Inovasi Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dan dampaknya terhadap loyalitas pelanggan : Studi Pengguna Mobil Toyota Calya di Kota Bogor dan Bekasi

The formulation of the research problem is whether product innovation effects purchase decisions, whether product innovation and purchase decisions affect customer loyalty. This study aims to examine the effect of product innovation on the purchase decision of Toyota Calya, and examines the effect of product innovation and purchasing decisions on customer loyalty. The population is the Toyota Calya’s customers in Bogor and Bekasi. The population is not known with certainty, therefore the sampling technique is done by accidental sampling technique in determining the number of samples. A total of 203 questionnaires were collected. Therefore, the sample in this study was 203 respondents. The data analysis method is Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed a significant influence on product innovation on purchasing decisions. Product innovation and purchasing decision also significantly influence customer loyalty. Purchasing decisions significantly mediate the effect of product innovation on customer loyalty. Innovations must still be made in order to maintain the loyalty of Toyota Calya car users in Bogor and Bekasi. Keywords: Product innovation, purchasing decisions, and loyalty ABSTRAKRumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah apakah inovasi produk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian,  dan apakah inovasi produk dan keputusan pembelian mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian toyota Calya, dan menguji pengaruh inovasi produkdan keputusan pembelian terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Populasi penelitian adalah pengguna mobil merek Toyota Calya di Kota Bogor dan Bekasi. Populasi tidak diketahui secara pasti,oleh karena itu teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik accidental sampling dalam menentukan jumlah sampel. Kuisioner yang berhasil dikumpulkan sebanyak 203 kuisioner. Metode analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara signfikan inovasi produk dengan keputusan pembelian. Variabel Inovasi produk dan keputusan pembelian jugasecara signifikanmempengaruhi  loyalitas pelanggan. Keputusan pembelian secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.Inovasi harus tetap dilakukan untuk mempertahankan loyalitas pengguna mobil Toyota Calya di Kota Bogor dan Bekasi. Kata Kunci  :Inovasi produk, keputusan pembelian,dan loyalita

ANALYSIS OF FACTORS AFFECTING THE QUALITY OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS USING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AS MODERATED VARIABLES IN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE SOUTH NIAS REGENCY

The objective of this study is to analyse and determine the factors that affect the quality of financial statements by the use of information technology as a moderating variable in the Regional Government of South Nias Regency. The independent variables in this study are human resource competencies and internal control systems. The population in this study was 28 Regional Apparatus Organizations found in the regency government of southern Nias. The sampling technique uses saturated samples with a total sample of 105 questionnaire samples collected. Data is processed using SEM method. The results of this study indicate that human resource competence does not affect the quality of financial statements while the internal control system has a significant positive effect on the quality of financial statements. Utilization of information technology is not able to strengthen or weaken the effect of human resource competencies on the quality of financial statements while the use of information technology is able to weaken the effect of the internal control system on the quality of financial statements in the south Nias regency government

Measurement of gravitational acceleration with the leak tank method

An experimental device of the mechanics of tank draining under gravity has been constructed. It mainly consists of a cylindrical tank with a circular orifice at the center bottom of the tank. The inner radius of the tank is 134 mm, while there are seven variations of orifice radius, those are 2.25 mm, 2.50 mm, 3.00 mm, 3.50 mm, 4.00 mm, 5.00 mm, and 6.00 mm. The tank is filled by water which is then allowed to flow out throuh the orifice. This experiment can be used to measure the value of gravitational acceleration () on the experiment location. We call this method as the leak tank method.  The measurement of g is carried out by measuring the total time to drain the tank from 300 mm initial height of water surface inside the tank for various orifice radius. It is found in this experiment that  = (9.89± 0.03) m/s2. This result is good enough because it is almost the same as the conventional standar value of 9.80665 m/s2 with discrepancy of around 0.85%. It indicates that the leak tank method which is described in this paper can be used to estimate the gravitational acceleration value with a good result

A Pictorial Description of the “Conqueror of Modern Empire” in East Africa

Transnational crime has been depicted by this article as the “conqueror of modern empire” in East Africa. This is due to the fact that in all its manifestations this reality has frustrated the concerned governments by undermining the actual capacity of the state agencies to promote rule of law and guarantee reliable security of all the citizens and their properties. The widespread of illegal infiltration of hazardous materials and non-material products like drugs, armed bandits, terrorists and hazardous wastes is an indication of the power of transnational crime over the concerned countries’ law enforcers especially those working at entry points. Despite having invested much on countermeasures, East African countries have so far failed to deter the same problem. Academicians on their part, though played the acknowledgeable role, their contribution to the war against transnational crime is relatively minimal. We therefore recommend at the end of this paper, the enhancement of research conduct to fill in gap in the existing literature so that additional knowledge may reinvigorate the power of law enforcers to fight against transnational crime.Key words: Transnational crime, law enforcement, criminal justice

