Demand Analysis and its Application for Building of Competitiveness of the Company

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou poptávky firmy Apleg systems, s.r.o., která se zaměřuje na výrobu, prodej komponentů oplocení, poskytování služeb v podobě montáží a poradenství. Charakterizuje trh, na kterém firma působí, analyzuje zákazníky, faktory ovlivňující jejich poptávku a pomocí cenové elasticity poptávky zjišťuje jejich reakce na změny cen. Provádí analýzu prostředí firmy a analýzu konkurence a na základě výsledků těchto analýz navrhuje opatření na zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti této firmy.This thesis deals with the demand analysis of the company Apleg systems, Ltd., which focuses on the production, sale of fencing components and service providing in the form montages and advice. It characterizes the market in which the company operates, and analyses customers and factors affecting their demand through price elasticity of demand determines their reactions to price changes. Performs analysis of the company and the competition analysis and based on results of these analyses proposes measures to improve the competitiveness of this company.

Living History

Ve své bakalářské práci se věnuji tématu Living history. Pojem living history je terminus technicus používaný sociology, kteří takto pojmenovávají skupinu lidí, která se stylizuje do minulosti. Téma Living history mě velmi zajímá z hlediska prolnutí času minulosti s přítomností - na stejném místě ve stejnou dobu se odehrává něco, co má připomínat událost, která proběhla před mnoha lety. Avšak tyto reenactmenty nemohou být přesnou kopií či rekonstrukcí dávné události. Jedná se vždy o přítomný okamžik a osobní prožitek zúčastněných. Proto o nich nemůžeme říci, že si na bojovníky jen hrají, neboť oni tím opravdu žijí a myslí to vážně. Lidé, kteří se těchto shromáždění účastní, v podstatě zpřítomňují již neexistující nebo mrtvé lidi. Jsou ,,zastaveni“ v minulosti a romanticko-sentimentálním způsobem opět prožívají dávnou událost. Pro moji práci jsem si vybrala bitvu u Lipan, která proběhla v období gotickém, v roce 1434. Nevybrala jsem si však bitvu u Lipan jako takovou, ale fotky z jejího reenactmentu z roku 2014. Na internetu (rajce.net) jsem si vyhledala alba s fotografiemi této události z 31. května 2014. Fotky pořídil patrně někdo, kdo byl členem této komunity, protože fotografie působily osobně a zachycovaly účastníky v jejich bezprostřední blízkosti a v jejich soukromí, například v dobovém stanu při večeři s ostatními účastníky. Z tohoto důvodu jsem nevycházela z vlastních fotografií, protože jako pouhý nezúčastněný divák bych se k nim nedostala tak blízko. Po prohlédnutí fotografií z reenactmentu bitvy a po navštívení Maroldova panoramatu jsem se nadchla pro malování samotné bitvy. Udělala jsem mnoho maleb na stěně i na papíře, ale časem mě pouhé přemalovávání bitvy z fotografie přestalo zajímat. Uvědomila jsem si, že v podstatě maluji nic neříkající postavy v kostýmech a místo na jejich výrazy, se soustředím více na anatomickou přesnost jejich těl. Po tomto zjištění jsem už věděla, že takovým způsobem nemůžu v malbě dále pokračovat a že je nutné změnit svůj přístup. Vrátila jsem se tedy k detailnějšímu prohlížení fotografií a zkoumala jsem, co mě na nich opravdu nejvíce zajímá. Už během malby jsem postupně přicházela na to, že mě velmi baví malovat obličeje ,,válečníků“ a zachycovat psychologii, která se ukrývá v jejich tvářích. Během zkoumání fotografií jsem si všimla, že lidé na nich zachycení mají útrpné výrazy podobající se výrazům lidí ze starých gotických obrazů. Lidé jsou většinou oblečeni do prostého, dobového oblečení, které si sami vyrábí, jedí skromný pokrm a tváří se jako mučedníci doufající v naději. Opuštění svazující malby podle fotografie bylo pro mne velmi osvobozující ,neboť jsem konečně začala malovat to, co na fotografiích vidět nebylo, ale já cítila, že to tam je ukryté. Uvědomila jsem si, že co mi na mém tématu přijde nejzajímavější jsou dnešní lidé, kteří svými životy, svým jednáním a trpitelskými výrazy zpřítomňují skutečné mrtvé válečníky, kteří padli v bitvě u Lipan v roce 1434. Je to minulost zachycená v jejich přítomných obličejích. A to mi přijde neuvěřitelně zajímavé. Po tomto uvědomění jsem nabyla přesvědčení, že k tomu, abych se co nejlépe přiblížila ke své fascinaci, stačí namalovat jen obličej s přítomnýma očima, a s osobitým výrazem. Už nepotřebuji malovat celé výjevy z bitvy. Obrazy jsem namalovala akvarelem, abych malbou podpořila lehkost a jemnost portrétů. Velikost portrétů na papíře se odvíjí od mých fyzických dispozic, portréty jsou zhruba tak velké, jako moje postava.In my thesis I deal with the topic Living history. The term “living history” is a technical term used by sociologists, it names a group of people who stylized themselves in the past. The theme of living history is very interesting to me in the terms of time blending the past with the present - at the same place at the same time happens something that commemorates the event that took place many years ago. However, these could not be an exact reenactment of copies and reconstructions of ancient events. It is always about the present moment and the personal experience of participants. Therefore we can not say that they play only the fighters because they really live it, and they mean it serious. People who attend these gatherings, basically revive non-existent or dead people. They stopped themselves in the time and they relive again in sentimental and romantic way the ancient event. For my thesis I have chosen the Battle of Lipan, that did take place in the Gothic period in the year 1434. I did not choose the real battle of Lipan, but photos of his reenactment of 2014. On the Internet (rajce.net) I have found an album with photos of this event from 31.5.2014. Photos were taken probably by someone who was a member of this community because they seems to be personal ones. For example some of them were taken during a dinner with other participants. For this reason, I did not use my own photos because like a spectator I would not get so close to them. After viewing photos of the reenactment of the battle and after the visit of Marold´s panorama I was excited for the painting of the battle itself. I did many of paintings on the wall and on the papers, but later after some time I have lost the interest in repainting the picture of the battle by the photographs. I realized that in fact I paint meaningless characters in costumes and that I focus myself more on anatomical accuracy of their bodies instead of focusing on their expressions. After discovering this I knew, that I cannot continue in painting this way and that I need to change my approach. So I did return to a more detailed check of the photos and I have researched what I'm really most interested in on the photos. Already during painting, I gradually realized that I enjoy very much the ,,warriors" faces painting and catching the psychology that is hidden in their faces. While I examined the photos, I have noticed that the persons on the pictures have sympathetic expressions resembling expressions of people from the old Gothic paintings. These people are usually dressed in a simple, contemporary clothes, that is produced themselves, they eat a modest meal and they looks like a martyrs. Leaving the painting by photograph was very liberating for me, because I finally began to paint something what was not visible on the photos, but what I feel that it is hidden there. I realized that for me most interesting on my work are the today people with their lives, their actions and long-suffering expressions, they made present real dead warriors who fell in the battle of Lipan in 1434. It is the past captured in the faces of those present. And I find it incredibly interesting. After this realization, I am convinced that the best way to get closer to my fascination, I can just draw a face with present eyes and distinctive expression. There is no more need for me of painting the whole scenes from the battle.

