Consideraciones para el uso del geogebra en ecuaciones, inecuaciones, sistemas y funciones

Entre las principales dificultades en la enseñanza y el aprendizaje de la matemática se encuentran: no penetración en sus fundamentos, la escasa atención a la creatividad de los escolares y el inadecuado uso de software. El GeoGebra, convenientemente utilizado, permite profundizar en fundamentos de la matemática escolar pues permite integrar, comprender y utilizar, con facilidad y rapidez, con tenidos de distintas áreas para justificar procedimientos y resultados. Los ejercicios y consideraciones que se presentan en la unidad "Ecuaciones e inecuaciones. Fourier-Mukai transforms for coherent systems on elliptic curves

We determine all the Fourier-Mukai transforms for coherent systems consisting of a vector bundle over an elliptic curve and a subspace of its global sections, showing that these transforms are indexed by the positive integers. We prove that the natural stability condition for coherent systems, which depends on a parameter, is preserved by these transforms for small and large values of the parameter. By means of the Fourier-Mukai transforms we prove that certain moduli spaces of coherent systems corresponding to small and large values of the parameter are isomorphic. Using these results we draw some conclusions about the possible birational type of the moduli spaces. We prove that for a given degree $d$ of the vector bundle and a given dimension of the subspace of its global sections there are at most $d$ different possible birational types for the moduli spaces.Comment: LaTeX2e, 21 pages, some proofs simplified, typos corrected. Unprecedented layered coordination polymers of dithiolene group 10 metals: Magnetic and electrical properties

One-pot reactions between Ni(ii), Pd(ii) or Pt(ii) salts and 3,6-dichloro-1,2-benzenedithiol (HSC6H2Cl2SH) in KOH medium under argon lead to a series of bis-dithiolene coordination polymers. X-ray analysis shows the presence of a common square planar complex [M(SC6H2Cl2S)2]2- linked to potassium cations forming either a two-dimensional coordination polymer network for {[K2(μ-H2O)2(μ-thf)(thf)2][M(SC6H2Cl2S)2]}n [M = Ni (1) and Pd (2)] or a one-dimensional coordination polymer for {[K2(μ-H2O)2(thf)6][Pt(SC6H2Cl2S)2]}n (3). In 3 the coordination environment of the potassium ions may slightly change leading to the two-dimensional coordination polymer {[K2(μ-H2O)(μ-thf)2][Pt(SC6H2Cl2S)2]}n (4) that crystallizes together with 3. Strengthening financial innovations in energy supply projects for rural exploitations in developing countries

Sustainable energy supply models are needed to achieve the Millennium Development Goals established by the United Nations for 2015. On the other hand, sustainability of agricultural exploitations in rural areas is a pre-requisite to achieve the objective of halving the proportion of people that lives in poverty, and productivity of such exploitations is closely related to energy supply. This article analyses the results of a survey of experts, suggesting that there may be good chances to innovate in the financing of agricultural electrification projects in developing countries. The experts’ opinion suggests that new sources of financing could be mobilised and oriented towards the promotion of sustainable initiatives in developing countries. Financial mechanisms should be adapted to the characteristics of decentralised systems of energy production with renewable sources or with mixed technologies, in order to overcome the barriers derived from the high initial price of the applications, and to the specific conditions of the agricultural sector. The participation of funds from the beneficiaries and the incorporation of the beneficiaries in the initial phases of project organisation would allow for the development of productive solutions with a higher potential to generate resources and to articulate sustainable proposals. r 2007 Elsevier Ltd. Variables relacionadas con el éxito deportivo en las ligas NBA y ACB de baloncesto

En dos Ligas profesionales de baloncesto, la NBA americana y la espanola ACB, se analiza qué factores del juego están más relacionados con el éxito de los equipos. Se computan datos de la temporada 1998-1999 de todos los equipos de ambas Ligas. Los resultados muestran que algunos aspectos del juego, como los porcentajes en tiros de campo, se asocian más fuertemente que otros con el úmero de victorias, mientras que otras parcelas del juego habitualmente consideradas fundamentales, como los tiros libres y las pérdidas de balón, parecen tener una menor incidencia en el rendimiento final de los equipos.Game factors influencing success are examined in two basketball professional Leagues in USA and Spain. Data of 1998-1999 season have been computed, analyzed and compared. Results show that some aspects of game strategy, such as field goal, are better predictors of success, whereas other aspects, that are supposed to be most influential, such as free throws and turn-over, have a lesser influence on performance
