PROJECT-BASED LEARNING COLLABORATED WITH DIGITAL MEDIA FOR INDONESIAN EFL LEARNERS’ SELF-CONFIDENCE AND COMMUNICATION SKILL

Indonesian EFL learners are still unconvinced to communicate by using English because being able to communicate requires the students to integrate self-confidence, and producing the meaningful idea at the same time. Fortunately, digital stuffs completely brings a new concept in ELT context since the use of digital in ELT clasroom can improve EFL learners’ communication skill. This research aims to reveal Indonesian EFL learners’ communication skill by integrating Project-based learning and digital media to siginificantly affect on students’ self-confidence on communication skill. To achieve the objective of the research, quantitative research method with factorial design 2X2 is applied. Then, the intruments used are interview with Likert scale and students’ communication achievement that have been distributed both normally and homogenously, thus, all the data are processed by using multivariate anova with sig 0,000 < 0,05. Based on the finding of the research, it is found that the using of Project-based Learning integrated with Telegram as media digital to share video absolutely affects on students’ communication skill because the students are able to think deeply in creating video project and feel comfortable to share with others on Telegram twice a week, it indicates that familiarity with their interlocutors and the community existed on Telegram group  leads them to prefectly communicate with other in the real classroom context, and allows them to improve the ability to produce a meaningful idea to deliver.        &nbsp

Pengaruh Metode Latihan Terhadap Kemandirian Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Kelompok B Di Tk Aisyiyah Busthanul Athfal 33

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh metode latihan terhadap kemandirian anak kelas eksperimen di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 33, (2) Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh metode nasehat terhadap kemandirian anak kelas kontrol di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 33, (3) Untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh metode latihan kelas eksperimen dengan pengaruh metode nasehat kelas kontrol terhadap kemandirian anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 33. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian ini mengunakan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experimental design (non-equivalent control group design). Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 30 anak. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 anak terdiri dari 2 kelas yaitu 15 anak kelas eksperimen dan 15 anak kelas control. Penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling. Istrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi, menggunakan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh siknifikansi antara metode latihan terhadap kemandirian anak usia 5-6 tahu di Tk aisyiyah bustanul athfal 33, hal ini dilihat dari nilai rata-rata kemandirian sebelum dan sesudah diberi perlakuan yaitu 5.4 menjadi 9.867, hal ini juga dapat dibuktikan dari hasil pengujian hipotesis yang di lakukan. (1)Terdapat pengaruh metode latihan terhadap kemandirian anak kelas eksperimen; (2)Tidak terdapat pengaruh metode nasehat terhadap kemandirian anak kelas kontrol; dan (3) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara metode latihan dengan metode nasehat terhadap kemandirian

Tujuan : penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kestabilan formulasi dan untuk mengetahui adanya reaksi iritasi pada pembuatan sediaan pewarna pipi compact powder dengan menggunakan ekstrak daun sambang darah. Metode : Ekstrak diperoleh dengan cara maserasi menggunakan etanol 96% untuk ekstrak daun sambang darah (Excoecaria cochinchinensis) dengan konsentrasi 10%, 15%, 20%

HAKIKAT PENDIDIKAN KEWARGANEGARAAN SEBAGAI PENDIDIKAN BELA NEGARA

Setiap warga negara berhak dan wajib ikut dalam usaha bela negara. Penerapan lima nilai dasar bela negara sebagai unsur penting dalam Pembinaan Kesadaran Bela Negara merupakan tolak ukur capaian pendidikan bela negara. Berkembangnya dinamika permasalahan di dunia pendidikan seperti perundungan, tawuran, dan narkoba sebagai salah satu ancaman pertahanan negara. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan pada pemaparan pendidikan bela negara dapan menjadi salah satu faktor pembentuk kecerdasan sosial bagi siswa, strategi dalam mengoptimalkan pendidikan bela negara. Pendekatan kualitatif dalam penelitian ini dengan mendeskripsikan pengambilan data melalui studi literatur. Ikhtisar memperlihatkan bahwa pemahaman sikap dan perilaku peserta didik terhadap pendidikan bela negara dan pemahaman terhadap urgensi pendidikan bela negara sebagai upaya pertahanan negara. Kesimpulannya bahwa kurikulum pendidikan bela negara yang masuk kedalam mata pelajaran yang relevan memiliki lima nilai dasar, yaitu cinta tanah air, rela berkorban, sadar berbangsa dan bernegara, Pancasila sebagai ideologi negara, dan kemampuan bela negara baik secara fisik maupun non-fisik. Proses pendidikan yang baik akan menghasilkan peserta didik yang berkarakter dalam memaksimalkan potensi kecerdasan setiap peserta didik

Calculation of Depreciation of Fixed Assets According to Tax Regulations at PT. Surya Utama Agrolestari

Fixed assets are company assets that have a useful life of more than one year. There are several methods that can be used for the calculation of Fixed Assets. The first is the depreciation method in accordance with financial accounting standards (SAK) or with tax regulations. Depreciation method based on tax regulations for tax purposes. This research is also included in the type of descriptive qualitative research. In the accounting activity of asset depreciation at PT. Surya Utama Agrolestari is depreciated using the straight line method, this is in accordance with PSAP No 7. And the results of the study found that PT. Surya Utama Agrolestari has calculated depreciation in accordance with tax provisions and found no fiscal correction to the calculation of depreciation of fixed assets. The calculation of the company's depreciation is in accordance with the tax provisions

The Role of Interpersonal Communication in the Work Environment from Islamic Perspective

In the process of running an organization smoothly, various forms of skills are needed so that a company can develop well and smoothly. These skills must be possessed by every employee. If there are new employees, old employees must be able to teach them about the culture that exists in a company. The aim of making this journal is to find out the role of interpersonal communication in the work environment from an Islamic perspective. Interpersonal communication within an organizational scope such as the work environment requires a process to achieve the desired performance. Analisis Disiplin Dan Kinerja Karyawan CV. Momo Jaya Lingga Kecamatan Simpang Empat

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana disiplin dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada CV. Momo Jaya Lingga Kecamatan Simpang Empat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan informan. Sebagai informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pimpinan dan karyawan CV. Momo Jaya Lingga sebanyak 7 orang. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa disiplin dan kinerja karyawan sudah cukup baik namun perusahaan masih perlu menambah jenis kompensasi yang diberikan kepada karyawan, karena akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap disiplin karyawan. Guna meningkatkan kinerja diperlukan pelatihan bagi karyawan, selain itu pimpinan harus melakukan pengawasan yang lebih baik untuk menjaga kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Pengaruh Penggunaan Aplikasi Fizzo Novel Terhadap Kemampuan Menulis Teks Drama pada Siswa Kelas XI SMK Negeri 4 Medan Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of using the fizzo novel application on the writing ability of class XI students at SMK Negeri 4 Medan for the 2022/2023 academic year. The population in this study was all students in class The research method used is a quantitative experimental method. The research instrument is a drama text writing test which is assessed based on content aspects and linguistic aspects of the drama text. The results of the research show that there is an influence of using the fizzo novel application on the ability to write drama texts in class XI students at SMK Negeri 4 Medan. This is proven by hypothesis testing which shows that the value of Tcount > Ttable is 11.6 > 1.71 with a significance level of 5%
