Pembelajaran PAI melalui Metode Daring dalam Penguatan Karakter Peserta Didik

Education is one of the sectors affected by Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This condition makes changes to the learning process, especially in the method of delivering lessons. The government conveyed guidelines for organizing learning from home during the emergency period for the spread of Covid-19 by introducing Daring methods (online methods). The intent of this research is to determine the implementation of online methods in PAI subjects in building the students’ charachers. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. The location of data collection was taken from two schools, namely SDN Kebonjati and SDN Limusnunggal 1. The results showed that SDN Kebonjati and SDN Limusnunggal 1 systematically used the online method and carried out planning, implementation, and assessment steps in the PAI learning process in order to strengthen the character of the students. The problems that emerge are the lack of students’ enthusiasm because they have not been optimally adapted to online learning methods

Considerations of Female Non-Normativity in Jane Eyre

In this essay, I plan on investigating and discussing non-normativity in Charlotte Brontë's novel Jane Eyre. Throughout the novel it is understood that through unconventional means Jane Eyre is able to complete the normative marriage plot of the story. However, the completion of the marriage plot of the novel could not be possible without the existence and demise of the character Bertha Mason. Bertha epitomizes the idea of non-normativity in Brontë's novel through the means of madness, her unfeminine characteristics, and the fact that she is not English, but a white Creole.  Throughout the novel Jane finds herself in circumstances that no ordinary Victorian heroine would find themselves in. The circumstances include several forms of imprisonment, both physical and metaphorical, issues with identity, as well as reclaiming her independence. Along with these trials Jane goes through, a reader also understands that Jane's story is intertwined with Bertha's. Bertha is the dark counterpart of Jane and her story serves as a cautionary tale for Jane showing her what she may become if she falls completely into non-normativity. Pengaruh Media Sosial Dan Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Dengan Reputasi Perusahaan Dan Keputusan Pembelian Sebagai Variable Intervening Pada PT TCI Consulting

In the professional or headhunter recruitment services industry, company reputation and service quality are important factors in maintaining trust in consumers. This research aims to examine the influence of social media and service quality on consumer loyalty with company reputation and purchasing decisions as intervening variables at PT TCI Consulting Research This research uses a quantitative approach, where the research sample uses a purposive sampling method with HRD managers/staff who collaborate with PT TCI Consulting totaling 50 people, data analysis uses the SmartPLS 3 application where based on the research results it is found that social media has a significant positive effect on the company's reputation and purchasing decisions but has no effect on consumer loyalty, while service quality has a significant effect on consumer loyalty but has no effect on company reputation and purchasing decisions, company reputation has a positive effect on consumer loyalty while purchasing decisions have no effect on consumer loyalty, company reputation is able to mediate the relationship between the media social media and loyalty but have not been able to mediate the relationship between service quality and loyalty, while purchasing decisions have not been able to mediate the relationship between social media and service quality on loyalty. SISTEM PENGOLAHAN DATA NILAI SISWA DI SMA NEGERI 1 PIYUNGAN BANTUL YOGYAKARTA BERBASIS WEB

Pengolahan data nilai yang dilakukan secara manual memiliki banyak kesulitan, terutama untuk kepentingan pelaporan. SMA Negeri 1 Piyungan Bantul menginginkan agar laporan atau informasi tentang nilai dapat di hasilkan dengan tepat sesuai kebutuhan dan tepat waktu saat di butuhkan. Salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan adalah mengunakan komputer sebagai alat bantu. Dengan adanya alipkasi pengolahan data nilai yang dapat di gunakan oleh guru, siswa, tata usaha, dan kepala sekolah maka pihak tata usaha tidak sulit dalam pelaporan data nilai dan siswa. aplikasi pengolahan data nilai berbasis web yang di bangun dapat mempermudah pelaporan. PENGARUH KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI, KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN, DAN KEPUTUSAN PENDANAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan memberikan bukti empiris mengenai keputusan investasi, kebijakan dividen, dan keputusan pendanaan yang diukur dengan Capital Expenditure, Dividen Payout Ratio dan Debt To Equity Ratio) terhadap Variabel independen nilai perusahaan yang diukur dengan price book value. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2012-2015. Sampel yang terpilih sebanyak 14 perusahaan yang dipilih menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan program SPSS (statistical Program for Sosial Sciene). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keputusan investasi, kebijakan dividen, dan keputusan pendanaan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Untuk pengujian secara parsial variabel kebijakan dividen, dan keputusan pendanaan dengan proksi Dividen Payout Ratio dan Debt To Equity Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Effects Of Maytenus senegalensis (L) and Cassia alata (L) Extracts on the Liver Enzymes of Albino Rats, Infected with Schistosomes Cercariae

