FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES: UM OLHAR SOBRE A DOCÊNCIA NO ENSINO SUPERIOR

O presente trabalho busca compreender o papel da formação docente para a efetivação do processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Atualmente, ainda é notável a presença de métodos de ensino conservadores nas universidades, orientados por práticas tradicionais, pautadas na transmissão de conhecimentos do professor para o aluno. Tais práticas constituem um conhecimento efêmero, incapaz de proporcionar aos sujeitos autonomia de pensamento e transformação do seu meio social. A metodologia expositiva ainda é muito comum, entre aqueles professores que desejam inovar suas práticas de ensino, mesmo nos cursos de licenciatura. A isso se deve um processo de formação docente, cujos currículos eram pautados no conteúdo e não tinham como pressuposto uma base teórica que orientasse a prática dos futuros docentes. Além disso, grande parte dos professores foi formada por docentes cujas práticas eram autoritárias e pouco inspiradoras, e as instituições de ensino onde atuam não propiciam a formação continuada

Modelagem e projeto de um martelo de forja

Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (graduação)—Universidade de Brasília, Faculdade UnB Gama, 2018.Este trabalho apresenta a modelagem 3D e projeto de um martelo do tipo dupla-ação para forjamento, como também, o estudo e análise do seu mecanismo de funcionamento utilizando método dos elementos finitos. O projeto mecânico foi dividido em desenhos técnicos elaborados a partir da modelagem dos componentes da estrutura via software CAD somada à escolha dos materiais para a construção da estrutura do equipamento. Com a parte estrutural e materiais definidos, foi analisada a cinemática dos movimentos realizados pelo martelete, além da demonstração dos cálculos e resultados deste mecanismo, como por exemplo a velocidade do martelo. Além do software CAD, também foi utilizada a ferramenta CAE, para auxiliar nas análises de esforços mecânicos sofridos pela estrutura. É esperado neste projeto que o martelete que será construído posteriormente atenda as expectativas e consiga atender os objetivos estabelecidos inicialmente.This work presents the modeling and design of a double action hammer for forging, as well as the study and analysis of its mechanism of operation using finite element method. The mechanical design was divided into technical drawings elaborated from the modeling of the components of the structure through CAD software added to the choice of materials for the construction of the equipment structure. With the structural part and defined materials, the kinematics of the movements performed by the hammer were analyzed, as well as the demonstration of calculations and results of this mechanism, such as hammer speed. In addition to the CAD software, the CAE tool was also used to assist in the analysis of mechanical stresses suffered by the structure. It is expected in this project that the hammer that will be built later meets the expectations and can meet the objectives set initially

The World Mushroom Market and Brazil’s Role: Industrial Integration as a Key for Competitiveness

Purpose: In this article we presented the main aspects of world mushroom market emphasizing the major opportunities for Brazil producers.   Theoretical framework: A recent market research shows that it is foreseen to increase significantly from 2018 until 2026 with a compound annual growth rate of 6.41%. China is the major player in the world mushroom market and their products with low prices are gaining space in the Brazilian market resulting in problems to national producers.   Design/Methodology/Approach:  The article was designed via bibliographic survey of international publications with scientific recognition using Scopus, Web of Science and Scholar Google. Books and recent news also were used as a source of information. Topics researched were mushrooms, world mushroom market, Brazilian mushroom market e the use of spent mushroom substrate (SMS) in industrial chain.   Findings: One of the most promising opportunities is the integration between agri-food industries and mushroom production via exchange of waste and spent mushroom substrate (SMS) in a circular economy model.   Conclusion: The use of SMS could be the key to reduce the cost of Brazilian mushroom production and, consequently increase its competitiveness, associated with a reduction of environmental impacts of the industrial activities

Desenvolvimento de marca para produtos rurais: um estudo multicasos em São Paulo eMmato Grosso do Sul

This paper aims to examine the proposal of value from the identity of the brands of foods developed by farmers in Brazil. The analysis of the identity of the brands was based on the Aaker (1996) model. The methodology was the multi-case studies with six food rural producers - two producers of milk, a pig farmer, a producer of fruit, a producer of honey and a producer of organic “caipirinha”. The results indicate that brand awareness of their responsibilities with respect to customers, consumers, environment and society.Este artigo objetiva analisar a proposta de valor decorrente da identidade de marcas desenvolvidas por produtores rurais no Brasil. A análise da identidade de marcas foi baseada no modelo de planejamento da identidade de Aaker (1996). A metodologia adotada foi o estudo de casos múltiplos junto a seis produtores rurais de alimentos que criaram suas próprias marcas. Os casos contemplam dois produtores de leite, um criador de suínos, um produtor de frutas, um produtor de mel e um produtor de cachaça orgânica. Os resultados apontam para marcas conscientes de suas responsabilidades com relação aos clientes, consumidores, meio ambiente e sociedade

Efficiency modeling, an important factor in the development of sheep and goat production in a semiarid region / Modelagem da eficiência, fator importante para o desenvolvimento da ovinocaprinocultura, dos produtores do Semiáridoc

The paper aims to use the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) approach to evaluate the performance of sheep and goat production systems in the semi-arid region in Brazil. By applying a questionnaire with 127 variables, we obtained information from 254 producers in the municipality of Tauá - CE, with the input variables number of sheep and number of cattle, and the output variable of revenues from animal production. The DEA model with constant returns to scale (RCE) and variable returns to scale (RVE) and were used. The average technical efficiency measures of RCE and RVE models were 9.72% and 23.65% for all farmers. Only two and eight producers obtained efficiency equal to one (maximum) in RCE and RVE, respectively. Most producers operate in terms of increasing returns, and are inefficient. That is, the vast majority of producers are working below the optimum scale, which leads to the exclusion of producers

Princípios ágeis no gerenciamento de projetos de uma indústria farmacêutica / Agile principles in project management in a pharmaceutical industry

As metodologias ágeis têm se destacado por características como planejamento adaptativo, múltiplas entregas parciais e melhoria contínua, em busca de respostas imediatas às mudanças necessárias durante a execução de alguns tipos de projetos, principalmente quando contrastadas com as metodologias tradicionais. O presente artigo apresenta aspectos dos princípios ágeis utilizados na gestão de projetos de uma empresa privada. O Scrum foi utilizado como metodologia base para estudo e implantação em diferentes cenários adaptados ao contexto da empresa. O resultado foi positivo e perceptível para as áreas envolvidas, trazendo melhorias principalmente na comunicação entre os setores, visibilidade do andamento dos projetos e entregas.
