    Pengembangan Alat Peraga Tabung Venturi Ā untuk Melatihkan Keterampilan Proses Sains Pada Materi Fluida Dinamik

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan alat peraga tabung venturi untuk melatihkan keterampilan proses sains pada materi fluida dinamik yang layak (valid, praktis, dan efektif).. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini mengacu pada model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation).  Alat peraga yang dikembangkan ditelaah oleh dua orang pakar dari dosen fisika Unesa, kemudian divalidasi oleh dua dosen fisika unesa dan satu guru fisika SMAN 1 Bangsal,Mojokerto. Berdasarkan hasil validasi yang dilakukan, alat peraga yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan dari aspek validitas. Untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari aspek keefektifan dilakukan uji coba terbatas terhadap 15 siswa pada kelas XI MIA 1 SMAN 1 Bangsal. Aspek keefektifan terdiri dari ketercapaian aspek pengetahuan dan aspek keterampilan, aspek keterampilan dalam penelitian ini yaitu keterampilan proses sains. Berdasarkan uji terbatas yang dilakukan pada 15 siswa di kelas XI MIA 1 SMAN 1 Bangsal dapat diketahui bahwa alat peraga yang dikembangkan layak digunakan dari aspek keefektifan.  Aspek kepraktisan didapatkan dari angket repon yang diisi oleh 15 siswa yang menjadi subjek penelitian dan keterlaksanaan proses pembelajaran, dalam penelitian ini yaitu 15 siswa SMAN 1 Bangsal, Mojokerto. Dari angket respon tersebut diketahui bahwa respon siswa terhadap alat peraga yang dikembangan sangat positif dan keterlaksananaan pembelajaran sangat baik sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa alat peraga yang dikembangkan layak digunakan dari aspek kepraktisan.   Kata Kunci : Alat Peraga Venturimeter, kelayakan alat peraga, Keterampilan proses sains.   Abstract The aim of this research isproduce venturimeter props to train science process skills on dynamic fluid skill that feasible (valid, practice dan effective).     THE EFFECTIVENESS OF UVAERATOR IN REDUCING AIR GERMS AND DUST LEVELS

    Background, school education facilities, including higher education as a place and public facilities for formal education facilities in this country, should be a comfortable place to study. Besides functioning as a place of learning, schools can also be a threat of disease transmission . measurement number of bacteria in the air-conditioned classrooms Wulan R22 (2016) 12.167 CFU / m3 , Nur Latifah (2018) an average of 217.92 colony / hr / ft2 , hadita (2018) 331.6 colonies / hr / ft2 . Research question is how is the effectiveness of UVAerator in reducing the number of air germs and dust levels in the lecture hall R22 building Campus 7 Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang ? Research objectives is to find the effectiveness of UVAerator in reducing the number of air germs and dust levels in the lecture hall. Research method included a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group pre test - post test. Data collection by measuring, observational, interview. The variables were temperature, humidity, lighting, air germ count, dust content. Analysis using pairet-t test comparisons and unpaired t test data. Result, the average number of bacteria with no air space UVAerator in the morning is ( 668,00 g / m3 ) and in the afternoon is ( 680.10 g / m3 ) the difference was not significant (p = 0.873), whereas the existing space UVAerator in the morning ( 876.50 g / m3 ) and in the afternoon ( 655.50 g / m3 ) shows significant difference (p = 0.001). The number of room air germs that do not exist and have UVAerator is significantly different (p = 0.002), the number of room air germs that are not there and without any UVAerator is not significant (p = 0.763), while the change in the number of room air germs that does not exist and exist UVAerator has a significant difference (p = 0.015). On average PM10 space dust that has no UVAerator in the morning ( 12.38 ug / m3 ) and in the afternoon ( 17.38 ug / m3 ) shows significant difference (p = 0.008), whereas the existing space UVAerator in the morning ( 11.63 g / m3 ) and day ( 14.50 Āµg / m3 ) shows that the difference is not significant (p = 0.127). PM10 dust in the room that does not exist and there is no UVAerator ported, the difference is not significant (p = 0.821), the PM10 dust in the room noon and there is UVAerator, the difference shows that it is not significant (p = 0.432), while the change in room PM10 without dust and there is a difference in UVAerator significant (p = 0.004). In conclusion, the effectiveness of reducing the number of air germs without UVAerator on average (4.56%), with UVAerator (-24.52%), the difference was not significant (p = 0.057). The effectiveness of reducing PM10 without UVAerator, mean (60.50%), with UVAerator (38.30%), the difference was not significant (p = 0.369). Suggestion, , It is necessary to control the sound intensity caused by UVAerator by adding aeration bubble breakers. The pump suction power is enlarged to accelerate the circulation of room air

    MODEL OF IMROVING WORK LOAD AND FAMILY WORK CONFLICT BASED HR PERFORMANCE ON REGIONAL FINANCIAL AGENCY OF SEMARANG REGENCY