This reaearch aim was to evaluate some liver enzymes of albino rats subjected to administration of methanol and water extracts of Maytenus senegalensis and Cassia alata after infection with schistosome cercariae. As curative agents, the extracts were well tolerated by rats. The total protein (69.0-77.9g/l and 71.8- 79.1g/l) for methanolic extracts of and (64.3-74.3g/l and 70.3- 77.5g/l) for water extracts for M. senegalensis and C. alata respectively. The Alkaline phosphate values range from (145-226iu/l and 189-207iu/l) for methanol and (143-234iu/l and195-207iu/l) for water as for M. senegalensis and C. alata extracts. The Aspartate aminotransferase values were (7.7-8.7iu/l) for M. senegalensis and (8.0- 8.6iu/l) for C. alata with methanol extraxts and (7.1-8.8iu/l) for M. senegalensis and (8.4-8.9iu/) for C. alata water extracts. The Alkaline aminotransferase values range from (5.1-6.3iu/l) for M. senegalensis and (3.5-6.4iu/l) for C. alata in methanol and (4.2-6.3iu/l) for M. senegalensis and (4.1-6.4iu/l for C. alata with water extracts. The Total Bilirubin values of both methanol and water extracts for M. senegalensis (6.3-18.9μm/l) and (9.0-12.7μm/l) for C. alata and (4.2-6.3μm/l) for M. senegalensis and (4.1-6.4μm/l) for C. alata respectively were all within the normal values. This indicates that all these extracts were well tolerated. However the 9g/kg body weight of the water leaf extracts, although having normal values were toxic to other organs such as the lungs

Diseño de un modelo de gestión de inventarios para el centro de construcciones “El Negro Tito” en el cantón Patate, provincia de Tungurahua.

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene por objetivo el Diseñar un Modelo de Gestión de Inventarios para el Centro de Construcciones “El Negro Tito” en el cantón Patate, provincia de Tungurahua, utilizando técnicas he instrumentos para el mejoramiento de la toma de decisiones que contribuyan al eficiente desempeño de la organización. Para ello se utilizaron técnicas para la recopilación de información, específicamente encuestas y entrevistas que se las aplico al personal que labora en la institución, con los datos que se obtuvo procedió a realizar un análisis interno y externo; consecuentemente se realizó un análisis al balance general y al estado de resultados enfocados principalmente en los inventarios, además se procedió a realizar indicadores financieros y de gestión para determinar cuáles son los costos directos e indirectos a la hora de la adquisición de los productos con ello se aplicó el método ABC a todo el conjunto de mercaderías que maneja el centro de construcciones asignado un valor porcentual para conocer el valor real de cada uno de ellos, al mismo tiempo se utilizó la matriz Boston Consulting Group para enfocar en los productos estrellas de la empresa; dando como resultados que la empresa no manejaba de forma correcta la asignación de costos para sus productos por lo cual incurrían en un sobreabastecimiento y perdidas con los resultados obtenidos se concluyó que existía una códigos duplicados, errores en el sistema, productos en mal estado por ello se recomienda al señor gerente la aplicación de un manual de funciones y del modelo de gestión para mantener un control correcto de acuerdo a las normas que rigen a nuestro país.The present study aims to design an inventory management model for a construction center called "El Negro Tito" located in Patate canton, province ofTungurahua through the use of techniques and instruments to improve decision-making processes that contribute to the efficient performance of the company. For this, techniques were used to collect information, specifically surveys and interviews that were applied to institutional employees. With the data obtained, an internal and external analysis was carried out. Consequently, an analysis was carried out on the balance sheet and the income statement focused mainly on inventories. In addition, financial and management indicators were carried out to determine the direct and indirect costs during the acquisition of products through the ABC method to the entire set of goods handled by the construction center assigning a percentage value to know the real value of each product. Also, the Boston Consulting Group matrix was used to focus on the main products of the company resulting that the company was not able to correctly allocate the costs of products, causing an oversupply and losses. In conclusion, the results showed the existence of duplicated codes, errors in the system, and products in poor condition. The CEO is recommended to apply a manual of functions and the management model to keep an effective control according to the regulations established by our country

