DAMPAK TATA KELOLA PEDAGANG KAKI LIMA (PKL) TERHADAP KINERJA USAHA (STUDI PADA PKL WILAYAHSEKITAR KAMPUS DI KOTA JAMBI)

The goal of this research is to identify factors that influence the street vendor’s governance (PKL) around some universities in Jambi city. It also intended to explain the impact of PKL governance on business performance by quantitative model. The data analysis is divided into two, namely descriptive and inferential statistics. The inferential statistics employs Partial Least Square (PLS).The samples are taken based on purposive sampling method;a judgement method with 7,5% assumption on street vendors around universities in Jambi city. The result indicates that human resource and operational management have effect on business performance, while finance and marketing have no effect on business performance. Hence, governance model on the future should be considered human resource as the primary asset of PKL

Pelaksanaan Perjanjian Terapeutik antara Pasien yang Mengalami Kegawatdaruratan dengan RS Bhayangkara Semarang

Saat ini, kita erat dengan istilah perjanjian terapeutik atau yang biasa dikenal masyarakat sebagai informed consent. Dari informed consent tersebut terkadang kita kurang memahami jika kejadian yang terjadi pada pasien yang mengalami keadaan gawat darurat. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan perjanjian terapeutik pada pasien dengan keadaan gawat darurat yang terjadi di RS Bhayangkara Semarang. Salah satu masalah yang timbul adalah kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang informed consent itu sendiri. Penulisan hukum ini menggunakan metodologi penulisan hukum yuridis empiris, dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis. Yaitu suatu jenis penelitian yang dimaksudkan untuk menggambarkan atau melukiskan objek penelitian pada saat sekarang berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang tampil atau sebagaimana adanya dan penulis akan menganalisa berdasarkan peraturan-peraturan yang ada. Dasar dari perjanjian terapeutik adalah Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata serta undang-undang maupun peraturan lain yang berkaitan dengan perjanjian terapeutik. Hasil penelitian, pelaksanaan perjanjian terapeutik di RS Bhayangkara Semarang berjalan dengan baik. Keluhan yang masuk berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan pelayanan kesehatan dan perjanjian terapeutik masih bisa ditindak lanjuti dengan baik melalui mediasi. Mengenai kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang perjanjian terapeutik, diharapkan pihak rumah sakit terutama dokter dapat memberitahukan informasi secara lebih menyeluruh dan ditulis secara lengkap dalam surat persetujuan tindakan medis

ETIKA PENGGUNAAN INTERNET UNTUK SISWA SEKOLAH KRISTEN KANAAN

Perguruan Tinggi sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi adalah melaksanakan Pendidikan, Penelitian, dan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat. Salah satu kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ditujukan kepada siswa di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Kristen KANAAN Kabupaten Kubu Raya Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Tujuan dari pengabdian pada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh Program Studi Pendidikan Teknologi Informasi dan Komputer Institut Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Persatuan Guru Republik Indonesia (IKIP PGRI) Pontianak adalah untuk mensosialisasikan etika penggunaan internet bagi siswa. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dalam bentuk sosialisasi, dilanjutkan dengan diskusi, dan tanya jawab. Peserta sosialisasi adalah seluruh siswa Kelas I Sekolah Menengah Pertama Kristen KANAAN. Hasil sosialisasi menunjukkan bahwa siswa pada umumnya telah menggunakan internet dalam kesehariannya, terutama dalam penggunaan media sosial, akan tetapi siswa belum memahami etika dalam penggunaan internet. Siswa masih menggunakan kata-kata yang kurang baik dan sering menggunakan media sosial sebagai alat untuk mengejek siswa yang lain. Kesimpulan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat yang telah dilaksanakan adalah peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai etika penggunaan internet bagi siswa khususnya di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Kristen Kanaan. Kata Kunci: etika, internet, siswa

HUBUNGAN KEMAMPUAN KOGNITIF DENGAN KEMAMPUAN PSIKOMOTOR MAHASISWA DALAM MEMPERSIAPKAN DIRI UNTUK WORKSHOP KOMPUTER PRODI PTIK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) kemampuan kognitif mahasiswadalam mempersiapkan diri untuk workshop komputer Prodi PTIK IKIP PGRIPontianak; (2) kemampuan psikomotor mahasiswa dalam mempersiapkan diri untuk workshop komputer Prodi PTIK IKIP PGRI Pontianak; dan (3) hubungan antara kemampuan kognitif dan psikomotor mahasiswa dalam mempersiapkan diri untuk workshop komputer Prodi PTIK IKIP PGRI Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian adalah kuantitatif korelasional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 135 mahasiswa denganmenggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan datamenggunakan tes dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistikdeskriptif dan korelasi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) kemampuan kognitif mahasiswa memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 31,26; (2) kemampuan psikomotor mahasiswa memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 63,28; dan (3) terdapat hubungan antara kemampuan kognitif dan psikomotor mahasiswa dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,58 yang masuk dalam kategori cukup.Kata kunci: workshop komputer, kemampuan kognitif, kemampuan psikomoto

