Vertical Conveyer Categorisation
Vertikální dopravníky jsou neoddělitelně spjaté při používání ve výrobních a skladovacích procesech, hlavně díky specifickým vlastnostem.Vertical conveyor they are inseparably adherent on using in production and warehousing operation, because of specific character.
Laser welding of the abrasive steel
Práce vypracovaná v rámci magisterského studia předkládá návrh svařování plechů. Na základě literární studie problematiky svařování laserem byly navrhnuty optimální svařovací parametry. Materiál použitý k svařování - ocel Hardox 400 tloušťky 5 mm, u kterého byly v experimentální části provedeny technologické zkoušky a vyhodnocena geometrie svaru. Tyto svary byly srovnávány se svary zhotovené metodou MAG. Zařízení použité pro svařování je vláknový laser. This project, elaborated within the master degree presents plates welding. Based on the literature study the problems of laser welding were designed optimal welding parameters. The material, on which were in the experimental part test and geometry analysis performed was steel Hardox 400 with thickness 5 mm. These welds were compared with welds made by MAG. Equipment used for werding was fiber laser.
Schlingensiefs Animatograph
This work describes the long-term artistic project “The Animatograph” by Christoph Schlingensief (born 1960), who moves in various artistic fields as a film, theatre and opera director and as an action artist and fine artist. In accordance with the fluid limits of his work, both in terms of time and content, analogue to Schlingensief’s working method, a network of references is established around the description of “The Animatograph” and its several stations, which in the flow of Schlingensief’s projects make “The Animatograph” appear the decisive stage with which the artist opens up museum space for his work. This study is the first attempt to trace Schlingensief’s artistic path towards fine art.
The form of animatographic installation developed in recent years enables Schlingensief to integrate into a complete work earlier and current projects, as well as all the artistic fields in which he moves. With “The Animatograph” he not only conclusively found his way to museum space but also to his very own form of artistic expression which enables him to keep open experimental fields and escape traditional forms of art, also repeatedly in future, whether it be film, theatre, opera or fine art
Cobalamin in inflammation III — glutathionylcobalamin and methylcobalamin/adenosylcobalamin coenzymes: the sword in the stone? How cobalamin may directly regulate the nitric oxide synthases
Several mysteries surround the structure and function of the nitric oxide synthases (NOS). The NOS oxygenase domain structure is unusually open with a large area of solvent that could accommodate an unidentified ligand. The exact mechanism of the two-step five-electron monoxygenation of arginine to NG-hydroxy-L-arginine, thence to citrulline and nitric oxide (NO), is not clear, particularly as arginine/NG-hydroxy-L-arginine is bound at a great distance to the supposed catalytic heme Fe [III], as the anti-stereoisomer. The Return of the Scarlet Pimpernel Paper proposed that cobalamin is a primary indirect regulator of the NOS. An additional direct regulatory effect of the ‘base-off’ dimethylbenzimidazole of glutathionylcobalamin (GSCbl), which may act as a sixth ligand to the heme iron, promote Co-oriented, BH4/BH3 radical catalysed oxidation of L-arginine to NO, and possibly regulate the rate of inducible NOS/NO production by the NOS dimers, is further advanced. The absence of homology between the NOS and methionine synthase/methylmalonyl CoA mutase may enable GSCbl to regulate both sets of enzymes simultaneously by completely separate mechanisms. Thus, cobalamin may exert central control over both pro-and anti-inflammatory systems
Multi-Threaded Real-Time Video Grabber
Communication in general incorporates technologies with increasing number of communication modes. Special applications
are developed in the area of virtual reality, multimedia communications and others where combinations of audio, video, 3D data
are sent between two (or more) distant users which can commonly interact with these data. A form of so exchanged information
usually requires, among others, special forms of presentation. Thus stereoscopic and virtual reality visualization devices are
used to present intricately structured information in multi-modal form.
There are situations where the presented information is to be rendered in real-time and transmitted to the remote user in form
of a video-stream. In this case, the content is presented on a local visualization device (e.g. CAVE) being simultaneously sent
to a remote device. Thus a method how to obtain rendered data from graphics hardware in real-time is necessary.
The problem is, how to obtain the rendered data for transmission with minimal impact on the rendering and visualization
process. In this paper, we present a method how to retrieve video stream from an arbitrary running OpenGL application,
capturing every frame with minimal impact on performance

Recommendations for formats of 3D objects and corresponding metadata for the purpose of their sharing, presentation and preservation
The methodology presents recommendations for processing, management, sharing and export of 3D digital objects together with corresponding metadata structures suited for presentation and presentation of information objects resulting from digitization processes. These recommendations reflect needs of memory institutions and aggregated databases of cultural content and take into account the relevant legislation. The suitability of existing data formats of 3D models and related metadata is discussed especially from the perspective of their sustainability. The need for development of a suitable strategy of care for digital cultural heritage is discussed together with potential impacts of corresponding decisions and compromises taken. An attention is paid also to conditions for long term preservation of cultural artifacts in digital form
