Construção e validação da ERSMG: escala de representações sonoro-musicais na gravidez

Este documento describe la construcción y validación de la Escala de Representaciones Sonoro-Musicales en el Embarazo (ERSME). Esta escala se utilizó en una muestra de 211 mujeres embarazadas en el segundo y el tercer trimestre de gestación, antes de la ecografía morfológica de la 22ª semana de gestación, y previamente a la ecografía en la semana 32ª de gestación. La ERSME tiene por objeto evaluar el nivel de sensibilidad sonoro-musical a partir de la 22ª semana de gestación. Después de realizar varios análisis factoriales y de los respectivos análisis de consistencia interna, se decidió optar por una estructura unifactorial con 25 puntos y una buena consistencia interna (α = .815). La adecuada coherencia psicométricas de esta escala permite el acceso a una variable de estudio menos desarrollada en el ámbito de la investigación, pero que consideramos pertinente para evaluar su relación con el estudio de la organización psicológica durante el embarazo, especialmente con la madre-feto enlace.This paper describes the construction and validation of the Scale of Sound-Music Representations in Pregnancy (SSMRP). This scale was used with a sample of 211 pregnant women at the second and at the third trimesters of gestation, before the morphologic ultrasound examination by the 22nd week of gestation and previously to the ultrasound examination at the 32nd week of gestation. The SSMRP aims to assess the level of sound-music sensibility from the 22nd week of gestation on. After several factorial analysis and the respective internal consistency analysis, it was decided to retain an unifactorial structure with 25 items and a good internal consistency (α= .815).The adequate psychometric consistency of this scale allows the access to a variable of study yet less developed in research, but that we consider as pertinent to evaluate its relation with the study of the psychological organization during pregnancy and, particularly with the mother-fetus liaison.Este artigo descreve a construção e validação de uma Escala de Representações Sonoro-Musicais na Gravidez (ERSMG). Esta escala foi aplicada a uma amostra de 211 mulheres grávidas nos segundo e terceiro trimestres de gestação, previamente à realização da ecografia morfológica, pelas 22 semanas de gestação, e previamente à realização da ecografia do terceiro trimestre, pelas 32 semanas de gestação, respetivamente. A ERSMG pretende avaliar o nível de sensibilidade sonoro-musical da mulher grávida a 0partir das 22 semanas de gestação. Após a realização de várias análises fatoriais e das respectivas análises de consistência interna, decidiu-se optar por uma estrutura unifatorial, composta por 25 itens e com uma boa consistência interna (α= .815). A adequada fidelidade psicométrica da escala permite o acesso a uma variável de estudo ainda pouco desenvolvida na investigação, mas que consideramos pertinente para avaliar a sua relação com o estudo da organização psicológica da gravidez e, particularmente, com a ligação materno-fetal

Conformational study and reassessment of the vibrational assignments for Norspermidine

The present study presents and discusses the conformational preferences of Norspermidine (NSpd). The effects of varying the dielectric constant on the conformational preferences are discussed, with a view to infer which conformation will correspond to the most stable in the pure condensed liquid phase. Within the same context, a set of NSpd-NH3 molecular adducts were simulated in order to determine the relevance of intermolecular hydrogen bonding on the overall stability and relative positioning of the respective vibrational frequencies. The calculations presently performed allowed a reassessment of the vibrational assignments for NSpd. A full assignment of the NSpd vibrational spectra is presented, with special emphasis being given to the vibrational modes that proved to be most affected by hydrogen bonding. Investigando os saberes da mediação mobilizados durante visitas escolares à exposição «cadê a Química?»

Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo investigar os saberes da mediação mobilizados por dois mediadores experientes em um centro de ciências brasileiro durante uma visita escolar a uma exposição temporária «Cadê a Química?». Os resultados evidenciaram a mobilização, principalmente, dos saberes da mediação compartilhados com a escola: o saber disciplinar, o saber do diálogo, o saber da linguagem e o saber da transposição didática. Com base nas análises realizadas, apontamos a importância do saber do diálogo e a necessidade de discussões sobre a natureza da ciência na formação dos mediadores, reafirmando as contribuições dos museus e centros de ciências para a formação docente

Electrical Characterization Of Epitaxial Layers Of In0.71ga 0.29as0.63p0.37

We have performed measurements of carrier concentration and Hall mobility, between 4.2 K and room temperature, in InGaAsP (energy gap of 0.96 eV) epitaxial layers grown on semi-insulating InP. It is shown that for this kind of material in the range of concentration studied (2.0×101 6-1.6×1018 cm-3), alloy scattering has to be taken into account as a mechanism limiting the mobility even at low temperatures. Also, in the entire range of temperature and concentration studied, Fermi-Dirac statistics are better suited than Boltzmann statistics for theoretical calculations of Fermi energy, because even for concentrations as low as 2.0×1016 cm -3, the material is degenerated at low temperatures. Effects of exercise training on atrophy gene expression in skeletal muscle of mice with chronic allergic lung inflammation

