuring process and used conditions. Acquiered results, not only the thin film thickness, adhesion or amount of sp^3 bonds, match with expected results.

Mechanical properties of materials prepared by SLM process

Diplomová práce se zabývá volbou procesních parametrů pro výrobu vysokopevných materiálů pomocí technologie SLM. Vstupním materiálem byl prášek o chemickém složení odpovídající normě DIN X3NiCoMoTi 18-19-5. Pomocí analytických metod jako zkouška tvrdosti nebo pevnosti v tahu s následnou metalografickou a fraktografickou analýzou byl zkoumán vliv změny procesních parametrů na mechanické vlastnosti. Na základě studia pevnostních a deformačních charakteristik materiálu byly vybrány optimální procesní parametry a dále navrženy kroky, jež by měly vést k dalšímu nárůstu požadovaných vlastností. Výsledky práce byly porovnány s literárními prameny hodnotícími jak mechanické vlastnosti součástí vyrobených pomocí SLM, tak součástí vyrobených pomocí konvenčních metod.The diploma thesis deals with the selection of process parameters used for manufacturing of high-strenth materials using SLM technology. The feedstock material was powder with a chemical composition according to standard DIN X3NiCoMoTi 18-9-5. Influence of change in process parameters on mechanical properties was examined by hardness tests and tensile tests. Metallographic and fractographic analysis were conducted with an aim to understand mechanisms of failure present in this type of material. Selection of optimal process parameters was based on the analysis of mechanical properties of manufactured samples. Possible future steps related to the improvement of the process were proposed. Results of this experiment were compared with literature regarding parts produced by SLM technology and conventional methods.

Office for the Protection of Competition and Evaluation of Antitrust Policy in the Czech Republic

Import 11/07/2012Cílem mé bakalářské práce je podrobně popsat Úřad pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže, jeho pravomoci, čím se zabývá, kdo vede tento úřad, na jaké oblasti se zaměřuje, a dále zhodnotit antimonopolní politiku tohoto Úřadu, s bližším zaměřením na ochranu proti kartelovým dohodám, které patří mezi nejzávažnější způsoby narušení hospodářské soutěže. Práce je rozdělena do tří základních kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena čistě na popis Úřad pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže. Popisuji zde pravomoci, kompetence, vedení Úřadu, oblasti, kterými se Úřad zabývá. V této kapitole se zaměřuji hlavně na hospodářskou soutěž a veřejnou podporu, které tvoří dvě ze tří oblastí, kterými se Úřad zabývá. Třetí oblast je zmíněna jen okrajově, protože detailně je popsána v kapitole druhé. Druhá kapitole vymezuje oblast veřejných zakázek. V této kapitole dopodrobna rozebírám veřejné zakázky, od samotného pojmu, přes druhy veřejných zakázek, výběrové řízení, lhůty, až po samotné uzavření smlouvy s nejvhodnějším kandidátem. Třetí a poslední kapitola představuje zhodnocení antimonopolní politiky ČR, jejímž vykonavatelem je právě Úřad pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže. Není zde popsána celá antimonopolní politika, ale zaměřil jsem se na ochranu proti kartelovým dohodám, které představují nejvážnější hrozbu českému trhu. Poměrná část kapitoly je zaměřena na Leniency program, který napomáhá odhalování kartelových dohod již od roku 2000. Úřad pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže má za hlavní cíl zajistit, aby hospodářská soutěž na českém trhu probíhala bez komplikací a pro všechny účastníky za stejných podmínek. Nikdy Úřad nedosáhne toho, aby to tak opravdu bylo, nicméně nejrůznější nové programy a opatření nasvědčují tomu, že by mohlo alespoň dojít ke snížení počtu případu, kdy k porušení hospodářské soutěže dojde.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe in detail Office for the Protection of Competition, its authority, what it deals with, who is managed by, what field it focuses on. Further to evaluate anti-monopole politics of this office focusing most closely on protection against cartels´ agreements being the most serious violation of competition. This thesis is divided into three basic chapters. The first one is focused on description of the Office. Authority, competences, management, fields of interest is described here. In this chapter competition and public support are focused on, those two of three areas the Office deals with. The third area is mentioned only shortly because it is explained in next chapter. The second chapter determines the field of public contracts – terms, types, selecting process, deadlines up to conclusion of agreement with the most suitable candidate. The third chapter presents anti-monopole politics evaluation, whose executive provider the Office is. This part of the thesis is focused on protection against cartels agreements representing the most serious threat on the Czech market. Bigger part of the thesis focuses on Leniency programme, which helps to reveal the cartels agreements since 2000. The main aim of the Office for the Protection of Competition is to assure the competition on the Czech market is operated without any complications and all participants are given the same conditions. Office for the Protection of Competition will never achieve such point but by the different programmes and regulations it could decrease the number of competition being violated.119 - Katedra právavýborn
