    Peningkatan Hasil Dan Aktivitas Belajar Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi Dengan Metode Resitasi Pra-pembelajaran

    The background of this research was the study result of Accounting subject was unsatisfactory, thus it was needed an appropriate learning strategy. The objective of the research was to improve Accounting's study result and learning activities through Pre-learning Recitation method. The subjects of the research were XI grade students of IPS 2. It was a class action research with two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four stages; planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data were collected by tests and analyzed by comparative descriptive and reflection. The result of the study showed that the pre-learning Recitation could improve students' activities and achievement in both; score and completeness. Based on the first condition of pre-cycle with the KKM (minimum score) 75, it was 51.73% of 29 students for the completeness and the mean was 74.70. After implementing the method, it was 78.57% of 28 students who completed and the mean was 83.23 in the 1st cycle. Then, it was 92.86% for the completeness and the mean was 89.23 in the 2nd cycle

    Prevalence of Hypertension in School and College Students

    In Indonesia, the onset of hypertension has been observed in younger populations. Previous studies showed that hypertension occurred in adolescence, even in childhood. This cross sectional study aimed to provide a population-based estimation of hypertension prevalence and risk factors among school and college students in Surabaya, Indonesia. Using mercu-ry sphygmomanometer blood pressure was measured in 335 participants grouped into 5-9, 10- 14, 15- 19, and 20-26 years of age. The prevalence data was linked to sex, age, body mass index (BMI), and a family history of diabetes and/ or cardiovascular disease. Hypertension in children was determined according to the Update on the Task Force Report (2004) and to the JNC-7 for other participants. Thirty one (9.3%) participants had developed hypertension. Hypertension prevalence tended to increase with age from 0% at 5-9 years and 8.1% at 10-14 years to 15.2% at 20-26 years. Hypertension developed in 18 males and 13 females. Aged more than 20 years and family history of heart disease were significant risk fac-tors for hypertension. Other factors, such as BMI and a family history of di-abetes, were not significant. Malnutrition among children in golden age (0-5 years) plays major role in increasing future risk of hypertension. Routine hypertension screening should be done in young adults aged 20 years in this country.Di Indonesia, timbulnya hipertensi telah diamati pada populasi lebih muda. Studi sebelumnya menemukan bahwa hipertensi dapat terjadi pada masa remaja, bahkan masa kecil. Tujuan penelitian potong lintang ini adalah memberikan estimasi berbasis populasi prevalensi dan faktor risiko hipertensi pada pelajar dan mahasiswa di Surabaya, Indonesia. Dengan sfignomanometer merkuri diukur tekanan darah pada 335 partisipan yang dikelompokkan ke dalam kelompok usia 5-9, 10-14, 15-19, dan 20-26 tahun. Data prevalensi dikaitkan dengan jenis kelamin, usia, indeks massa tubuh (IMT), dan riwayat diabetes dan/atau penyakit kardiovaskular pada keluarga. Hipertensi pada anak ditentukan sesuai dengan the Update on the Task Force Report (2004). Partisipan lain dikelompokkan menurut JNC-7 untuk diagnosis hipertensi. Peserta sebanyak 31 (9,3%) didapatkan telah mengalami hipertensi. Prevalensi hipertensi cenderung meningkat sejalan usia dari 0% pada 5-9 tahun dan 8,1% pada 10-14 tahun men-jadi 15,2% pada 20-26 tahun. Hipertensi terjadi pada 18 laki-laki dan 13 perempuan. Usia lebih 20 tahun dan riwayat penyakit jantung pada keluar-ga merupakan faktor risiko signifikan untuk hipertensi. Faktor-faktor lain, seperti IMT dan riwayat keluarga diabetes, tidak signifikan. Gizi buruk pada anak di usia emas (0-5 tahun) berperan utama meningkatkan risiko hipertensi di masa depan. Di Indonesia, skrining hipertensi rutin harus di-lakukan pada dewasa muda usia 20 tahun

    PENGARUH PERSEPSI DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIORAL

    The success of an institution is not only determined by many resources but also the human resources’ qualities and behaviours in the institution. Desired behaviour is the behaviour that can enhance the organizational quality that is Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). The purpose of this research is to test the impact of Perceived Organizational support, organizational commitment toward organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) with servant leadership as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative study using a survey with 52 respondents from Maria Mediatrix Middle School Semarang City, Central Java. Hypothesis testing uses the MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) regression model. The result of the research shows that organizational support perception and commitment has different impact toward organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) in Maria Mediatrix Junior High School, where the organizational commitment has significant impact while the organizational support perception is not. Servant leadership significantly affects organizational support perception relationship and organizational commitment toward organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) in Maria Mediatrix Junior High School.  Keberhasilan sebuah lembaga bukan hanya ditentukan oleh banyak sumber daya salah satunya adalah  sumber daya manusia (SDM) dengan kualitas dan perilaku-perilaku yang timbul didalam lembaga tersebut. Perilaku yang diharapkan adalah perilaku yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas organisasi yaitu Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi, komitmen organisasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dengan servant leadership sebagai variabel moderating.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan survei dengan responden seluruh pegawai SMP Maria Mediatrix Kota Semarang, Jawa Tengah yang berjumlah 52 orang. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi model MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi dan komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang berbeda terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) di SMP Maria Mediatrix, dimana komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan sementara persepsi dukungan organisasi tidak. Servant leadership secara signifikan mempengaruhi hubungan persepsi dukungan organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) di SMP Maria Mediatrix.