We evaluated the effects of chronic allergic airway inflammation and of treadmill training (12 weeks) of low and moderate intensity on muscle fiber cross-sectional area and mRNA levels of atrogin-1 and MuRF1 in the mouse tibialis anterior muscle. Six 4-month-old male BALB/c mice (28.5 ± 0.8 g) per group were examined: 1) control, non-sensitized and non-trained (C); 2) ovalbumin sensitized (OA, 20 µg per mouse); 3) non-sensitized and trained at 50% maximum speed _ low intensity (PT50%); 4) non-sensitized and trained at 75% maximum speed _ moderate intensity (PT75%); 5) OA-sensitized and trained at 50% (OA+PT50%), 6) OA-sensitized and trained at 75% (OA+PT75%). There was no difference in muscle fiber cross-sectional area among groups and no difference in atrogin-1 and MuRF1 expression between C and OA groups. All exercised groups showed significantly decreased expression of atrogin-1 compared to C (1.01 ± 0.2-fold): PT50% = 0.71 ± 0.12-fold; OA+PT50% = 0.74 ± 0.03-fold; PT75% = 0.71 ± 0.09-fold; OA+PT75% = 0.74 ± 0.09-fold. Similarly significant results were obtained regarding MuRF1 gene expression compared to C (1.01 ± 0.23-fold): PT50% = 0.53 ± 0.20-fold; OA+PT50% = 0.55 ± 0.11-fold; PT75% = 0.35 ± 0.15-fold; OA+PT75% = 0.37 ± 0.08-fold. A short period of OA did not induce skeletal muscle atrophy in the mouse tibialis anterior muscle and aerobic training at low and moderate intensity negatively regulates the atrophy pathway in skeletal muscle of healthy mice or mice with allergic lung inflammation.FAPESPCNP

Tocopherol and fatty acids content and proximal composition of four avocado cultivars (Persea Americana Mill)

Avocado pulp is widely regarded as a great source of edible oil containing fat-soluble vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids (FA). However, avocado peel and seeds are also good sources of edible oil and are less explored byproducts. This paper aimed at determining the proximal composition, FA and tocopherol contents of the pulp, peel, and seeds of Quintal, Fortuna, Margarida, and Hass avocado cultivars. The pulps presented high concentrations of oleic acid. In addition, peel and seeds presented lower omega-6/omega-3 ratios than the pulp. There was also a considerable amount of tocopherol in the peel and seeds, especially in Hass peel (230.7 mg/100 g). According to the results, the peel and seeds of avocado that are considered byproducts, can be utilized in food industry

Qualidade fisiológica e comportamento de sementes de soja (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) no armazenamento e no campo

Soybean, seeds (Glucine max (L.) Merrill) of IAC-Foscarin 31'(Group Vl)and ' IAC-8' (Group VIII) were harvested we ekly in field plots planted in 1981, 1982 and 1983; after harvests, seeds were stored under normal environment conditions, dry chamber (35% RH) and cold chamber (10°C + 80% RH) during six months at the Seed Laboratory of the Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz", Universidade de Sio Paulo,Brasil. The behavior of seeds during storage was evaluated bimonthly by germination, accelerated aging, electrical conductivity and seedling emergence tests; plant performance was studied in field experiments planted in 1982, 1983 and 1984. Results showed that all laboratory tests were related to field emergence, but electrical conductivity was found to be the most efficient test to characterize physiological quality and field emergence potential. Seeds of'IAC -8' showed better quality than 'IAC-Foscarin 31', but this fact was related to environmental conditions during maturation and harvest time. Storability was determined by environmental relative humidity and initial quality of seeds.A presente pesquisa, conduzida entre 1931 e 1935, no Departamento de Agricultura e Horticultura da Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz"/ USP, constou de colheita, em diferentes épocas, de campos de sementes dos cultivares IAC-Foscarin 31 (precoce) e IAC-8 (semi-tardio). Os materiais coletados foram, em seguida, armazenados em câmara seca, câmara fria e ambiente normal; periodicamente , com intervalos bimestrais, conduziram-se testes de germinação, envelhecimento acelerado, condutividade elétrica e emergência das plântulas, além de ensaios de campo instalados em época normal de semeadura para a cultura da soja. Observou-se que os testes realizados em laboratorio, com destaque para o de condutividade elétrica, mostraram-se eficientes para diferenciar níveis de qualidade fisiológica e estimar o potencial de emergencia das plântulas; sementes do cultivar precoce apresentaram qualidade fisiológica inferior às do semi-tardio, fato atribuido às condições climáticas adversas predominantes durante o final do ciclo das plantas. A umidade relativa do ambiente e a qualidade fisiológica inicial constituiram-se em fatores preponderantes no potencial de conservação das sementes