Fitness Center's Customer Satisfaction and Proposals for its Improvement

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou spokojenosti zákazníků fitness centra fit4all CENTRUM, s.r.o. a navrhuje opatření vedoucí k její zvýšení. První část této práce je zaměřena na objasnění základních teoretických pojmů, následuje charakteristika společnosti a analýza prostředí společnosti. Součástí analytické části je také dotazníkové šetření a SWOT analýza. Na základě výsledků analýz jsou v poslední části práce navržena doporučení pro zvýšení spokojenosti zákazníků s nabídkou sálových lekcí ve fitness centru.The master thesis deals with customer satisfaction analysis of the company fit4all CENTRUM, Ltd., and proposes measures to increase it. The first part of this thesis is focused on explaining the basic theoretical concepts, charakteristics of the company follows and also analysis of company‘s background. Analytical part contains also questionnaire survey and SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, recommendations are proposed in the last part of this thesis, it should increase customer satisfaction with the offer of indoor lessons in the fitness center.

Ve druhé kapitole je popsána teorie vnitřního kontrolního systému – definice, předpoklady, nástroje a kontroly vnitřního kontrolního systému. Ve třetí kapitole je charakterizována společnost Ravensburger Karton, s.r.o. a je popsán její vnitřní kontrolní systém. Ve čtvrté části je zhodnocen vnitřní kontrolní systém společnosti Ravensburger Karton, s.r.o. a jsou navrhnuty možnosti jeho zlepšení, především vytvoření projekčně programové dokumentace a aktualizace směrnic.The goal of this thesis is a theoretical outline of internal control system, analysis and evaluation of the internal control in Ravensburger Karton Ltd and possibilities of improving the internal control. In the second chapter the theory of internal control is described – the definition, assumptions, tools and monitoring of the internal control system. In the third chapter Ravensburger Karton Ltd is characterized and its internal control is described. Music and Physical Activity for Children with Impaired Communication in Preschoolers

