STUDY OF THE FORMATION MECHANISM OF GAS HYDRATES OF METHANE IN THE PRESENCE OF SURFACE-ACTIVE SUBSTANCES

Досліджено вплив поверхнево-активних речовин на механізм утворення газових гідратів метану. Визначено значення критичної концентрації міцелоутворення (ККМ) розчинів дібутілфенола, обробленого окисом етилену (ДБ), а також синтанолів (ДС-10, ДС-20). Effect of mechanoactivated chemical additives on the process of gas hydrate formation

This study addresses the production of gas hydrate of methane with a high gas-hydrate-forming content in a solid phase in the isolated system at T=274 K and pressure of 5 MPa and presence of mechanically activated rocks close to the bottom of the chamber. We used mechanically activated samples of various degrees of grinding to increase an area of contact surface of heterogeneous phases. We carried out mechanochemical activation of materials in a vertical vibrating mill (VVM). In the study, we found out that formation of gas hydrates on activated aluminosilicates leads to the cryochemical synthesis of hydrocarbons, due to formation of additional reaction centers formed upon activation. This indicates a change in the mechanism of formation of GH during the process. We calculated three rate constants for the formation of GH of methane, which vary from 1.20×10-2 to 1.25×10-2 hour-1, based on semi-logarithmic anamorphosis. The study showed that formation of methane gas hydrates in presence of activated additives leads to formation of up to 5−6 % of ethane. Chromatographic method confirmed this. This indicates possibility of carrying out a low-temperature synthesis of higher hydrocarbons in the artificial production of GH, in contrast to the known mechanochemical transformations during the process of obtaining gas from gas hydrates.Досліджено вплив механохімічно активованих домішок на процес утворення газових гідратів метану. Залучення експерта до кримінального провадження

Procedural forms of using special knowledge in criminal proceedings have been considered. They are expert involvement, specialist involvement, participation of forensic expert or doctor in conducting examination of a person, demanding the findings of audits and inspections’ acts. Definition of an expert and forensic examination has been formulated. The nature of forensic expertise has been characterized; and the grounds of its appointment have been provided. Forms of involving experts into criminal proceedings have been analyzed. They include appeal of a party of criminal proceedings to an expert and appointment of examination’s conduction by an investigating judge or a court. It has been stated that the defense can involve an expert to criminal proceedings during the preliminary investigation by the way of: a) petition claiming the prosecution; b) independent involvement of experts on a contractual basis; c) application to the investigating judge with the request to involve experts. Unlike the defense, the victim may involve an expert to criminal proceedings merely by claiming the prosecution motion. Considering this the list of the rights of the victim to involve experts into criminal proceedings requires expansion. It is alleged that questioning of a forensic expert has to be also regulated during the preliminary investigation.Розглянуто процесуальні форми використання спеціальних знань під час кримінального провадження. Сформульовано визначення експерта та судової експертизи. Охарактеризовано сутність судової експертизи та наведено підстави її призначення. Проаналізовано форми залучення експерта до кримінального провадження. Ними є звернення сторони кримінального провадження до експерта та доручення йому слідчим суддею чи судом проведення експертизи.&nbsp

ОКРЕМІ ПИТАННЯ ВИКОРИСТАННЯ СПЕЦІАЛЬНИХ ЗНАНЬ У КРИМІНАЛЬНОМУ ПРОВАДЖЕННІ

The procedural forms of using special knowledge within criminal proceedings have been considered. They include the involvement of an expert, a specialist, the demand and receipt of findings of audits and acts of inspection. The definition of a specialist, expert and forensic expertise has been formulated. It has been noted that the term “a specialist” should be spread to those persons whom the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine contains an indication of their professional characteristics and whose special knowledge may be used during the conduction of procedural actions. The procedure of involvement of a specialist in criminal proceedings has been developed. The essence of a forensic expertise has been characterized; and the reasons for its appointment have been provided. The forms of involvement of an expert in criminal proceedings have been analyzed. Thus, they include the request of the party to the criminal proceedings to the expert and his authorization to conduct the examination by an investigate judge or a court. It has been alleged that during the pre-trial investigation a defense party may involve an expert in criminal proceedings by: a) filing a motion to the prosecution party; b) the independent involvement of an expert on contractual terms; c) requesting with the motion on the involvement of an expert to an investigating judge. The victim may on the contrary involve an expert in criminal proceedings only by filing a motion to the prosecution party. In this context, the list of victim’s rights while involving an expert in criminal proceedings needs to be expanded. It is also advisable to regulate questioning of a forensic expert during the pre-trial investigation.Розглянуто процесуальні форми використання спеціальних знань під час кримінального провадження. Сформульовано визначення спеціаліста, експерта та судової експертизи. Розроблено процесуальний порядок виклику спеціаліста для участі у кримінальному провадженні.
