Import 19/10/2011Bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou internetových stránek pro soukromého podnikatele. Stávající internetové stránky neplnili svůj účel, a proto bylo potřeba vytvořit nové webové stránky, které svým kvalitnějším zpracováním budou lépe informovat zákazníky. Nové internetové stránky byly psány v jazyce XHTML s využitím CSS stylů a pro jejich tvorbu byl využit program „Microsoft Office SharePoint Designer 2007“. Pro tvorbu kontaktního formuláře a knihy návštěv byly využity miniaplikace, které je možné si jednoduše vytvořit na stránce blueboard.cz a poté je vložit na své webové stránky. Dále byla také provedena optimalizace stránek pro vyhledávání. Na základě zjištění vysoké částky, kterou je nutné platit za využívání současného webhostingu, byl proveden průzkum a navrhnut nový vhodnější webhosting. Nové internetové stránky jsou připravené pro jejich umístění na web.This bachelor thesis is about creating web sites for private entrepreneur. The existing website did not fulfill its purpose, so it was necessary to create a new Web site, that with its higher quality processing will better inform customers. New web pages were written in XHTML using CSS styles and for this the 'Microsoft Office SharePoint Designer 2007 " was used. For creating a contact form and guestbook were used gadgets that you can simply create at webpage blueboard.cz and then paste into your website. Furthermore, the optimalization of the pages for search was made. Based on the findings of a high amount to be paid for the use of the current hosting, a new better hosting was suggested. Úloha českých bank v úvěrování retailové klientely a analýza vývoje zadluženosti domácností v ČR

Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat vývoj a současný stav zadluženosti českých domácností. Před vlastním rozborem zadluženosti domácností jsou v rámci druhé kapitoly podrobně představeny úvěrové produkty, které jsou nabízeny retailovému klientovi na českém finančním trhu a které úzce souvisí se zadlužováním domácností. Analýza vývoje zadluženosti domácností v ČR, která je součástí třetí kapitoly, je rozdělena na rozbor zadluženosti domácností vůči bankovnímu a vůči nebankovnímu sektoru. V této kapitole jsou rovněž zmíněny příčiny růstu zadluženosti domácností, možná hrozící rizika z rostoucího vývoje zadluženosti, působení úvěrových registrů v ČR a problematika nesplácených úvěrů ze strany klienta. Obsahem závěrečné kapitoly je komparace zadluženosti domácností v ČR a v EU

The concept of housing policy at a municipal level

Diplomová práce analyzuje problematiku bytové politiky na komunální úrovni. Je rozebíráno současné postavení obcí v České republice v souvislosti s koncepcí bydlení a úlohy jednotlivých subjektů, které v ní hrají roli. Klíčový je zde stát, který významně ovlivňuje námi rozebíranou politiku především prostřednictvím legislativních opatření. Nacházíme jak objektivní, tak i vnitřní problémy, u kterých jsou navrhována možná řešení. Na vybrané koncepci je snaha poukázat prostřednictvím metodického návrhu na možné klady a zápory. Výše zmíněných rozborů lze dosáhnout podrobným prostudováním situace na základě aktuálních informací získaných spoluprácí s Ministerstvem pro místní rozvoj a vedením konkrétní obce, dále na základě mnou prošetřených informací z praxe. Cílem je definovat a zhodnotit současnou situaci tvorby koncepce bydlení v České republice a obohatit ji vlastními postřehy a názory.This paper analyzes the concept of housing policy at a municipal level. It looks at current status of areas in the Czech Republic in relation to their housing provision and individual stakeholders' roles in this process. The key role is played by the government and its influence of housing policy through legislation. Various general as well as individual areas' issues are explored and solutions discussed. One example outlines detailed analysis of a situation in a specific area of the country.The analysis was conducted based on current data provided by the Ministry of Local Development and the local council and a research conducted by the author. The aim is to define and analyze current housing policy in the Czech Republic and discuss potential solutions

Diplomová práce pojednává o tuzemském reverse charge, novém systému výběru daně z přidané hodnoty, který byl v České republice poprvé zaveden na dodání investičního zlata v roce 2006 a od dubna roku 2011 rozšířen na další vybraná zdanitelná plnění. Tato práce analyzuje dopady zavedení tuzemského reverse charge u Pražské vodohospodářské společnosti a.s. a u státního rozpočtu. Hlavním cílem je zhodnocení vlivu režimu přenesené daňové povinnosti na příjmy a výdaje neboli cash flow společnosti a na cash flow státního rozpočtu, zejména na příjmy plynoucí do státní kasy ze stavebního odvětví.The diploma thesis deals with domestic reverse charge mechanism. This new selection system of value added tax was first introduced in the Czech Republic in 2006 to the delivery of gold. Since April 2011 reverse charge mechanism was extended to other selected taxable fulfillments.This paper analyzes the effects of the introduction of domestic reverse charge mechanism on the Pražská vodohospodářská společnost a.s. and on the state budget. The main objective is to evaluate the effect of the reverse charge mechanism on revenues and expenditures or cash flow Pražské vodohospodářské společnosti a.s. and cash flow of the state budget. In the case of the state budget, the work focuses on revenue flowing into state coffers from the construction industry

Concrete poetry in the literary communication in the foreign language teaching

Disertační práce Konkrétní poezie v literární komunikaci ve výuce cizího jazyka Mgr. Lucie Divišová ABSTRACT We have formulated the research problem in the doctoral thesis called Concrete poetry in the literary communication in the foreign language teaching as a problem of reception of concrete poetry which is a distinctive and atypical poetry genre as well as its potential integration into the teaching of French as a foreign language to specific groups of university students. In the end we change the subject from the substantive theory which says something just about the reception of concrete poetry in students in question in particular conditions (in four specific groups of university students) to formal theory (which says something about the phenomenon itself; how and why the concrete poetry deepens relationship to the foreign language as well as to its linguistic and literary aspect, and about the contribution of the integration of the poetic, or the more precisely literary text into the foreign language teaching in general). The aim of our action research is to contribute to the extension of the expert knowledge which in our case consists in combining literary-scientific knowledge with the topic of concrete poetry and a didactic and theoretic knowledge and subsequently in transformation of this..

The aim of the bachelor work is the analysis of the current reward system of workers in chosen enterprise and based on discovered information make suggestion of changes to improve the management of remuneration. This work contains the basic information about enterprise, its history and its organization chart. Then work contains analysis of the reward system and analysis of the development of average wages in years 2006 - 2011. In the end of work are made suggestion of changes, which can help to improve motivation of workers, existing reward system in company and competitive ability of company on the labour market

The Role of NGOs in Social Inclusion of Roma people in Czech Republic

Ve své bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na funkce nestátních neziskových organizací při inkluzi Romů v České republice. V teoretické části vycházím z konceptu rizika. Jedním z největších rizik je sociální exkluze. Nástrojem pro její řešení je sociální inkluze. Obě tyto témata propojuji s problematikou týkající se romské menšiny. Praktickou částí je případová studie, kterou jsem provedla na nestátní neziskové organizaci, zaměřující se na integraci romských dětí.ObhájenoThis thesis focuses on the function of NGOs in the inclusion of Roma in the Czech Republic.
