Contactless measurement of geometric parameters of springs

Tato bakalářská práce obsahuje rozbor problematiky bezkontaktního měření rozměrů mechanických dílů. Na základě rozboru vlastností dostupných snímačů obsahuje předložení návrhu vhodného optického snímače pro bezkontaktní měření geometrických parametrů pružin. Součástí práce je návrh automatizovaného přípravku pro ověření vlastností snímačů a následné využití pro reálné měření pružin v laboratorních podmínkách. Pro testovací měřicí soustavu určenou k ověření vlastností snímačů a měření geometrických parametrů pružin včetně výpočtu a vyhodnocení odchylek je navržen a popsán obslužný software. Součástí práce je návrh obslužného softwaru, který umožňuje automatizaci bezkontaktního měření rozměrů mechanických dílů v praxi. Proces zpracování a vyhodnocení dat je popsán blokovým schématem s vyobrazenými průběhy v jednotlivých krocích.This thesis provides the analysis of contactless dimensional measurement of mechanical parts. On basis of the analysis of available sensors it includes suitable optical sensor for contactless measurement of geometrical parameters of springs. Part of my work is the layout of automated product for verification of sensor´s attributes and subsequent use in laboratory conditions. A special software is designed and described for the sample intended to verify the attributes of sensors. Calculation and evaluation of deviations included. Part of the thesis is a design of service software, which allows to automate contactless dimensional measurement of mechanical parts. Process of analyzing and evaluating the data is described by block diagram featuring the waveforms of each step.

Import 04/07/2011Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou antén v radiofrekvenční identifikaci RFID (RadioFrequencyIDentification). V úvodu práce jsou zpracovány základní poznatky o systémech RFID. Další část se blíže věnuje popisu antén a jejich technickým parametrům. Součástí práce je vytvoření návrhu databáze pro katalogizaci RFID antén v mezinárodní laboratoři RFID, která je součástí VŠB- TU Ostrava. Práce zahrnuje i podrobný popis antén v laboratoři a následně statické testy vybraných antén.This bachelor thesis introduces antennas in the radio-frequency identification RFID (RadioFrequencyIDentification). At the beginning of thesis, basic knowledge of RFID systems is introduced. The next part is focused on a description of these antennas and their technical parameters. The thesis includes a database concept for cataloging RFID antennas in an international RFID laboratory, which is the part of VSB-TU Ostrava. Import 02/11/2016Prioritním cílem práce je zhodnocení finanční situace ADITUS CZ, s.r.o. prostřednictvím finanční analýzy ve stanoveném období let 2010 – 2014. Finanční analýza je provedena interně v rámci podniku. Po provedení analýzy se srovnaly dosažené výsledky s průměrem v odvětví pomocí spider analýzy. Závěrečné výsledky jsou přehledně shrnuty. Jejich prostřednictvím jsou vytvořeny návrhy a doporučení. Díky tomu lze považovat cíl právě za splněný. Závěrem byla poskytnuta zpětná vazba jednatelům společnosti, kterým byla předána samotná diplomová práce.The main objective is to evaluate the financial situation ADITUS CZ, Ltd. through financial analysis within the specified period 2010 - 2014. The financial analysis is conducted internally within the company. Spider analysis compared the results with values of industry average. Final results are summarized. They are created through the suggestions and recommendations. Thanks to this aim can be considered just as satisfied. Import 05/08/2014Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit návrhy a doporučení, sloužící k minimalizaci hrozeb a slabých stránek a k vyzdvihnutí silných stránek a možných příležitostí podniku. Teoretická část vysvětluje metody použité v praktické části. K dosažení cíle byla provedena analýza vnějšího prostředí společnosti, analýza mikroprostředí a analýza vnitřního prostředí. Dle výsledků praktické části bylo vytvořeno zhodnocení a doporučení. Výstupy práce byly předány spolumajiteli Hostince Penzionu Lhotka.The main goal of this bachelor’s thesis is to formulate proposals and recommendations, leading to minimizing of the threats and weaknesses, and to highlighting of the strengths and potential opportunities. The theoretical part explains the methods used in the practical part. To achieve the goal, there were used the analysis of the external environment, the micro-analysis and analysis of the internal environment. According to the results of the practical part the evaluation and recommendations were created. Vibrodiagnostic system

