Dependencias Universales para los treebanks AnCora

The present article describes the conversion of the Catalan and Spanish AnCora treebanks to the Universal Dependencies formalism. We describe the conversion process and assess the quality of the resulting treebank in terms of parsing accuracy by means of monolingual, cross-lingual and cross-domain parsing evaluation. The converted treebanks show an internal consistency comparable to the one shown by the original CoNLL09 distribution of AnCora, and indicate some differences in terms of multiword expression inventory with regards to the already existing UD Spanish treebank. The two new converted treebanks will be released in version 1.3 of Universal Dependencies.Este artículo presenta la conversión de los treebanks AnCora del catalán y el castellano al formalismo de Dependencias Universales (UD). Describimos el proceso de conversión y estimamos la calidad de los treebanks resultantes en términos de sus resultados en análisis sintáctico automático en un esquema monolingüe, en un esquema trans-lingüístico y en un tercero trans-dominio. Los treebanks convertidos muestran un nivel de consistencia interna de anotación comparable a la de los datos originales de la distribución CoNLL09 de AnCora, e indican algunas diferencias en términos del inventario de expresiones polilexemáticas con respecto al anterior treebank del castellano en UD. Los dos nuevos treebanks convertidos serán distribuidos con la versión 1.3 de Dependencias Universales

Science and Technology Studies (STS): possibilities and limits of anthropology in laboratories

Science and technology studies (STS) have become a relevant partner for other disciplines when it comes to understanding the period we live in. STS’s frequent application of an ethnographical approach may seem inviting to an anthropologist, but what kind of results are obtained by today’s STS? By analyzing two older works concerned with biotechnology by Paul Rabinow and Tereza Stockelova I shall try to demonstrate the existence of a common approach that could be described as preventive distrust. The two works are however based on different theoretical backgrounds-- while Paul Rabinow was inspired by Michel Foucault’s study of power from an ethical point of view, Tereza Stockelova was influenced by Bruno Latour‘s  political Actor-Network Theory. This comparison has led me to believe that this distrust often leads to baseless objections. Future visions of scientific progress often try to cast a shadow over bioscience as potentially dangerous or revolutionary (biosociality) but this view might prove indemonstrable and might therefore be rejected in the future.Science and technology studies (STS) have become a relevant partner for other disciplines when it comes to understanding the period we live in. The quality influence of providing services to customer´s satisfaction

Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit co běžný divák považuje za důležité ve službách (virtuální grafika ve sportovních přenosech), které nabízí firma Akisport s.r.o. a zjistit jeho spokojenost se službami. Za tímto účelem budu provádět měření spokojenosti diváků. V první části své práce se budu zabývat teorií a metodickým postupem realizace měření a vyhodnocení spokojenosti zákazníků. V další části provedu měření spokojenosti vybranou metodou a vyhodnotím výsledky.The find out what is important for television watchers in offer services from company Akisport (virtual graphic in sport´s telecast) and find out his satisfaction with this services, it is chief aim in this master´s thesis. For purpose I will make measuring satisfaction television watchers. In the first part in my master thesis i will deal with theory and methodical procedure realization measuring and evaluation television´s castumers (watchers). In the other part i will make measuring satisfaction by choice method and evaluation results.

Innovation and Scientific Research as a Sustainable Development Goal in Spanish Public Universities

One of the Sustainable Development Goals for 2030 is building resilient infrastructure, promoting inclusive and sustainable industrialisation, and fostering innovation. This paper aims to analyse the possible consequences of stimulating commercial exploitation of academic research, encouraged by recent policy initiatives and legislative changes, on the quantity and quality of scientific knowledge in Spain's public universities. We collected data of innovation variables (national patents, R&D and consultancy agreements, services rendered, licenses and PCT extensions and spin-offs), publications and number of citations for 48 Spanish public universities in 2009-2018 from Observatorio IUNE, which obtains data from the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, the Network of Research Results Transfer Offices and Web of Science. The results of linear regressions models showed that universities that render more services and have a greater number of PCTs (patent cooperation treaties), have a positive impact on the quantity and quality of the publications in Spanish universities. However, the number of national patents has no impact on the scientific output. Finally, universities with a greater number of patents have a lower number of citations

Photovoltaic System Proposal for Commercial Building in Accordance with Applicable Rules for Energy Savings Program

Cílem této práce je navržení hybridního FV systému pro komerční objekt v souladu s pravidly pro možnost čerpání dotace z programu úspory energie v rámci komplexního projektu. V úvodní části práce jsou popsána pravidla z programu týkající se FV části. V další části práce jsou popsána dostupná technická řešení pro realizaci návrhu FV systému a možnosti akumulace elektrické energie v těchto systémech, jak naložit s přebytky energií při využití regulátoru toku výkonu a jaké jsou jeho negativní vlivy na distribuční síť při spínaní připojené zátěže. V další části je proveden návrh FV systému dle platných předpokladů popsaných v teoretické části práce. Ověřeno chování regulátoru toku výkonu a výsledky měření v laboratořích UEEN. V poslední části práce je provedeno ekonomické vyhodnocení navrženého systému.Main purpose of the thesis is to create proposal of the photovoltaic hybrid system for commercial building in accordance with applicable rules for energy savings program. The introductory part of the thesis describes the rules regarding the photovoltaic system parts. The next part of the thesis describes the available technical solution for realization of the photovoltaic system design and the possibilities of electric energy accumulation in these systems and how to deal with power overflows using the power flow controller and what is the negative impacts on the distribution network when switching the connected load. In the next part the design of the PV system is carried out according to the valid assumptions described in the theoretical part of the thesis. Verification of power flow controller and measurement results in UEEN laboratories. The last part of the thesis is an evaluation of the economic part of the proposed system.

Project of PV System for a Commercial Building

Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat základní principy funkce FV panelů a definovat podmínky pro konstrukci FV systémů. Definovat rozdíly mezi jednotlivými typy FV systémů a pro vybraný objekt zpracovat návrh systému dle platných legislativních podmínek. Pro navržené technické řešení zpracovat komplexní energeticko-ekonomickou analýzu provedeného návrhu. Práce také obsahuje postupy pro výpočet jednotlivých parametrů, které je potřeba znát pro správný návrh celého systému v dané lokalitě při teplotních změnách a změnách intenzity slunečního záření.The main purpose of this work is to describe the basic principles of PV modules and to define the conditions for the construction of PV systems. Define the differences between the various types of PV systems and for the selected object handle system design in accordance with applicable legal conditions. For the proposed technical solution to handle complex energy-economic analysis conducted by the proposal. The work also ncludes procedures for calculating the various parameters that have been known for the correct design of the entire system in a given location during temperature changes and changes in solar irradiance.

Planting Trees in the Desert: Delexicalized Tagging and Parsing Combined

Various unsupervised and semi-supervised methods have been proposed to tag and parse an unseen language. We explore delexicalized parsing, proposed by (Zeman and Resnik, 2008), and delexicalized tagging, proposed by (Yu et al., 2016). For both approaches we provide a detailed evaluation on Universal Dependencies data (Nivre et al., 2016), a de-facto standard for multi-lingual morphosyntactic processing (while the previous work used other datasets). Our results confirm that in separation, each of the two delexicalized techniques has some limited potential when no annotation of the target language is available. However, if used in combination, their errors multiply beyond acceptable limits. We demonstrate that even the tiniest bit of expert annotation in the target language may contain significant potential and should be used if available
