Marketing de servicios y satisfacción del cliente en la empresa FBC CREDISOLUTION S.A.C., 2022

La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el marketing de servicios y la satisfacción del cliente en la empresa FBC CREDISOLUTION S.A.C., 2022. La investigación fue tipo básica, diseño no experimental, transversal y descriptivo correlacional, cuya población fue de 265 clientes y la muestra fue de 128. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Los resultados determinaron que el nivel de marketing de servicios fue regular en 53 %, malo en 29 % y bueno en 18 %; la satisfacción del cliente, fue regular en 47 %, malo en 34 % y bueno en 19 %. Concluyendo que existe relación significativa entre el marketing de servicios y la satisfacción del cliente en la empresa FBC CREDISOLUTION S.A.C., 2022, ya que el análisis estadístico de Rho de Spearman fue de 0, 984 (correlación positiva muy alta) y un p valor igual a 0,000 (p-valor ≤ 0.01); además, solo el 96.82 % del marketing de servicios influye en la satisfacción del cliente

Implementación de Lean Manufacturing para la mejora de la productividad en una empresa logística, Huachipa, 2023

La presente investigación tiene por objetivo principal determinar objetivo general es Determinar de qué manera la aplicación de lean manufacturing mejora la productividad en una empresa industrial, Huachipa 2023 2023. para ello se evaluará a cada momento como avanza el proceso en área de almacén y así seguir de cerca la mejora en los resultados Al observar los primeros indicadores podemos inferir que la empresa está teniendo un problema de desorden de productos porque no están distribuidos correctamente y tienen poco espacio para moverse entre los mismos ingredientes. Por esta razón tienen un bajo índice de resultados de eficiencia del 83% y eficiencia del 87% y se deben realizar mejoras en estos puntos de la empresa para lograr un mayor índice de productividad. Luego de observar las mejoras realizadas en las empresas, estos resultados se obtuvieron en los indicadores de 92% de eficiencia y 96% de eficiencia al utilizar herramientas de producción ajustada (5s y Kaisen), ayudándonos a organizar mejor el almacenamiento y asignar mejor el espacio. Estos resultados en la empresa logística serán beneficiosos porque será más fácil encontrar productos y será posible enviarlos a los clientes de forma más rápida y eficiente

Construcción del túnel Vilcapoma para el drenaje de aguas subterraneas por el nivel 1300 en la Unidad Minera San Vicente

La presente tesis evalúa la construcción del túnel Vilcapoma para el drenaje de aguas subterráneas por el nivel 1300, en la unidad minera San Vicente, para determinar si es factible o no su construcción. Asimismo, el método de la investigación utilizado fue el método deductivo y analítico. En tanto, el tipo de investigación es la aplicada o tecnológica, que es la utilización de los conocimientos en la práctica. El nivel de investigación es descriptivo, también conocido como investigación estadística, pues se describen los datos y características de la población o fenómeno en estudio. Este nivel de Investigación responde a las preguntas: ¿qué, ¿quién, ¿dónde, ¿cuándo y cómo? De la misma manera, el diseño de la investigación es descriptivo, porque se plantean a manera de objetivos. Para esto se dividió el trabajo en capítulos. El capítulo I trata todo lo relacionado al planteamiento del estudio. A su vez, el capítulo II alude el marco teórico. Mientras que el capítulo III menciona la metodología de la investigación. Finalmente, en el capítulo IV se presenta el análisis e interpretación de resultados

Dose-dependent improvement of cardiac function in a swine model of acute myocardial infarction after intracoronary administration of allogeneic heart-derived cells

Allogeneic cardiac-derived progenitor cells (CPC) without immunosuppression could provide an effective ancillary therapy to improve cardiac function in reperfused myocardial infarction. We set out to perform a comprehensive preclinical feasibility and safety evaluation of porcine CPC (pCPC) in the infarcted porcine model, analyzing biodistribution and mid-term efficacy, as well as safety in healthy non-infarcted swine.This work was mainly supported by the European FP7-HEALTH-2009-1.4-3, Grant Agreement 242038. As the knowledge base and importance of mitochondrial physiology to evolution, health and disease expands, the necessity for harmonizing the terminology concerning mitochondrial respiratory states and rates has become increasingly apparent. The chemiosmotic theory establishes the mechanism of energy transformation and coupling in oxidative phosphorylation. The unifying concept of the protonmotive force provides the framework for developing a consistent theoretical foundation of mitochondrial physiology and bioenergetics. We follow the latest SI guidelines and those of the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC) on terminology in physical chemistry, extended by considerations of open systems and thermodynamics of irreversible processes. The concept-driven constructive terminology incorporates the meaning of each quantity and aligns concepts and symbols with the nomenclature of classical bioenergetics. We endeavour to provide a balanced view of mitochondrial respiratory control and a critical discussion on reporting data of mitochondrial respiration in terms of metabolic flows and fluxes. Uniform standards for evaluation of respiratory states and rates will ultimately contribute to reproducibility between laboratories and thus support the development of data repositories of mitochondrial respiratory function in species, tissues, and cells. Clarity of concept and consistency of nomenclature facilitate effective transdisciplinary communication, education, and ultimately further discovery

Optimasi Portofolio Resiko Menggunakan Model Markowitz MVO Dikaitkan dengan Keterbatasan Manusia dalam Memprediksi Masa Depan dalam Perspektif Al-Qur`an

Risk portfolio on modern finance has become increasingly technical, requiring the use of sophisticated mathematical tools in both research and practice. Since companies cannot insure themselves completely against risk, as human incompetence in predicting the future precisely that written in Al-Quran surah Luqman verse 34, they have to manage it to yield an optimal portfolio. The objective here is to minimize the variance among all portfolios, or alternatively, to maximize expected return among all portfolios that has at least a certain expected return. Furthermore, this study focuses on optimizing risk portfolio so called Markowitz MVO (Mean-Variance Optimization). Some theoretical frameworks for analysis are arithmetic mean, geometric mean, variance, covariance, linear programming, and quadratic programming. Moreover, finding a minimum variance portfolio produces a convex quadratic programming, that is minimizing the objective function ðð¥with constraintsð ð 𥠥 ðandð´ð¥ = ð. The outcome of this research is the solution of optimal risk portofolio in some investments that could be finished smoothly using MATLAB R2007b software together with its graphic analysis
