    Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Penggunaan BBM oleh Toko Online di Indonesia

    This study was conducted to answer the question of what is the factors affecting decision to use BBM (BlackBerry Messenger) to support online store business. With SME\u27s online store booming in Indonesia, this research was specially studied SME\u27s and micro online store as subject. Survey has been conducted by BBM chat message and online web page to SME\u27s online store that using BBM in Indonesia. A total of 187 valid respondents from 18 provinces and 58 cities in Indonesia responded to the survey. Analysis was conducted using SEM method with Lisrel 8.7 support which tested the 8 hypotheses. The result indicated that there are positive significant effects of perceived usefulness, perceived playfulness and trust toward BBM use intention for online store. However, this study didn\u27t find direct significant effects of perceived ease-of-use toward use intention. Perceived ease-of-use found to have significant indirect effect through the mediation effect of perceived playfulness. In fact, perceived playfulness is the main factor influencing the use intention of BBM for SME\u27s online store.     AN ANALYSIS OF THE FIGURATIVE LANGUAGE USED ON CREED ALBUM “WEATHERED”

    Language has an important role in the literary works. Literary works gives information concerning human expression, realities and problems. Literary works play a role in the revealing the truth through their language and symbols behind the works. A lyrical poetry is representation of music, which can convey ideas and emotion to the listeners. In a song there are many expressions that the composer wants to show to the listener. The writer of this thesis analyzes the figurative expression that exists in Creed’s songs. He chooses one of the Creed’s album that is released in 2001 under titled “weathered”. Two major purposes considered being the main problem in analyzing Creed’s song: (1) what kinds of figurative language are found in Creed lyric? (2) What are the detail meanings of figurative language that are found in Creed lyric?. The approach that the writer uses in this thesis is objective approach because the analysis is related to the literary works itself by analyzing the lyric that uses figurative language. The method in this study is descriptive qualitative research method. This method started by collecting research literature to provide the research data. Next, the data are carefully examined in order to analyze the lyrics that are using figurative language. The data in this study are collected from cassettes, Internet and magazines. The population in this study is eleven songs in “weathered” album, and the writer take six songs as sample. The songs are: Bullets, My sacrifice, Stand here with me, Weathered, Hide and Don’t stop dancing. The result of this study shows that there are seven figurative languages used by Creed in this album, such as hyperbole, repetition, irony, personification, litotes, metaphor and metonymy. The detail meanings that are found in figurative language cannot be understood literally. It needs deeper understanding from the listener

    Employee official travel activities in a company have an important role in supporting business operations and developing the business wing of the company, especially for large companies that have many branch offices in various regions in Indonesia. With more and more official trips requiring official travel tickets, a system that can internally regulate how tickets are purchased and paid is needed. The system is needed to reduce unnecessary official travel activities and valid data to be compared with data from third-party systems in terms of payment of ticket reservations. Researchers conduct literature studies, interviews, and observations. Literature study conducted by researchers to find the concept of an appropriate methodology to develop the Internal Ticketing System application. Interviews are used to examine important input on the Internal Ticketing System application of several companies that have quite intensive business travel activities, so that they are suitable and useful to be implemented later in the field, and business observations are empowered by researchers to look directly at the ticket booking business process on official trips and conduct individual understanding from researchers. The results of this study were successfully made a prototype of the Internal Ticket System application called Business Travel by using a V-Shaped SDLC method. The prototype making method is more detailed because it has 4 rounds, namely requirements, specifications, high level design and low level unit design

    EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN GAME EDUKASI KOMPUTER UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MATA PELAJARAN TIK KELAS VII SMP NEGERI 1 KOTA MUNGKID

