In the 50s and 60s of the last century, Real Madrid Club of Football became the sportive herald of “Spanish miracle”, generating in Spain and abroad a wave of admiration that was promptly capitalized by the Franco regime. During the Francoism, the club became one of the most effective disseminators of “banal nationalism” that the dictatorship would inculcate in the population, especially the emigrants abroad. This image of Real Madrid as an internationally successful sport entity allows us to reflect on the relationships that are established between sport and political power, especially in the elusive theme of national identities.En los años 50 y 60 del siglo pasado, el Real Madrid C. de F. se convirtió en el heraldo deportivo del “milagro español”, generando en España y el extranjero una oleada de admiración que, oportunamente capitalizada por el régimen franquista, convirtió al club en uno de los más eficaces difusores del “nacionalismo banal” que la dictadura quiso inculcar en la población, especialmente la emigrada. Construcción y defensa del Estado en la Segunda República Española (1931-1936)

Durante la Segunda República existió un fuerte contaste entre las políticas reformistas diseñadas por los gobiernos y su puesta en práctica por los escalones intermedios e inferiores de una Administración, poco inclinada a asumir los deberes y las responsabilidades que imponía la nueva legislación democrática. El presente texto analiza los intentos de reforma de la Administración y las resistencias a los cambios en los ámbitos militar, policial y judicial, y concluye que mientras que en el nivel de los centros decísorios el Estado se abstenía de tomar partido en los conflictos sociopolíticos o mantenía una escrupulosa actitud legalista, en el ámbito de los aparatos periféricos se evidenció una creciente tolerancia respecto a los intereses caciquiles y los grupos violentos de naturaleza antirrepublicana.During the Spanish Second Republic there was a strong contrast between reformist policies designed by governments and its implementation by the middle and lower echelons of an administration that showed little inclination to assume the duties and responsibilities imposed by the new democratic legislation. This paper analyzes the attempts to reform the administration and the resistance to changes in the military, police and judicial fields. The conclusion is that while in the leve) of decision-making centers the State refrained from taking sides in the socio-political conflicts or kept scrupulously a legalistic attitude, the peripheral administration evidenced a growing tolerance towards the caciquist interests and the violent anti-republican groups

Desarrollo de estándares de aprendizaje del Español como lengua extranjera nivel B1-B2 en el Estado de Virginia, Estados Unidos.

En nuestra investigación en un total de ocho capítulos y siete anexos presentamos el desarrollo, implementación y análisis de los estándares de aprendizaje de Español como Lengua Extranjera nivel B1-B2 en el estado de Virginia, Estados Unidos. En este trabajo nos focalizamos en los cambios experimentados en un sistema de enseñanza de ELE, en Virginia (Estados Unidos), renovado y transferido a un sistema basado en estándares de aprendizaje. Presentamos, por un lado, los resultados de una investigación experimental en la que se ha trabajado con los dos tipos de currículos, y, por otro lado, el grado de aceptación del currículo basado en estándares entre la comunidad educativa de Virginia. Tomando como base el MCER, PCIC, ACTFL y los expertos que son referenciados en nuestro trabajo, se lleva a cabo esta obra que tiene le cometido de ayudar a docentes y estudiantes a transitar el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de ELE basados en el enfoque comunicativo de la lengua.In our research, in a total of eight chapters and seven annexes, we present the development; implementation; and analysis of the learning standards of Spanish as a Foreign Language level B1-B2 in the state of Virginia, United States. In this paper, we focus on the changes experienced in an ELE teaching system in Virginia (United States), renewed and transferred to a system based on learning standards. We present, on the one hand, the results of an experimental investigation in which we have worked with the two types of curricula; and, on the other hand, the degree of acceptance of the standards-based curriculum among the educational community of Virginia. Based on the CEFR, PCIC, ACTFL and the experts that are referenced in our work, this work is carried out with the purpose of helping teachers and students navigate the teaching learning process of ELE based on the communicative approach of the language.Tesis Univ. La fascistización frustrada del régimen franquista en tres crisis de gobierno

The purpose of this article is to analyze the perception that the Catholic hierarchy had of the problems inherent in the fascistization of the regime between 1937 and 1945. The disputes fought in the different spheres of the State can help us to understand the reality of this process, beyond the rhetoric that animated it. The aim is to demonstrate the importance of the political work of the Church in facilitating or hindering the access to power of autochthonous fascism, and its weight in the configuration of Franco's dictatorship until the end of the World War.El propósito de este artículo es analizar la percepción que la jerarquía católica tuvo de los problemas inherentes a la fascistización del régimen entre 1937 y 1945. Los contenciosos librados en los diferentes ámbitos del Estado nos pueden ayudar a comprender la realidad de este proceso, más allá de la retórica que lo animó. Se pretende demostrar la importancia que tuvo la labor política de la Iglesia para facilitar o dificultar el acceso al poder del fascismo autóctono, y su peso en la configuración de la dictadura franquista hasta el final de la Guerra Mundial