LA POBREZA Y SU INCIDENCIA EN EL DESARROLLO HUMANO Y SOCIAL EN LOS HABITANTES DEL CANTÒN JIPIJAPA

The objective of this research was to analyze "Poverty and its impact on human and social development in the inhabitants of the Jipijapa canton", which was based on the problem and the purpose of determining the fact that causes poverty in the canton, which it arises as a consequence of the bad administration of economic resources, the lack of employment, level of schooling, the inadequate governmental policies among others, making the needs are limited. The main results established that there is a shortage of employment opportunities, accompanied by the low economic income they receive and the insufficiency of basic services, affecting this, the standard of living of its inhabitants. For the development of this study, several methods were used, such as the Exploratory, Descriptive, Deductive and Inductive Method, as well as the Observation techniques, interviews and surveys applied to a sample of the population of Jipijapa. Providing a proposal: Strategic actions between the Municipal GAD and the Local Development Training Center of the Southern State University of Manabí, to mitigate poverty in the urban area of the Jipijapa Canton.La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar “La pobreza y su incidencia en el desarrollo humano y social en los habitantes del cantón Jipijapa”, la misma que se basó en el problema y objeto de determinar el hecho que ocasiona la pobreza en el cantón, que surge como consecuencia de la mala administración de recursos económicos, la falta de empleo, nivel de escolaridad, las inadecuadas políticas gubernamentales entre otras, haciendo que las necesidades sean limitadas. Los principales resultados establecieron que existe escasez de oportunidades de empleo, acompañado al poco ingreso económico que perciben y a la insuficiencia de servicios básicos, afectando esto, el nivel de vida de sus habitantes. Para el desarrollo de este estudio se emplearon varios métodos como el Método Exploratorio, Descriptivo, Deductivo e Inductivo, así como las técnicas de la Observación, entrevista y encuestas aplicadas a una muestra de la población de Jipijapa. Habilidades blandas y práctica educativa docente en la Escuela de Enfermería de una universidad de Guayaquil, Ecuador 2023

La presente investigación tiene enfoque cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo; cuyo objetivo radica en diseñar un modelo de inclusión de habilidades blandas en la práctica educativa docente de la escuela de enfermería de una Universidad de Guayaquil, Ecuador 2023. Para ello, se usaron 2 instrumentos aplicados a una muestra de 41 docentes quienes declararon su participación libre y voluntaria. Los resultados determinan una correlación positiva moderada entre estas dos variables (rho = 0.434, p = 0.005, N = 41). Este resultado indica que hay una relación significativa entre las variables habilidades blandas y práctica educativa. Concluyendo la presencia de una necesidad de diseñar un modelo de inclusión de habilidades blandas en la práctica educativa de enfermería y se recomienda diseñar un modelo de inclusión de habilidades blandas en la práctica educativa de enfermería que mejore las fortalezas existentes en liderazgo y negociación, al tiempo que se enfocan en fortalecer las habilidades de empatía y trabajo en equipo entre los profesionales de enfermería, mediante programas de capacitación continua que fomenten el desarrollo integral de habilidades blandas. y un modelo de aprendizaje basado en proyectos que facilite el intercambio de experiencias