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) metode pembuatan/pengembangan Game Edukasi Komputer; (2) ada tidaknya perbedaan antara hasil belajar siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan media Game Edukasi Komputer dengan hasil belajar siswa yang pembelajarannya tidak menggunakan Game Edukasi Komputer; (3) efektivitas penggunaan Game Edukasi Komputer untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran TIK kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Kota Mungkid tahun ajaran 2012/2013. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) dengan desain waterfall model dengan pengujian menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Kota Mungkid yang berjumlah 192 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling dan diperoleh kelas VIIA sebagai kelas eksperimen yang berjumlah 32 siswa dan VIIC sebagai kelas kontrol yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Validitas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah validitas isi dan validitas konstruk sedangkan penghitungan reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Spearman Brown. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan uji-t dan uji normal gain. Uji-t digunakan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan antara hasil belajar siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan media Game Edukasi Komputer dengan hasil belajar siswa yang pembelajarannya tidak menggunakan Game Edukasi Komputer, sedangkan uji normal gain digunakan untuk memperoleh hasil pengkategorian efektivitas penggunaan Game Edukasi Komputer pada pembelajaran TIK. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan nilai t-hitung sebesar 28,66 lebih besar dari t-tabel (1,99897) dengan dk= 62. Hal ini menunjukan ada perbedaan secara signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan media Game Edukasi Komputer dengan hasil belajar siswa yang pembelajarannya tidak menggunakan Game Edukasi Komputer. Dengan hasil perhitungan rerata normal gain score kelas eksperimen sebesar 76,76% termasuk dalam kategori efektif (>76%) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan Game Edukasi Komputer efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran TIK kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Kota Mungkid tahun ajaran 2012/2013.     Pelaksanaan Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) merupakan salah satu mata kuliah yang wajib ditempuh oleh mahasiswa sebagai salah satu syarat dalam menyelesaikan gelar sebagai sarjana pendidikan selain tugas akhir skripsi di Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Visi dari PPL adalah wadah pembentukan calon guru atau tenaga kependidikan yang profesional. PPL dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Wonosari yang beralamat di Jalan Brigjend Katamso Nomor 04 Wonosari, Gunungkidul. Kegiatan ini dimulai pada tanggal 10 Agustus dan diakhiri pada tanggal 12 September 2014. PPL merupakan kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah. Kegiatan pembelajaran perlu melakukan persiapan, di antaranya pembuatan RPP, administrasi pendidik, dan media pembelajaran yang diperlukan. Selama kegiatan PPL mahasiswa diberikan kepercayaan untuk mengampu kelas X MIA 4 yang dibimbing oleh Ibu Dra. Heryu Rueni, M.Pd. Evaluasi terhadap peserta didik dilakukan melalui Ulangan Pendalaman Materi atau Ulangan Harian. Secara kesuluruhan, PPL berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Keberhasilan pelaksanaan PPL ini hendaknya disikapi oleh pihak Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta dengan mempertahankan dan meningkatkan jalinan komunikasi dan kerjasama dengan SMA N 1 Wonosari

    Analisis SWOT Terhadap Layanan Kardiovaskular Eka Hospital Pekanbaru

    This study aimed to determine strategy for business unit based on quantitative SWOT analysis. This study was conducted in Eka Hospital Pekanbaru with the subject of research was Cardiovascular Services of Eka Hospital Pekanbaru. This study uses a qualitative analysis with internal data (primary data) and external data (secondary data). Sample of this study are individuals in hospital management. Determination of strategic factors in internal and external factors, ranking and weighting of each factor in the IFAS table and in the EFAS table was done through a Group Group Discussion (FGD). X value is obtained from the difference of total multiplication rating and weight of all factors in strength factors minus total multiplication rating and weight of all factors in the weakness factors. X value is 0.69 (possitive). Y value is obtained from the difference of total multiplication rating and weight of all factors in the ofactors minus total multiplication rating and weight of all factors in the weakness factors. Y value is 0.30, also possitive. Projection of X and Y in the SWOT quadrant are in the first quadrant. It means that progressive strategy (growth oriented strategy) is the recommended strategy because Eka Hospital Pekanbaru has strengths and good opportunities. Functional strategies are formulated based on progressive strategy as the recommendations strategy for business unit

    PENGARUH BAURAN PEMASARAN E-COMMERCE TERHADAP INTENSI PEMBELIAN MODUL ASYNCHRONOUS E-LEARNING: PERAN DARI PENGETAHUAN KONSUMEN

    Research in the E-Learning business is still limited and more research is needed on the purchase of online courses, especially the Asynchronous modules that are available at several providers of paid E-Learning platforms. The sample of this study was 100 visitors to the schoolpintar.com and Kelaskita.com sites using SEM analysis techniques. The results of this e-learning study show that the intention to purchase asynchronous e-learning modules is not significantly affected by product attractiveness, price perception and consumer knowledge, but is significantly influenced by marketing effectiveness. The results of this study are useful for entrepreneurs and prospective online business business entrepreneurs to be able to increase sales of online courses in Indonesia by focusing on marketing efforts specifically to change consumer preferences and beliefs.     The purpose of this research was to determine effects of service quality toward costumer satisfaction on Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional in Surabaya. There are five independent variables compiled into a research model to explain customer satisfaction level, i.e tangible, responsiveness, assurance, reliability, and empathy. The process of data collection used convenience sampling method on every costumer who visited to Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional in Surabaya. From 250 questionnaires distributed to consumer overall had completed answer so it questionnaires could be analyzed. The method analysis used in this research is multiple regression linear using the program SPSS 11.00. The result showed that tangible, assurance, and empathy had significant relationship toward customer satisfaction, on the other hand responsiveness and reliability had no significant relatonship toward customer satisfaction. The management implication and suggestions for Bank BTPN as service provider were also discussed at the end of this research.