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o problematice detekce poruch ložisek projevujících se zvýšenou mírou vibrací a akustické emise. Úvodem se práce zabývá seznámením s běžnými poruchami vznikajícími na ložisku během provozu a negativními vlivy na stav ložiska. Práce seznámí čtenáře s~pojmy jako vibrace a akustická emise. Součástí práce je popis dostupných metod vyhodnocení signálu vibrací a akustické emise za účelem diagnostiky stavu ložiska a to v časové i frekvenční oblasti. V praktické části je vysvětlena koncepce vibrodiagnostického systému se zaměřením na životnostní zkoušku ložiska. Součástí praktické části je rozvaha volby hardware s~mezními parametry a popis software. Práce je doplněna tříděnou databázi se~zpracovanými tématy z~magazínu Orbit Bentley Nevada.Thesis discusses bearings failure detection that is manifesting with increased levels of vibration and acoustic emission. The first part of my work gives introduction to common disorders arising on bearings during operation and negative effects on the bearing condition. Further the thesis makes the reader familiar with the terms of vibration and acoustic emission. The work includes a description of available methods for signal evaluation of vibration and acoustic emissions in order to diagnose the state of the bearings in the domains of time and frequency. In the practical part is explained the vibrodiagnostic concept with focus on bearing endurance test. Part of this practical test is a balance sheet for hardware with marginal parametres and a software description. The work is complemented with sorted database of processed topics from the magazine Orbit Bentley Nevada.

Account Administration and Synchronization on Unix Systems

Import 11/07/2012Cílem této práce je vytvoření nástroje pro jednotnou a centralizovanou správu uživatelských účtů na UNIXových systémech v produkčním prostředí mezinárodní společnosti Tieto. Ve stávajícím prostředí není doposud žádný nástroj, který by centralizovanou správu umožňoval. Důležité je, aby podřízené systémy nevyžadovaly přímé spojení k centrálnímu prvku během ověřování při přihlašování uživateli na podřízené systémy. Nástroj bude postupně testován a poté integrován v produkčním prostředí společnosti.The main idea of this Thesis is the creation of a tool for the unified and centralized account management on UNIX systems in production environment of the international company Tieto. At the moment there is no tool, which allows centralized account management. It's important, that slave systems must not require direct connection to central management system during user login authentication process to slave systems. Impaired Deoxyribonuclease I Activity in Patients with Inflammatory Bowel Diseases

Background and Aims. Deoxyribonuclease I (DNaseI) is an endonuclease that facilitates chromatin breakdown and promotes susceptibility to autoimmune disorders. The aim of current study was to investigate serum DNase I activity in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD). Patients and Methods. A cohort of 110 IBD patients was evaluated, aged 35 ± 12 years, 77 with Crohn's disease (CD) and 33 with ulcerative colitis (UC). 50 SLE patients and 50 healthy blood donors were examined as control groups. Results. DNase I activity in IBD patients was significantly lower than in healthy individuals, but higher than in SLE patients (P < .0001). Patients with UC showed higher DNase I activity than CD patients, P = .21. DNase I activity in female patients with IBD was significantly lower than in males, P = .024; however, no differences in DNase I activity were found in relation to gender in healthy individuals. DNase I activity has shown a strong negative correlation with the serum concentration of anti-nucleosomal antibodies in the autoimmune (SLE + IBD) cohort, as well as in the separate IBD cohort. Conclusions. Reduced serum DNase I activity probably has pathogenetic consequences in IBD. Induction of autoantibodies towards nucleosomes could be a reflection of impaired DNase I activity