Diplomová práce se zabývala významem hudebně pohybových aktivit u dětí s narušenou komunikační schopností v předškolním věku. Jejím cílem bylo zjistit, jaký vliv mají hudebně pohybové aktivity na osobnost těchto dětí. Práci tvořily dvě stěžejní oblasti. Jednalo se o část teoretickou, která objasňovala základní pojmosloví z oblasti narušené komunikační schopnosti a z oblasti hudby a hudebně pohybových činností. Empirická část zjišťovala, zda hudebně pohybové aktivity pozitivně ovlivňují narušenou komunikační schopnost dětí předškolního věku. Výsledky ukázaly, že vlivem hudebně pohybových aktivit postupně dochází ke zlepšení komunikačních schopností dětí, jejichž komunikační schopnost je narušena. Testováním bylo dále zjištěno, že děti s narušenou komunikační schopností mají deficity v oblasti rytmického cítění. Tato zjištění vyústila v navrhovaná opatření týkající se hudebně pohybových činností a terapie narušené komunikační schopnosti.This dissertation deals with importance of musical kinetic activities for preschool children with disrupted communication skills. Its aim is to detect the effects of musical kinetic activities on personalities of these children. The dissertation consists of two main parts - a theoretical part and an empirical part. The theoretical part clarifies basic terms from the sphere of disrupted communication skills and from the sphere of music and musical kinetic activities. The empirical part tries to find out whether the musical kinetic activities positively affect disrupted communication skills of preschool children. The results indicates that musical kinetic activities improve disrupted communication skills of preschool children gradually. Testing has proved that children with disrupted communication skills have difficulties with rhythmical feeling. Construction technology project of C building of Technological park in Brno

Tématem diplomové práce je realizace administrativní budovy v areálu Českého technologického parku v Brně. Práce obsahuje technickou zprávu ke stavebně technologickému projektu, situaci v okolí staveniště a návrh dopravních tras, časový a finanční plán objektový, návrh hlavních mechanismů, časový harmonogram a dílčí harmonogram pro monolitické konstrukce. V práci je vypracován projekt zařízení staveniště. Pro monolitické konstrukce pak technologický předpis včetně výpočtu odbednění konstrukcí a kontrolní a zkušební plán. Dále pak položkový rozpočet a výkaz výměr. Jako specializace je vypracován návrh areálové komunikace budované při objektu.Theme of the diploma thesis is realisation of an administrative building in the area of Czech Technological Park Brno. Thesis contains of technical report of the technological project, situation of a place near the building site, the plan of traffic, for the objects time and financial plan, proposal of the main mechanisms, time schedule and partial time schedule for monolithic constructions. In the theses is also project of a construction site. In the thesis there also is a project of a construction site and also a monolithic constructions control and test plan. Then there is an Itemized budget for the building and a bill of quantities. Proposal of an area road constructed by the object is made as a specialization.

Selected psychological aspects of collective blame

Cílem této diplomové práce je představit fenomén kolektivní viny z psychologického hlediska. Obsahem teoretické části je nejprve představení fenoménu jako takového, jeho podstaty a kontextu jeho výskytu. Následuje klíčová kapitola pojednávající o mechanizmech atribuce kolektivní viny, jejích modelech, teoriích a přístupech. Dále se práce soustředí na interkulturní srovnání a na příbuzné jevy (fenomén zástupné pomsty, kolektivní tresty a další), které se k tématu vztahují a na kterých se přímo či nepřímo podílejí. Teoretickou část uzavírá kapitola o intervencích. Výzkumná část se zabývá mechanizmem atribuce kolektivní viny v souvislosti s potenciálními moderujícími faktory vycházejícími z předchozích výzkumů. Výzkum samotný představuje replikační studii navazující na práci Denson et al. (2006). Jedná se tedy o korelační studii, jejímž cílem bylo zmapovat, zdali je členství v určitém druhu skupin spjato s vyšším stupněm vnímané kolektivní zodpovědnosti, a také blíže prozkoumat, které ze sledovaných proměnných (moderujících) faktorů korelují s percepcí kolektivní viny. (2006), zejména klíčový vztah mezi kolektivní vinou a...This Master's degree thesis focus on introducing collective blame from the psychological point of view. The theoretical part begins by defining the phenomena in general, including the context of its occurrence. The key chapter follows, focusing on the mechanism of collective blame attribution, its model, theories, and approaches. Following chapter describes the intercultural comparison of collective blame. Next part address the related phenomena (vicarious retribution, collective punishments etc.). The final chapter is related to interventions in the context of collective blame phenomena. The experimental part focuses on the mechanism of collective blame in relation to relevant moderating factors, based on previous studies. The research itself is a replication study, following the work of Denson et al. (2006). It is a correlation study that mainly focuses on whether membership in different types of groups is related to different levels of assigned collective blame, and also to explore which other included variables are correlating with collective blame attribution. The research data were collected through an online questionnaire. Respondents were mostly recruited through the database of the PLESS laboratory.
