Labor migration: current and perspective challenges for Ukraine

The main purpose of this study was to analyze the labor resources migration phenomenon from Ukraine in the context of theoretical basics of it generalization and against the background of its evolution and world trends, to identify its specific features, real consequences and possible perspectives regarding the regulation possibility taking into account the specifics of the nature and structure of this phenomenon in this country. The research methodology is formed on the basis of the classic economic theory of migration in combination with the behavioral approach and the interpretation of human as homo oeconomicus. Methods were used in the research process: dialectical, historical and semantic analysis, method of theoretical generalization and scientific abstraction, induction and deduction, monographic, graphic, statistical and analytical. The main findings are related to the detection of the tendency to increase the scale of labor migration from Ukraine even under conditions of pandemic, the identification of threats and harms connected with this phenomenon. Substantiated recommendations for eliminating the threats and harms of international labor migration from Ukraine may have practical applications. Застосування двовимірного нормального розподілу до аналізу регіональних зовнішньоторговельних операцій

У статті запропоновано методику визначення двовимірного нормального розподілу зовнішньоторговельних операцій регіону та його числові характеристики. Показано, що для деяких регіонів величини експортних і імпортних операцій залежні між собою і тому застосовується диференціальна функція нормального розподілу для залежних величин, що дозволить здійснювати необхідний моніторинг, системно аналізувати економічну ситуацію, яка динамічно змінюється, приймати науково обґрунтовані управлінські рішення.Methods of estimation of two-dimensional distribution of regional foreign-trade operations and their numerical characteristic were introduced in the article. It was shown, that for some regions the extent of export-import transactions are interdependent and that is why the differential function of normal distribution for dependent quantities is used. This will make it possible to fulfill necessary monitoring, to analyse systemically an economic situation that is changing dynamically, to make scientifically grounded managerial decisions.В статье предложена методика определения двумерного нормального распредения внешнеторговых операций региона и его числовые характеристики. The Study of Thermal Reversibility of the Freezing-defrost Process of Browned Onion

The features and dynamics of the freezing-defrost processes of the studied sample of browned onion were established and studied. At the research it was revealed, that at freezing temperature –20 °С the value of maximal freezing speed does not change.The process of defrost of browned onion was carried out using calorimeter with the reverse connection on temperature and PID-regulator, on the temperature curve of its freezing. It was determined, that the process of defrost of the studied sample needs more heat that is educed at freezing. The modes of stepped defrost that testify to the possibility of thermal reversibility of freezing process were experimentally established.The direct dependence of educed and consumed heat quantity on the mode of thermal processing of studied sample was revealed. The more moisture was eliminated from the food product, the less heat must be consumed for defrost. The analogous dependence is typical also for the freezing process.The received data can be used for determination of the rational modes of freezing and defrost of the browned onion

Performing skills of Li Yundi in the context of China's leading trends in the piano art development

The article examines how the performing skills of the outstanding Chinese pianist Li Yundi have been formed. Chinese piano art in a short time has reached the significant success. As Chinese performers have made a rapid rise in their skills, we can speak about the formation of special musical-performing principles, based on a strong national basis. Li Yundi's career success owed not only to a successful teaching methodology, but also to a deliberate state policy. The formation of Chinese piano pedagogy lies in the assimilation of European pianist-teachers' experience and the preservation of ancient Chinese national traditions. Chinese pedagogues-pianists often use elements of ancient art ‘Qigong’. The use of teaching methods in the two performing styles of "Wen" and "Wu" traditionally established in Chinese culture is also important. This work is intended to identify the leading developmental trends in Chinese piano performing and their role in the formation of young Chinese pianist Li Yundi's performing skills.The article reveals the peculiarities of Chinese piano performing, with its integration of European piano school performing traditions. Emphasis is placed on the performing problems of Chinese pianists' interpretation of European composers' piano works. Li Yundi, one of the finest performers of Frideric Chopin's works, is a notable example of Chinese piano pedagogy's successes in the multifaceted development of the pianist's personality
