The Ministerial Directive dated December 27, 2012 and the subsequent Circular dated March 6, 2013 for the identification of students with special educational needs (SEN), have planned a school that knows how to respond appropriately to all the difficulties of students by preventing them, in the perspective of a deeply inclusive school. Ianes & Cramerotti (2013) stated that in order to recognize the real needs of a student, it is necessary to understand their current and general situation of functioning; ICF (WHO, 2001), in fact, being fundamentally organic-psycho-social, obliges to consider the totality and complexity of the functionings of the people and not only organic and structural aspects. From this perspective, the didactic setting that is built during Physical Education and Sport, is an excellent valuation framework for the identification of SEN, because physical activity has always been recognized as a disciplinary area that allows students to express their personality, build dynamics of relationships, express motor behavior, etc. (IN 2012). The Personal Factors, in fact, were considered key elements for the construction of instruments with indicators and qualifiers, because according to the latest neuroscience research (Caruana & Borghi, 2013; Damasio, 2009; Gomez Paloma, 2013), they are particularly influencing into the learning process. The research involved 34 schools (2500 students) from four different regions. For data collection has been activated an online platform which allowed to the teachers to download the necessary tools for the assessment and enter the results at the end of the process. From the data analysis it was possible to understand that there is a significant and positive correlation between indicators encoded by ICF and indicators that detect situations, attitudes, behaviors and postures specially created for the identification of difficulties and special educational needs, affirming the validity and reliability of the tool and giving teachers the opportunity to apply strict criteria to identify pedagogically students and act in an inclusive way

The main purpose of the following investigation was to determine which are the new audiovisual consumption habits generated in the viewers between 15 to 35 years old of the districts of Trujillo and Víctor Larco Herrera due to the visualization of content through Netflix. The population of this study was formed by 17 010 citizens, represented through a sample of 376 spectators properly segmented according to their genre, age and district of residence. The design used was descriptive transactional and the data recollection instrument was a questionnaire of 23 items applied virtually. The conclusions of the investigation show that the audiovisual preferences and the consumption habits of the local spectators depend on the characteristic behavior of each segment studied; thereby, while the young users have a closer approach to new technologies and use them according to their time availability, the adults also adapt themselves to them in order to satisfy their stable visualization needs.Tesi

Fructan metabolism in tall fescue calli under different environmental condition

    Get PDF
Several grasses usually accumulate high levels of fructans at low temperature or in the presence of high sugar supply. Fructans enhance plant resistance in adverse environmental conditions thanks to their vacuolar  localization which allow osmotic adjustments. Tall fescue calli do not show mature vacuoles due to its  anatomic characteristics, and these in vitro cultures can provide more knowledge about the fructan rule in  unspecialized tissues especially during stress conditions. The aim of this study was to evaluate the sugar  metabolism in embryogenic calli of tall fescue fed with different sucrose concentrations (0, 50 or 100 mM)  during growth culture, kept at “control” or “cold” temperatures (23 or 4°C, respectively). In the presence of  sucrose (50 or 100 mM), embryogenic calli accumulated fructans under control conditions. On the other hand,  the accumulation is inhibited by the simultaneously sugar supply and cold treatment while invertase activity  increased. From our data, cold temperature and high sucrose concentration seemed to be negatively  correlated in the fructans biosynthetic pathway in tall fescue in vitro cultures.Key words: Cold, Festuca arundinacea, invertase, sucrose:sucrose fructosyltransferase (SST), sugars

However, adherence to the guideline-based resuscitation and management sepsis bundles is still poor.Damiani, Elisa; Donati, Abele; Serafini, Giulia; Rinaldi, Laura; Adrario, Erica; Pelaia, Paolo; Busani, Stefano; Girardis, MassimoDamiani, Elisa; Donati, Abele; Serafini, Giulia; Rinaldi, Laura; Adrario, Erica; Pelaia, Paolo; Busani, Stefano; Girardis, Massim

Decision Making in Traumatic Brain Injury: Different Paradigms of Assessment

    Get PDF

Effect of Conservative vs Conventional Oxygen Therapy on Mortality Among Patients in an Intensive Care Unit: The Oxygen-ICU Randomized Clinical Trial

The Role of Bronchoalveolar Lavage in Systemic Sclerosis Interstitial Lung Disease: A Systematic Literature Review

    Get PDF
The role of Bronchoalveolar Lavage (BAL) in the evaluation of systemic sclerosis (SSc) interstitial lung disease (ILD) is still controversial. The aim of this systematic literature review was to investigate the use of BAL in SSc-ILD, and to focus on the pros and cons of its real-life application. Methods: PubMed, Cochrane, and Embase were questioned from inception until 31 December 2021. Results: Eighteen papers were finally analyzed. A positive correlation was observed between lung function and BAL cytology; in particular, BAL neutrophilia/granulocytosis was related to lower diffusing capacity for carbon monoxide (DLCO) values and lower forced vital capacity (FVC). Moreover, a positive correlation between BAL cellularity and high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) findings has been reported by several authors. Cytokines, chemokines, growth factors, coagulation factors, and eicosanoids have all been shown to be present, more often and in higher quantities in SSc-ILD patients than in the health control and, in some cases, they were related to more severe pulmonary disease. There was no consensus regarding the role of BAL cellularity as a predictor of mortality