    This research is intended to test the effect of workload and family work conflict on HR performance with social capital as moderation. The problem is how to improve HR performance through the reduction of workload, family work conflict and work stress with social capital as moderation. The sample of this study is employees of Regional financial agency of Semarang as many as 117 respondents. Regression Analysis was done by software package for statistical social science (spss). The analysis showed that the workloads and family work conflict have significant effect on HR performance with social capital as moderation. The empirical findings indicated that workload has significant effect on HR performance; family work conflict has a significant effect on HR performance; workload has significant effect on work stress; family work conflict has significant effect on work stress; social capital moderates workload to affect HR performance; and social capital moderates the effect of family work conflict to affect HR performance.Keywords : workload, family work conflict, work stress, social capital and HR performance

    Skripsi yang berjudul ā€œPelaksanaan Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Pedesaan melalui Program Simpan Pinjam Perempuan (SPP) guna Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat di Kecamatan Kayen Patiā€ bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Pati dalam Pelaksanaan Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Pedesaan melalui Program Simpan Pinjam Perempuan (SPP) guna Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat di Kecamatan Kayen Pati dan untuk mengetahui Kendala-Kendala dalam Pelaksanaan Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Pedesaan melalui Program Simpan Pinjam Perempuan (SPP) guna Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat di Kecamatan Kayen Pati. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis sosiologis yaitu mendapatkan data dari sumbernya secara langsung, metode pengumpulan sampel, metode pengumpulan data. Dari hasil Penelitian diperoleh gambaran bahwa Simpan Pinjam Perempuan dalam Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri telah bisa dimanfaatkan dengan baik dan mendapat respon positif, baik dari unsur pemerintah desa ataupun dari masyarakat. Unsur pemerintah desa ataupun masyarakat di Kecamatan Kayen Pati merasakan manfaat dari Pelaksanan PNPMM-PKK melalui simpan pinjam desa (SPP) di Kecamatan Kayen Kabupaten Pati, dalam mensejahterakan masyarakat kecamatan kayen pati, dalam kegiatan monitoring ini, kendala yang muncul adalah tidak dilibatkannya masyarakat secara langsung.     The application of information technology in the library can increase the acceleration of information to the public. One of the library activities that quite a lot of using paper media is borrowing books. The use of ledgers in borrowing books is tantamount to spending a lot of paper with large data and will cause piles later. Therefore, it is necessary to update the book lending system with integrated information technology in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the library. The Book Borrowing System or known as TEMANKU is a book lending system that is integrated with the internet to improve operations in book lending activities in the library. In carrying out this activity, a method must be used to implement it. The waterfall method was chosen because it is easy to implement and the system implementation can be implemented in a better and structured manner. On the other hand, the approach used in the design uses data flow diagram ( DFD). The results of this study resulted in the design of a website-based book lending system

    FRONTEND DEVELOPMENT OF COURSE SCHEDULING SYSTEM INTEGRATED SIA AT ENGINEERING FACULTY UNIVERSITY OF JENDERAL SOEDIRMAN USING DEVOPS METHOD

    The Course Scheduling System is a website-based system that has the function of compiling course schedules at the Faculty of Engineering, Jenderal Sudirman University. This system is used by several users, namely Bapendik/admin and vice dean, while the results of the scheduling will be inputted into SIA and viewed by SIA users. This system has features to manage lecturer data, course data, room data, slot data, day data, and arrange course scheduling. Previously, the preparation of courses was still using the manual method, namely by entering the course data one by one. Based on the existing problems, the author tries to build a frontend of the Course Scheduling System to facilitate users in compiling a computerized and automatic course schedule through the system. The system is built using the DevOps development method and the javascript library, namely React Js. The results of system testing show that all functions on the system can run according to user needs

    University library accreditation aims to improve library quality. In order to get formal recognition from the state, university libraries apply for accreditation to the National Library to assess whether they have met national standards. This study aimed to determine implementation the management of university library accreditation with national standards at the University of Malang (UM). The research method used the descriptive qualitative method, which described management functions performed by UM library in the university library accreditation. The results research showed that library accreditation management carries out planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring processes. Management functions are described in accreditation ranging from planning to supervisory functions. The planning process is to design accreditation activities structurally and organizationally to achieve the expected conditions through team planning, physical evidence, and accreditation performance. Organizing processes are forming an organizational structure and detailing the duties of accreditation team members to play an effective role by classifying accreditation instruments, organizing teamwork, and accreditation documents. General and technical guidelines for university library accreditation guide the implementation process to obtain optimal performance from the accreditation team through completing documents, preparing for visitations, correcting forms, and conducting self-assessments. The monitoring process avoids deviations by evaluating the administration, budget, forms, performance, and physical evidence of accreditation. The study concludes that the implementation of accreditation management through planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring aims that the UM library can achieve accreditation objectives, namely obtaining satisfactory results as well as the legitimacy, reputation, and legality of the library
