    The object of this final report is to find out the influence of service quality to the customer satisfaction of  PT PLN (Persero) Cabang Palembang Rayon Rivai.  The  purpose of this final report is to investigate the influence of service quality which is most dominantly influence the customer satisfaction and to investigate the quality that is given whether it is already fulfilled the customer satisfaction.  The data are got questioner, observation, interview, the data are analyzed by using the theories from Nasution (2003), Lupiyoadi (2001), Umar (2002), Tjiptono (1999), and by using the SPSS analysis for windows 11.5 version Multiple Regression formula.  The result shows that R Square is the colleration service quality and the customer perception satisfaction which were 30.6%, while the remaining 69.4% were influenced by other factor not included in this study.  The factor of Tangibles more influence customer satisfaction.  Writer suggests that PT PLN (Persero) Cabang Palembang Rayon Rivai should increase the service quality in Responsiveness dimention, because this dimention is that costumer want

    This reseach done in Anggrek book store and aimed to know how big the level of customer satisfaction, to know priority necessary repairs in order understand deficiencies of service quality and determining the dimension that the most dominant in customer satisfaction. It is based on 5 dimension of service quality there are tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy.research conducted on 100 respondents into Anggrek book store. The result of the study are average customers feel quite satisfied with the quality of service provided by Anggrek book store. There are 8 items that should be fixed and the dimensions most give satisfaction to customers is assurance with the degree of satisfaction 93,5%. Based on the research result then expected management to improve the quality service is not good in the eyes of customer, consider priority correction and maintain the quality of service that has been good

    Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Motivasi Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Pada Karyawan PT Duta Oktan Semesta Palembang)

    This research was conducted at PT Duta Oktan Semesta Palembang. This study uses compensation as an independent variable, motivation as an intervening variable and performance as the dependent variable. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance through employee motivation as an intervening variable. The sample used was an employee of PT Duta Oktan Semesta Palembang set the number of samples in this study were 42 respondents. The analysis includes the validity test, reliability test, the classic assumption test, test models, regression analysis and path analysis. Based on the results of two regression analyzes can be performed so that the path analysis found that the variable motivation to become an intervening variable is based on the calculation of the standardized coefficients for the indirect effect of compensation on performance through employee motivation at 48.1% greater than the direct effect of compensation on performance of 24.3%. The author concluded that the company should increase the motivation of employees to improve their performance

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan kompetensi guru PJOK dalam menyusun RPP. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian tindakan sekolah. Subyek penelitian adalah guru-guru PJOK SMK yang berjumlah 7 orang yang berasal dari 7 SMK binaan yang berada di Kecamatan Sewon, Kabupaten Bantul. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen penilaian RPP. Indikator keberhasilannya bila nilai masing-masing komponen baik dan nilai rata-rata rekapnya minimal 2,30 dari nilai maksimal 3,00. Hasil siklus 1 belum mencapai standar karena rekapitulasi penilaian menunjukan nilai 1,82 dari skor maksimal 3,00 (60,7%) pada predikat cukup. Penilaian pada siklus 2 menunjukan angka rekap pada rata-rata 2,50 (83,3%). Artinya, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Supervisi akademik oleh pengawas dengan tehnik bimbingan dalam workshop penulisan RPP dapat meningkatkan kemampuan penulisan RPP guru PJOK di Kabupaten Bantul, dan (2) Workshop yang efektif meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam membuat RPP adalah yang dilakukan secara berlanjut dan dengan pemberian contoh, berlanjut dalam artian ada tindaklanjut dari kekurangan- kekurangan yang ditemukan dalam tahap pertama, dengan pembahasan dan pemberian contoh yang telah memenuhi kriteria RPP yang baik

    The purpose of the study was to examine work motivation as an intervening organizational culture and the effectiveness of training on employee performance. Survey method and simple random sampling technique were used for data collection with the help of a questionnaire based on a 10-point Likert scale. The number of samples of 100 employees is used to test the hypothesis. The research model used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 3.2.9 to perform data processing. The results showed that organizational culture and training effectiveness had a positive and significant influence on work motivation.     The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of continuous improvement organizationalculture on employee performance with work motivation and innovative work behavior asintervening variables.     Peningkatan produktivitas merupakan salah satu langkah yang harus ditempuh oleh perusahaan. Produktivitas itu sendiri merupakan cerminan bagaimana performa perusahaan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan mereka. Terjadinya pandemi covid-19 pada tahun 2020 memberikan dampak kepada usaha Tempe Murni Bu Paulus dengan dampak yang dapat dirasakan secara langsung adalah menurunnya jumlah konsumen yang mana berimbas pada menurunnya jumlah produksi perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan berbagai macam solusi yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan dengan tidak mengabaikan keadaan usaha saat ini. Strategi peningkatkan produktivitas usaha diawali dengan menganalisis kondisi produktivitas usaha sebelum terjadi pandemic, ketika terjadi pandemi dan setelah pandemi berjalan. Strategi ini disusun dengan melakukan wawancara kepada pihak-pihak terkait seperti pemilik usaha, pekerja produksi dan pekerja pembungkusan guna mengetahui kondisi usaha saat ini. Langkah selanjutnya pembuatan file pendukung berupa: perhitungan produktivitas Marvin E Mundel, perhitungan IFE-EFE dan pembuatan tabel SWOT. Setelah semua data didapatkan maka solusi dapat diperoleh dan usulan yang dipilih mengikuti besaran nilai dari IFE-EFE. Hasil usulan strategi peningkatan produktivitas usaha dengan metode Marvin E Mundel, metode IFE-EFE dan metode SWOT ini mendapatkan hasil berupa 2 jenis strategi yang berfokus pada produksi dan pemasaran. Strategi produksi berfokus kepada menggunakan kekuatan perusahaan guna mengantisipasi ancaman luar. Strategi pemasaran berfokus kepada mengunakan kesempatan sebagai peluang untuk memperbaiki kekurangan usaha.     Background: Semakin tingginya tingkat persaingan dalam sektor industri makanan dan minuman perlu untuk direspon dengan baik oleh perusahaan agar tetap dapat bertahan dalam persaingan dengan melakukan strategi internal berupa meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Pelatihan diketemukan merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.Purpose: Tujuan utama penelitian ini untuk membangun model penelitian dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan melibatkan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening pengaruh efektivitas pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Design/methodology/approach: Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam sektor manufacture pembuatan bahan baku kaleng untuk makanan dan minuman dengan 276 orang karyawan, karakteristik populasi adalah karyawan tetap dan sudah melalui dua tahun masa kerja. Sampel yang diambil 127 orang karyawan dengan menggunakan metode purposive random sampling. Model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dipergunakan untuk menguji signifikansi statistik koefisien jalur terhadap tiga (3) hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya.Findings: Temuan hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa efektivitas pelatihan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Efektivitas pelatihan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan

    The higher the level of competition in the industrial sector, it is necessary for the company's efforts to respond well to this in order to survive through internal strategies in the form of improving employee performance. Organizational culture is found to be one of the factors that can improve employee performance. The main purpose of this study is to build a model in an effort to improve employee performance involving innovative work behavior as an intervening variable for the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. The population in this study were employees of companies engaged in the manufacturing sector with 276 employees. Samples were taken 127 employees using purposive random sampling method. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to test the statistical significance of the path coefficients against the three (3) established hypotheses. The findings of the study indicate that organizational culture and innovative work behavior have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Innovative work behavior can be an intervening variable for the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. &nbsp