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of work discipline on employee performance, the effect of leadership style on employee performance, the effect of work motivation on employee performance, and the influence of work discipline, leadership style, and work motivation on employee performance at B2N Digital Copy. The research method used is to use qualitative methods to explore and understand the meaning that a number of individuals or groups of people ascribe to social or humanitarian issues. The population in this study came from all B2N Digital Copy employees, totaling 20 employees. Collecting data in this study using the interview method. In data processing, this study uses data triangulation. The results of this study indicate that leadership and work discipline affect employee performance. While leadership style can influence employee performance, work motivation does not influence employee performance improvement

Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Novick terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Matematis Siswa SMA Harapan Mekar Medan

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the Novick learning model on the mathematical critical thinking skills of Harapan Mekar Medan High School students in the 2022/2023 academic year. The research was conducted at Harapan Mekar Medan High School, class X IPA, with 29 students as an experimental class. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a research design that is one-group pretest-posttest design. From the results of the study, the average pretest score was 45.52 and the posttest average score was 76.21. The data analysis technique used in this study is the normality test using the Kolmogorov Smirnov test. The data being tested will be processed using the SPSS program. The gain index value of 0.6813 is interpreted into the criteria for a value of g≥0.7. The results indicate that the gain index is in the medium category. The conclusion of this study explains that there is an influence from the Novick learning model on students' mathematical critical thinking skills where there is an increase in the average value of learning outcomes after being taught using the Novick learning model

Motivational Influence On Job Satisfaction And Its Impact On The Performance Of Agricultural Extenders In Nias District

This research aims to investigate the relationship between motivation and job satisfaction and its impact on the performance of agricultural instructors in Nias Regency. Data was collected through a survey using a questionnaire distributed to several agricultural instructors in the area. The variables studied included the instructor's motivation level, job satisfaction level, and agricultural instructor performance. The results of the data analysis show that there is a significant positive relationship between the motivation of agricultural instructors and their level of job satisfaction. The higher the level of motivation, the higher the level of job satisfaction felt by agricultural instructors. Besides that, This research also reveals that the level of job satisfaction of agricultural instructors has a positive impact on their performance in supporting agriculture in Nias Regency. The results of this research have important implications for the development of human resources in the agricultural sector. Efforts to increase the motivation of agricultural extension workers can be key to increasing their job satisfaction, which in turn will contribute to improved performance in supporting local agriculture. Therefore, it is recommended that related parties in the agricultural sector in Nias Regency pay more attention to the motivation and job satisfaction of agricultural instructors to increase the effectiveness of agricultural programs in the region. The results of this research have important implications for the development of human resources in the agricultural sector. LAPORAN KEGIATAN INDIVIDU PROGRAM PENGALAMAN LAPANGAN (PPL) JURUSAN KURIKULUM DAN TEKNOLOGI PENDIDIKAN

Praktek Pengalaman Lapangan(PPL)/Magang III merupakan salah satu mata kuliah yang harus ditempuh oleh mahasiswa program strata 1 (S1) demi kebulatan studinya. Mata kuliah ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengalaman belajar bagi mahasiswa, terutama dalam hal pengalaman mengajar, memperluas wawasan, pelatihan dan pengembangan kompetensi yang di perlukan dalam bidangnya, peningkatan keterampilan, kemandirian, tanggung jawab, dan kemampuan dalam memecahkan masalah. Kegiatan PPL memiliki manfaat yaitu agar mahasiswa memperoleh ilmu pengetahuan tentang proses Pendidikan dan pembelajaran disekolah atau lembaga yang televan. Kemudian memperoleh pengalaman tentang cara berfikir dan bekerja secara interdisipliner, sehingga dapat memahami adanya keterkaitan ilmu pengetahuan yang diperoleh dibangku kuliah. Serta memperoleh pengalaman dan keterampilan untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran di lembaga. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan PPL terdapat program yang dirumuskan oleh mahasiswa PPL, program terbagi menjadi 2 bagian yaitu program kelompok dan program individu. PPL ini telah dilaksanakan oleh penulis di Balai Pengembangan Multimedia Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan selama dua bulan dari tanggal 15 September 2017 sampai 15 November 2017. Program individu yang dibuat adalah pengumpulan materi. Program ini dilaksanakan untuk mendukung pengembangan multimedia yang akan dibuat oleh kelompok mahasiswa PPL UNY. Program ini meliputi pencarian materi seperti nama 34 alat musik tradisional, nama 34 rumah adat, nama 34 senjata tradisional, nama 34 pakaian adat , penjelasan, kegunaan, penyederhanaan materi, referensi 136 gambar , suara alat musik, penjelasan pulau dan provinsi