PENGARUH CAR, NPL, LDR, BANK OWNERSHIP, GROWT H DEPOSIT TERHADAP NIM DENGAN BANK SIZE SEBAGAI VARIABEL KONTROL (Studi Empiris terhadap Bank Konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010-2014)

This research aims to test the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Performing Loan, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Growth Deposit, and Bank Ownership to Net Interest Margin, with using Bank Size as control variable to compare the difference between using Bank Size as control variable and not using Bank Size as control variable. Research population in this paper is Banking listed in IDX 2010-2014 period and the amount of the banks is 30 not-liquidated banks by IDX and Bloomberg. Analysis technique used by this research is Pooled Panel OLS (Ordinary Least Square) with F-statistic test, t-statistic test, classic assumption test such as Normality test, Autocorrelation test, Heteroscedasticity test, and Multicolinearity test. Results show that CAR and LDR have positive and significant to NIM, NPL and Growth Deposit have negative and significant to NIM, Bank Ownership has positive and not significant to NIM

PENGARUH KEGIATAN OUTBOUND TERHADAP MOTORIK KASAR ANAK DI KELOMPOK A RA AL-FATTAH BLOK SUKAMURNI DESA MAJA SELATAN KECAMATAN MAJA

This research begins with the problem of underdeveloped gross motor skills in group A children, this is due to the ineffective use of strategies or learning methods as well as the delivery of learning that is less attractive to children, so children are less interested in the learning process. To overcome the above problems, the researchers used Outbound activities to improve the gross motoric skills of children in group A RA Al-Fattah Sukamurni, South Maja Village, Majalengka Regency 2018-2019 Academic Year with a total of 13 children. This study aims to determine how much influence the outbound activities have on gross motor children. This research begins with the problem of underdeveloped gross motor skills in group A children, this is due to the ineffective use of strategies or learning methods as well as the delivery of learning that is less attractive to children, so children are less interested in the learning process. To overcome the above problems, the researchers used Outbound activities to improve the gross motoric skills of children in group A RA Al-Fattah Sukamurni, South Maja Village, Majalengka Regency 2018-2019 Academic Year with a total of 13 children. This study aims to determine how much influence the outbound activities have on gross motor children. Learning outcomes using Outbound Activities in improving children's gross motor skills are shown from the analysis of the data that researchers obtained namely tcount of 8.6. To determine t-table in this study, the calculation is carried out with the formula of degrees of freedom (df) and get a result of 12, then at a significant level of 5% with df 12 of 1.782, a significant level of 1% is 2.681. It can be concluded that the table 5% is 1,782 and 1% is 2,681. smaller than t_count of 8.6 then Ha is accepted Ho is rejected. This means that there is an influence between outbound activities on the gross motoric of children in RA Al-Fattah Sukamurni Maja Selatan Maja District Majalengka Regency

Identification on Residential Park Facilities Criteria Based on Visitor’s Perception

The soaring number of urban population and the rising of it from time to time will implicate on the pressure of the utilization of city spaces especially residential area, public and social facility also public open spaces in the city. The elevating development of residential area is not only causing the widening of built up land but also decreasing the availability of open spaces. In eastern Surabaya as one of the residential area development location has variety of activity in utilizing a housing scale of green open spaces. Furthermore, the efforts in optimizing parks around eastern Surabaya that can be used as public and social spaces. Citizen’s participation to fulfill those efforts are crucial as the perception influence the need of residential parks as a facility. Therefore, concept of providing facilities on the residential parks through the citizen’s perception needs to be acknowledge. The purpose of this research is to identify the criteria of facility on the parks based on the citizen’s perception. The step in this research, is to identify the residential park facility’s criteria based on the visitor’s perception. To find the answer, quantitative methods is used in this research. Descriptive statistic is used to answer the target of the research. According to the analysis’s results, the criteria of the preferred facility on the residential parks around eastern Surabaya with the highest frequency are trash bin, lights, park benches, shades, pedestrians’ side, children’s playground, public toilet, security guards’ post, easy accessibility, sports field, jogging track, vegetation’s variety and parking spots. Meanwhile, the non-preferred facilities are the ornament for the aesthetic like statues, water fountains, internet access, ready to drink water stations, signs, and gazebos
