Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou znevýhodněných skupin osob na trhu práce. Mimo obecných aspektů a teoretických vymezení znevýhodněných skupin na trhu práce, je věnován prostor také roli politice zaměstnanosti při podpoře začleňování znevýhodněných skupin obyvatel na trhu práce. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení vlivu znevýhodněných skupin nezaměstnaných na úroveň nezaměstnanosti v Moravskoslezském kraji a navrhnout doporučení směřující ke zlepšení situace znevýhodněných osob na trhu práce. V práci je použit deduktivně – teoretický přístup, což znamená, že je postupováno od teorie k praxi.The diploma thesis deals with the issue of disadvantaged groups of people in the labor market. Besides general aspects of this phenomenon and definition of disadvantaged groups in the labor market, it deals with role of employment policy in promoting the inclusion of disadvantaged groups in the labor market. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the impact of disadvantaged groups of unemployed on the level of unemployment in the Moravian-Silesian Region and to propose recommendations aimed at improving the situation of disadvantaged persons in the labor market. Mimo obecných aspektů a teoretického vymezení migrace, je věnován prostor historickému vývoji migrace na území České republiky a socioekonomické charakteristice migrantů v této zemi. Cílem práce je analyzovat dopady migrantů na Českou republiku a následně zjistit, zda jsou tyto dopady pozitivní či negativní. Laser-induced reactions of 4-aminobenzenthiol species adsorbed on Ag, Au, and Cu plasmonic structures followed by SERS spectroscopy. The role of substrate and excitation energy - surface-complex photochemistry and plasmonic catalysis

This study focuses on investigating the laser-induced reactions of various surface complexes of 4-aminobenzenethiol on Ag, Au, and Cu surfaces. By utilizing different excitation wavelengths, the distinct behavior of the molecule species on the plasmonic substrates was observed. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations were employed to establish the significant role of chemical enhancement mechanisms in determining the observed behavior. The interaction between 4-aminobenzenethiol (4-ABT) molecules and plasmonic surfaces led to the formation of surface complexes with absorption bands red-shifted into the visible and near-infrared regions. Photochemical transformations were induced by excitation wavelengths from these regions, with the nature of the transformations varying based on the excitation wavelength and the plasmonic metal. Resonance with the electronic absorption transitions of these complexes amplifies surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS), enabling the detailed examination of ongoing processes. A kinetic study on the Ag surface revealed processes governed by both first- and second-order kinetics, attributed to the dimerization process and transformation processes of individual molecules interacting with photons or plasmons. The behavior of the molecules was found to be primarily determined by the position and variability of the band between 1170 and 1190 cm-1, with the former corresponding to molecules in the monomer state and the latter to dimerized molecules. Notably, laser-induced dimerization occurred most rapidly on the Cu surface, followed by Ag, and least on Au. Import 29/09/2010Má bakalářská práce se vztahuje k procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. V úvodu jsem nastínila, proč je důležité tomuto tématu věnovat velkou pozornost. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na zpracování odborné literatury týkající se tohoto procesu. V praktické části jsem analyzovala současný průběh získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti, kterým se zabývá personální oddělení. Dále jsem navrhla doporučení, které by mohly personálnímu oddělení přispět ke zlepšení procesu.My bachelor thesis relates to employee recruitment and selection process. In the preface I outlined the importance of the topic. In the theoretical part I focused on technical bibliography´s data processing. In the practical part I analysed present employee recruitment and selection process in the company. Zhodnocení je provedeno na základě praktických zkušeností a na základě prostudování celého systému řízení. Základní náplní monitoringu povrchových vod je sledování jakosti povrchových vod v drobných vodních tocích a malých vodních nádržích. Kritériem pro posuzování kvality vody jsou limity dané nařízením vlády č. 229/2007 Sb., kterým se stanoví ukazatele a hodnoty přípustného znečištění povrchových vod. Dále se jakost vod posuzuje dle normy ČSN 75 7221 Jakost vod – Klasifikace jakosti povrchových vod. The assessment is carried on the basis of practically experiences and studying all system of management. The basic aim of water monitoring is observation of day water quality in small water courses and water reservoirs. There are given limits in the Decree of goverment No. 229/2007 Sb., where indicators and values of admissible pollution of surface waters are set, as the criterion for assesment of water quality. The first step of the bachelor‘s thesis was to select 10 critical sections, then each one was subjected to accident analysis.
