Diese Diplomarbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem Vergleich und der Analyse dreier verschiedener Emissionshandelssysteme. Untersucht werden die Systeme in der Europäischen Union (EU ETS) und Neuseeland (NZ ETS) sowie die Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) im Nordosten der USA. Dem Leser wird einerseits ein Überblick über das theoretische Fundament sowie die Entstehung der drei Systeme gegeben, andererseits werden mit Hilfe einer Gegenüberstellung und einer kritischen Analyse die Unterschiede, Gemeinsamkeiten und aufgetretenen bzw. zu erwartenden Probleme untersucht

Ústavněprávní důsledky Lisabonské smlouvy Práce analyzuje ústavněprávní dopad změn, ke kterým došlo v důsledku Lisabonské smlouvy. V první části je stručně shrnut historický vývoj evropské integrace, novelizace zakládacích smluv a vznik Evropské unie s podrobnějším popisem sjednávání a ratifikace Lisabonské smlouvy. Druhá část práce se podrobněji věnuje státoprávní charakteristice Evropské unie před účinností Lisabonské smlouvy. Třetí část práce obsahuje formální náležitosti Lisabonské smlouvy a dále popisuje obsahové změny, které přináší do primárního práva. Závěrečná část se zabývá problematikou dopadů evropského práva do ústavního pořádku České republiky a změnami, ke kterým došlo v důsledku Lisabonské smlouvy. Předně jsou analyzována integrační ustanovení ústavního pořádku, a to zejména ve vztahu k problematice státní svrchovanosti, dále průběh ratifikace a přístup Ústavního soudu k předběžnému přezkumu Lisabonské smlouvy, posouzení otázky státní svrchovanosti po přijetí Lisabonské smlouvy se závěrem, že Česká republika zůstává svrchovaným státem. Závěr této části je věnován rozboru ústavněprávních dopadů jednotlivých změn primárního práva do právního řádu České republiky vymezených v části třetí. In the first chapter, the beginning of the European integration is briefly described as well as the evolution of the European Union along with more detailed description of the negotiations and ratification of the Lisbon treaty. Second chapter contains information on constitutional characteristics of the European Union before the effect of the Lisbon treaty. Third chapter is aimed on the formal elements of the Lisbon treaty and contains thorough description of the global changes it has on the legal systems of the member states. Subject of the closing chapter is the effect the treaty have caused on the constitutional order of the Czech Republic. Foremost, integration provisions are analyzed, mainly with regards to the issues of state sovereignty, process of the ratification and approach of the Constitutional court of the Czech Republic to the preliminary assessment of the questions of mentioned sovereignty leading to the conclusion that even with the Lisbon treaty in effect, Czech Republic will remain sovereign country. Diplomová práce se zabývá systémem pro správu webového obsahu (CMS – content management system) s unikátním grafickým prostředím a charakteristickými vlastnostmi cloud computing operačních systémů. Jádro systému tvoří: - na straně serveru kód psaný v programovacím jazyce PHP a - na straně klienta JavaScript s asynchronním přenosem dat (technologie AJAX). K uložení dat a nastavení systému je použita databáze MySQL. Jádro systému dokáže vytvářet a spravovat libovolný počet uživatelských oken a zajišťuje synchronizaci dat pracovního prostředí mezi klientem a serverem. Systém je programován modulárně - moduly lze rozšířit systém o nové funkce. Systém obsahuje několik často používaných modulů: správa uživatelů, správa obsahu, události, fotogalerie, soutěže a další. K rychlému a snadnému vytvoření nových modulů slouží několik tříd, které umožňují generovat a spravovat základní systémové objekty. Textová část modulů je načítána z jazykového souboru, což umožňuje překlad systému do více jazyků.The content management system with unique graphics environment and characteristic of cloud computing operating systems is major subject of this thesis. The core of the system consist of: - PHP code on the server side - JavaScrip with data asynchronous transmission (AJAX technology) on the client side. MySQL database is used for saving data and system’s setting. The core of the system is able to create and manage any number of user’s window and also handle synchronization of data between client and server. System is programmed modulary – system is able to expand by modules. System contains several frequently used modules as: user manager, content manager, events, photogallery, contests, etc. To create new modules quickly and easily are prepared some classes which can manage and generate basic system’s objects. Translation of system to any language is possible because of the text part loading from a language file.

The MRI features of placental adhesion disorder – a pictorial review

Placental adhesion disorder (PAD) comprises placenta accreta, increta and percreta lesions, these are classified according to the depth of uterine invasion. Although PAD is considered a rare condition, its incidence has increased 10 fold in the last 50 years. Ultrasound is the primary imaging modality for assessment of the placenta, and in the majority of cases it is sufficient for diagnosis, however when ultrasound findings are suspicious or inconclusive, MRI is recommended as an adjunct imaging technique. Numerous MRI features of PAD have been described, including dark intra-placental bands, disorganised intra-placental vascularity and abnormal uterine bulging. This pictorial review describes and illustrates these characteristics and discusses their implications in planning delivery. In addition we present a series of ‘pitfall’ cases to aid the interpreting radiologist and discuss management of PAD. PAD is a clinical and diagnostic challenge that is encountered with increasing frequency requiring a cohesive multidisciplinary approach to its management
