O papel do enfermeiro acerca dos usuários depressivos na unidade básica de saúde: uma revisão literária / The role of nurses about depressive users in the basic health unit: a literary review
RESUMOA Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS) é a principal porta de entrada para atender as necessidades da população em geral. A depressão se estabelece como uma das principais causas de vínculo entre as doenças e, caso persista a incidência desse transtorno, que em breve estará em segundo lugar no mundo dentre as principais enfermidades. A Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS) calcula que 450 milhões das pessoas que procuram serviços primários à saúde tenham problemas mentais não corretamente diagnosticados e tratados. Mesmo quando reconhecidos não recebem o manejo adequado. Diante dessa problemática, os enfermeiros que atuam nas UBS necessitam entrar em ação para intervirem de forma positiva nas demandas e necessidades dos portadores desta patologia, pois há um espantoso número e risco de suicídio perante ela. O objetivo geral desta revisão literária foi apresentar o papel do enfermeiro acerca da depressão acometida em usuários da UBS. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de revisão literária de caráter teórico e abordagem qualitativa, para a qual foram utilizadas 32publicações de artigos, sendo 23 utilizados para a construção dos resultados e discussão, entre os períodos de 2003 à 2020.Evidenciou-se que as demandas de saúde mental estão presentes em várias queixas expostas pelos usuários da Unidade Básica, porém, percebe-se que muitos enfermeiros não estão preparados nem capacitados para atender às necessidades dos portadores de depressão. Constatou-se ainda que os mesmos não conseguem identificar pacientes com sintomatologia depressiva, sendo assim, a assistência a estes pacientes fica prejudicada, não alcançando os pressupostos da integralidade que inclui a promoção, prevenção e reabilitação da saúde. Assim, esperamos que este estudo disponha uma contribuição para a assistência e ensino de enfermagem, promovendo, sensibilizando e tornando cientes os enfermeiros.

The production of tt‾ , W+bb‾ and W+cc‾ is studied in the forward region of proton–proton collisions collected at a centre-of-mass energy of 8 TeV by the LHCb experiment, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1.98±0.02 fb−1 . The W bosons are reconstructed in the decays W→ℓν , where ℓ denotes muon or electron, while the b and c quarks are reconstructed as jets. All measured cross-sections are in agreement with next-to-leading-order Standard Model predictions.The production of , and is studied in the forward region of proton-proton collisions collected at a centre-of-mass energy of 8 TeV by the LHCb experiment, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1.98 0.02 \mbox{fb}^{-1}. Multidifferential study of identified charged hadron distributions in -tagged jets in proton-proton collisions at 13 TeV
Jet fragmentation functions are measured for the first time in proton-proton
collisions for charged pions, kaons, and protons within jets recoiling against
a boson. The charged-hadron distributions are studied longitudinally and
transversely to the jet direction for jets with transverse momentum 20 GeV and in the pseudorapidity range . The
data sample was collected with the LHCb experiment at a center-of-mass energy
of 13 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1.64 fb. Triple
differential distributions as a function of the hadron longitudinal momentum
fraction, hadron transverse momentum, and jet transverse momentum are also
measured for the first time. This helps constrain transverse-momentum-dependent
fragmentation functions. Differences in the shapes and magnitudes of the
measured distributions for the different hadron species provide insights into

Study of the decay
The decay is studied
in proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of TeV
using data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5
collected by the LHCb experiment. In the system, the
state observed at the BaBar and Belle experiments is
resolved into two narrower states, and ,
whose masses and widths are measured to be where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second
systematic. The results are consistent with a previous LHCb measurement using a
prompt sample. Evidence of a new
state is found with a local significance of , whose mass and width
are measured to be and , respectively. In addition, evidence of a new decay mode
is found with a significance of
. The relative branching fraction of with respect to the
decay is measured to be , where the first
uncertainty is statistical, the second systematic and the third originates from

integrated luminosity recorded by the LHCb experiment during 2011 and 2012. The

measurements is . Results are consistent with the current average
of these quantities and are at a combined 1.9 standard deviations from the

A measurement of the cross-section for production in collisions is presented using data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of fb collected by the LHCb experiment at a centre-of-mass energy of TeV. The electrons are required to have more than GeV of transverse momentum and to lie between 2.00 and 4.25 in pseudorapidity. The inclusive production cross-sections, where the decays to , are measured to be \begin{align*} \begin{split} \sigma_{W^{+} \to e^{+}\nu_{e}}&=1124.4\pm 2.1\pm 21.5\pm 11.2\pm 13.0\,\mathrm{pb},\\ \sigma_{W^{-} \to e^{-}\bar{\nu}_{e}}&=\,\,\,809.0\pm 1.9\pm 18.1\pm\,\,\,7.0\pm \phantom{0}9.4\,\mathrm{pb}, \end{split} \end{align*} where the first uncertainties are statistical, the second are systematic, the third are due to the knowledge of the LHC beam energy and the fourth are due to the luminosity determination. Differential cross-sections as a function of the electron pseudorapidity are measured. The cross-section ratio and production charge asymmetry are also reported. Results are compared with theoretical predictions at next-to-next-to-leading order in perturbative quantum chromodynamics. The data sample corresponds to an integrated luminosity of pb collected by the LHCb experiment. The production cross-sections of , , , and mesons are measured in bins of charm meson transverse momentum, , and rapidity, . They cover the rapidity range and transverse momentum ranges for and and for and mesons. The inclusive cross-sections for the four mesons, including charge-conjugate states, within the range of are determined to be \begin{equation*} \sigma(pp\rightarrow D^0 X) = 1190 \pm 3 \pm 64\,\mu\text{b} \end{equation*} \begin{equation*} \sigma(pp\rightarrow D^+ X) = 456 \pm 3 \pm 34\,\mu\text{b} \end{equation*} \begin{equation*} \sigma(pp\rightarrow D_s^+ X) = 195 \pm 4 \pm 19\,\mu\text{b} \end{equation*} \begin{equation*} \sigma(pp\rightarrow D^{*+} X)= 467 \pm 6 \pm 40\,\mu\text{b} \end{equation*} where the uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively.Production cross-sections of prompt charm mesons are measured using data from pp collisions at the LHC at a centre-of-mass energy of 5 TeV. The demand for new insecticides is increasing due to the appearance of insect populations that are resistant to currently used products. New insecticides should be efficient in controlling pests and present low toxicity to non-target organisms. Ascia monuste (Lepidoptera: Pieridae) is a destructive pest of cole vegetables, and the fire ant Solenopsis saevissima (Hymenoptera: Formicidae) is an important predator of these caterpillars in brassica crops. Tetragonisca angustula (Hymenoptera: Apidae) is very important in pollinating many plants and providing honey. Therefore, this study evaluated the toxicity of synthetic amides to A. monuste and its selectivity in favor of S. saevissima and T. angustula. The amides (2E,4E)-N-propylhexa-2,4-dienamide (3) and (2E, 4E)-N-butylhexa-2,4-dienamide (4) caused high (96 and 93%, respectively) and fast (48 h) mortality of A. monuste. The amides 3 and 4 were not harmful to the predator (mortality of 5.7% for amide 3 and 7.14% for amide 4) and were slightly harmful to the pollinator (mortality of 38.57% for amide 3 and 28.12% for amide 4). The amides 3 and 4 are promising, as insecticides, due to the high and rapid mortality of A. monuste with low and moderate toxicity to S. saevissima and T. angustula, respectively
