Le nouveau Code civil brésilien : changements culturels et permanence dans la protection des relations familiales

La révision du Code civil brésilien concernant la protection des relations familiales impose de connaître les transformations sociales qui ont suscité un regain d’intérêt pour l’idée de codification. Répondre, dans une société pluraliste, aux besoins de constance, d’adaptabilité et d’universalité du droit s’avère un grand défi. Le désordre normatif et jurisprudentiel qui touchait le droit de la famille justifiait-il l’adoption d’un nouveau code pour organiser la société brésilienne ? La loi a-t-elle finalement réussi à établir un équilibre entre les anciennes règles concernant le mariage et la parenté et les nouveaux principes constitutionnels qui organisent la société ? Il semble intéressant de présenter la recodification du droit de la famille au Brésil, tout en se demandant dans quelle mesure le nouveau code brésilien aura permis de clarifier et d’unifier le droit concernant la protection de la vie familiale.The revision of the Brazilian Civil Code with regard to the protection of family relations makes necessary the need to know the social transformations that have stimulated renewed interest in the concept of codification. In a pluralistic society, rising to answer the needs in substantive law for consistency, adaptability and universality is indeed a considerable challenge. Did the normative and jurisdictional confusion that affected family law justify the adoption of a new code to organize Brazilian society ? Has substantive law finally succeeded in striking a balance between the former rules concerning marriage and parental relations, and the new constitutional principles that organize society ? It seems interesting to present the re-codification of family law in Brazil, while dwelling on the question to what extent the new Brazilian Code will have made it possible to clarify and unify the legal concepts underlying the protection of family life

Tendencias en el consumo de la moda textil

El objeto de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado es analizar las principales tendencias en el sector textil. Para ello, se han recogido algunas de las definiciones y características más significativas de la “moda”. Se ha realizado una reseña histórica sobre la moda, su evolución y su relación con las tendencias de los consumidores. También se ha incluido en el trabajo un apartado dedicado a la situación actual del mercado de la moda, centrándonos en el sector textil español. La globalización, la revolución tecnológica y digital, y la tensión entre la moda rápida y la moda ecológica son las cuestiones más relevantes que abordamos en este trabajo.Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresa

Effect of ultrafiltration operating conditions for separation of ferulic acid from arabinoxylans in corn fibre alkaline extract

Corn fibre, a co-product of the starch industry, is rich in compounds with high added value, such as ferulic acid and arabinoxylans, which are released during alkaline extraction. This work aims to optimise an efficient separation method for the recovery of these two compounds from a corn fibre alkaline extract, allowing an efficient valorisation of this co-product. Ultrafiltration was selected as separation method, due to its potential to fractionate these compounds. In order to minimise the loss of membrane permeance, due to mass transfer limitations caused by the high arabinoxylan viscosity, the impact of relevant ultrafiltration operating parameters (membrane molecular weight cut-off, fluid dynamics conditions, transmembrane pressure, and operating temperature) were evaluated. A Nadir UP 150 membrane was found to be an adequate choice, allowing for an efficient separation of ferulic acid from arabinoxylans, with null rejection of ferulic acid, a high estimated rejection of arabinoxylans 98.0% ± 1.7%, and the highest permeance of all tested membranes. A response surface methodology (RSM) was used to infer the effect of ultrafiltration conditions (crossflow velocity, transmembrane pressure and operating temperature) on the rejection of ferulic acid, retention of arabinoxylans (assessed through apparent viscosity of the retentate stream), and permeance. Through mathematical modelling it was possible to determine that the best conditions are the highest operating temperature and initial crossflow velocity tested (66◦C and 1.06 m.s−1, respectively), and the lowest transmembrane pressure tested (0.7 bar).publishersversionpublishe

La transparencia online en el tercer sector

El presente estudio realiza una investigación sobre las organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro para la cooperación y el desarrollo en España, verificadas como transparentes por organismos externos como son la Coordinadora Española de ONGD y la Fundación Lealtad, respecto de lo transparentes que son también sus páginas web. Tras estudiar el significado y la importancia que tienen la transparencia y la rendición de cuentas en este tipo de organismos, se evaluará la calidad de transparencia que poseen sus sitios web, entendiendo tales como una fuente de información rápida y muy accesible para todos los stakeholders interesados en las mismas.The current research makes an investigation about non-governmental development organizations in Spain, verified as transparent by the external entities of the Spanish Development NGO Coordinator and the Lealtad Foundation, and how transparent their websites are. Colegio Público Primaria y Secundaria en Villa El Salvador

El proyecto de Colegio Público Primaria y Secundaria en Villa El Salvador nace del estudio de los espacios no tradicionales y del usuario principal que es el alumno en la etapa niño y adolescente. Se analiza la expresión, cultura y movilidad del usuario en el entorno. El proyecto se basa en el estudio del espacio lúdico, pero cumpliendo con la normativa y espacios requeridos extendiendo el programa a las necesidades no solo del usuario principal sino también de la comunidad para que el colegio no sea edificio aislado, sino que comparta usos y pueda tener mayor animación durante el día. El proyecto se emplaza en un colegio existente en pésimas condiciones, pero de gran influencia y relevancia en la zona, potenciar este colegio significa revalorizar la zona que previamente contaba con una planificación, integra vías importantes y usos como equipamientos sociales, culturales, recreativos y deportivos. Se ofrece espacios de desarrollo y ocio al usuario y comunidad que permitan que estos se desarrollen como persona y sociedad, generando una dinámica constante en el lugar.The Primary and Secondary Public School project in Villa El Salvador was born from the study of non-traditional spaces and the main user who is the student in the child and adolescent stage. The expression, culture and mobility of the user in the environment is analyzed. The project is based on the study of the recreational space, but complying with the regulations and required spaces, extending the program to the needs not only of the main user but also of the community so that the school is not an isolated building, but rather shares uses and can . have greater animation during the day. The project is located in an existing school in terrible conditions, but of great influence and relevance in the area. Promoting this school means revaluing the area that previously had planning, integrating important roads and uses such as social, cultural, recreational and sports facilities. . .