    The objectives of the study were to (1) analyse the competence of Audio Video Engineering teachers of Vocational High Schools in Yogyakarta, Sleman and Kulonprogro; (2) assess the teachers' continuing professional development (CPD) needs and (3) identify CPD programmes to accomodate the needs. The study employed a survey approach. The results of this study revealed the following: (1) the teachers' competence in good, fair, and poor categories were 43.33%, 40%, and 16.67% respectively, thus it is crucial for the stakeholders to promote CPD ; (2) the teachers' CPD needs in very good, good, and fair categories were 36.67%, 36.67%, and 26.66% respectively. It should be the basis for the stakeholders in planning the CPD programmes, since the teachers were planning to initiate their professional development; and (3) the CPD programmes prioritized by the teachers were training, internet-based learning, collaborative works with relevant universities, and self- development in terms of professional competencies

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh iklim organisasi, kepemimpinan transformasional, knowledge sharing terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif dengan employee engagement sebagai variabel intervening. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 114 pemeriksa BPK Perwakilan Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang ditentukan dengan metode proporsional random sampling. Metode  pengumpulan  data  dalam  penelitian  ini  mengunakan kuesioner.Metode  analisis  data  yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah regresi linier berganda dan analisis jalur.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa knowledge sharing dan employee engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Sedangkan iklim organisasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Iklim organisasi dan knowledge sharing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee engagement. The purpose of this research is to study the influence of the organization climate, transformational leadership, knowledge sharing to the innovative work behavior with employee engagement as intervening variable. The number of respondent is 114 auditor at The Audit Board of The Republic of Indonesia, Regional Office in Central Java Province determinated through proporsional random sampling method. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression and path analysis. This result from this research indicates that knowledge sharing and employee engagement influential significantly to the innovative work behavior. While it was found that the organization climate and transformational leadership not significantly to innovative behavior The organization climate and knowledge sharing influential significantly to the employee engagement. Transformational leadership has not significantly to employee engagement

              This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and employee rotation on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable (Empirical Study on KPPBC TMP Tanjung Emas). The sample in this study was 70 employees obtained by purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used in this study is SPSS. Data analysis techniques in this study used path analysis techniques. The results showed that organizational culture and employee rotation directly affect employee performance at the KPPBC TMP Tanjung Emas. Work motivation is proven as a mediating variable between organizational culture and employee performance.Abstrak Bahasa InggrisPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan rotasi pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi (Studi empiris pada KPPBC TMP Tanjung Emas).     Kelompok UKM di wilayah Kecamatan Tugu dibagi dalam 2 (dua) kelompok UKM yaitu pengolahan pangan (bandeng, ikan asap, tarasi, telur asin, dan kerupuk) dan Batik yang dikelola sebagain besar oleh kaum wanita. Kondisi usahanya sebagian besar masih dalam tarap rintisan usaha dan sebagian kecil sudah mulai mapan, namun perkembangan dan kemajuannya masih belum optimal. Hal ini disebabkan masih banyak kendala yang dihadapi, seperti: (1) belum optimalnya kemampuan kewirausahaan, (2) belum memiliki strategi pengembangan usaha, (3) belum memiliki kemampuan peningkatan inovasi produk, (4) belum adanya kejelasan tentang pembiayaan/pemodalan, dan (5) belum memikili kemampuan kreatif dalam pemasaran.Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan memberikan pengetahuan dan kemampuan tentang kewirausahaan. Adapun luaran sebagai berikut: (1) meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang kewirausahaan terutama berinovasi dengan produk kreatif dan berani mengambil resiko yang moderat, (2) meningkatkan Pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang pemasaran kreatif, (3) meningkatkan Pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang pembiayaan usaha, (4) dapat mengakses sumber permodalan dari luar serta pengelolaan permodalan dengan baik, dan (5) meningkatkan Pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang strategi pemasaran kreatif.     Learning technologies is necessary in the learning process, because it can spread the information widely, evenly, fast, uniform and integrated so that the message can be delivered in accordance with the content in question. Technology can be a medium for faculty in order to realize the learning process that is effective, efficient, and productive in accordance with the needs and demands of students. This study aimed to determine differences in learning achievement Micro Economics course student of Economics Faculty of Teacher Education UNLAM seen from the use of multimedia, learning styles and learning motivation of students. The research method used was a 2x3x2 factorial quasi-experimental. This research makes the entire population as the entire population of students taking courses in Micro Economics odd semester 2012/2013 as respondents, amounting to 72 students. Data collection using tests, questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using three-way ANOVA analysis. Conclusions derived from this research are: 1) there are differences in learning achievement of students who use the Micro Economic multimedia with conventional media, 2) there are differences in student achievement visual, auditory and kinesthetic, 3) there are differences in student achievement Micro Economics Economics Education courses FKIP UNLAM that have high and low motivation, 4) there is an interaction effect between the use of multimedia to the type of student learning styles, 5) there is no interaction effect between the use of multimedia on the level of student motivation, 6) there is an interaction effect between type of learning style with the level of student motivation, and 7) there is no effect of the interaction effect of the use of multimedia, learning style type, and level of student motivation to learn.     The election method which used in learning process is one of things that can influence in student learning result. The purpose of this research is to know the successful of literature learning through discussion method for students grade XII SMK Batik 2 Surakarta in 2017 / 2018. Types of this research is qualitative descriptive.Technique of collecting data are used by observation, quessionnares and documents. The results of this research show that (1) all students can declared complete in learning process with suitable mark based on criteria for success of learning, (2) Observation data show that in used discussion method students become an active in following learning process as like make a question answer interaction with teacher or with their friends, give a feed back or opinion and also have a discussion for solving a problem together, (3) From the result value by students and result of learning process it can be said the discussion method its been right used in literature learning and showing success in literature learning
