TBAI/K2S2O8-facilitated reaction of sulfonylhydrazides with alkynes: Facile synthesis of (<i>E</i>)-β-iodovinyl sulfones

    No full text
<p>An efficient and convenient approach for the construction of various (<i>E</i>)-β-iodovinyl sulfones has been developed through potassium persulfate/tetrabutylammonium iodide-facilitated reaction of sulfonylhydrazides with alkynes. The products were obtained in good to excellent yields. The salient features of this reaction are the applications of a new iodine source, environmentally benign, safer solid oxidant, and shorter reaction time.</p

Full-space spin-decoupled versatile wavefront manipulations using non-interleaved metasurface

    No full text
Achieving multifunctional wavefront manipulations of waves with a flat and thin plate is pivotal for high-capacity communications, which however is also challenging. A multi-layer metasurface with suppressed mode crosstalk provides an efficient recipe primarily for circular polarization, but all multiple functionalities still are confined to locked spin states and modes. Here, a multifunctional metasurface with spin-decoupled full-space wavefront control is reported by multiplexing both linear momentum and frequency degree of freedom. We employed vertically cascaded quadrangular patches and crossbars to integrate both geometric and dynamic phases and realized four channels between two spin states and two frequencies in distinct scattering modes (transmission and reflection). For verification, a proof-of-concept metadevice with four-port wavefront manipulations is experimentally demonstrated, exhibiting distinct functionalities including spin- and frequency-dependent focusing, quad-beam radiation, anomalous reflections, and Bessel beam generation. Our finding of full-space spin-decoupled metasurfaces would be important for high-capacity communications, multifunctional radar detections, and other applications.Published versionThis work was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (62171459); National Defense Foundation of China (2019-JCJQ-JJ-081); National Defense Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholars, grant number 2022-JCJQ-ZQ-006; the Key Program of Natural Science Foundation of Shanxi Province (2020JZ-33); the Key Principal’s Fund of Air Force Engineering University (XNLX19030601)

Applied Product Capability Analysis Chart in Measure Step of Six Sigma

[[abstract]]This paper will apply product capability analysis chart PCAC in Measure step of Six Sigma. Because the test model is sampling, sampling error must be consider. Thus minimum value will be used to evaluate process capability. Besides the paper used minimum value to evaluate process capability, we also applied the concept of Six Sigma in PCAC and construct PCAC of Six Sigma standard. Finally, PCAC of Six Sigma standard will apply in Six Sigma project of Offset Ratchet Wrenches which manufactured by Y company.[[incitationindex]]SCI[[incitationindex]]SSCI[[booktype]]ç´™

Separation and purification of alkaloids from Sophora flavescens Ait. by focused microwave-assisted aqueous two-phase extraction coupled with reversed micellar extraction

    No full text
Based on advantages of microwave-assisted extraction (MAE), aqueous two-phase extraction (ATPE)and reversed micellar extraction (RME), a novel method of extraction and purification of alkaloids fromSophora flavescens Ait. was put forward by using focused microwave-assisted aqueous two-phase extrac-tion (FMAATPE) coupled with the reversed micellar extraction (RME). The aqueous two-phase system(ATPS) consisted of ethanol and ammonia sulfate was used as extracting solvent, FMAATPE conditionssuch as the compositions of ATPS, and the extraction temperature, extraction time and solvent-to-materials ratio were optimized by orthogonal test through HPLC analysis. Then alkaloids extracted byFMAATPE were further purified with reverse micelles of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate/isooctane/n-octanol. The relative purity of total alkaloids in the product was improved greatly by RME from 58.30% to88.75% (w/w), and purification recovery was higher than that of solvent extraction, ion exchange resinand macroporous adsorption resin. Moreover, the reverse micelles used could be readily recycled byadding salt and water, keeping better extraction performance with about 80% (w/w) of recovery. Thus, the proposed method is easy to adjust, operate and enlarge for better application prospect; the purity ofalkaloids obtained meets the requirements of the compound drug preparation. The Science and Technology Project of Guangzhou (No. 2008Z1-E301) and Faculty Development fund Project of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University (No. 52104109
