Optimal artificial neural network configurations for hourly solar irradiation estimation

Solar energy is widely used in order to generate clean electric energy. However, due to its intermittent nature, this resource is only inserted in a limited way within the electrical networks. To increase the share of solar energy in the energy balance and allow better management of its production, it is necessary to know precisely the available solar potential at a fine time step to take into account all these stochastic variations. In this paper, a comparison between different artificial neural network (ANN) configurations is elaborated to estimate the hourly solar irradiation. An investigation of the optimal neurons and layers is investigated. To this end, feedforward neural network, cascade forward neural network and fitting neural network have been applied for this purpose. In this context, we have used different meteorological parameters to estimate the hourly global solar irirradiation in the region of Laghouat, Algeria. The validation process shows that choosing the cascade forward neural network two inputs gives an R2 value equal to 97.24% and an normalized root mean square error (NRMSE) equals to 0.1678 compared to the results of three inputs, which gives an R2 value equaled to 95.54% and an NRMSE equals to 0.2252. The comparison between different existing methods in literature show the goodness of the proposed models

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل نشاط وآلية عمل خلية معالجة الاستعلام المالي كهيكل متخصص في الوقاية من تبييض الأموا لوتمويل الإرهاب في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2005-2018. يتم هذا النشاط من خلال  تتبع أهم المهام التي قامت بها تلك الخلية منذ بداية عملها، وتحليل دورها في الوقاية من تبييض الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب وفقا لما توفر لدينا من احصائيات.توصلت الدراسة إلى أن خلية معالجة الاستعلام المالي، تلعب دورا مهما في الوقاية من تبييض الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب ‏في الجزائر من خلال تقنيتين أساسيتين: تقارير التصريح بالشبهة والتقارير السنوية السريةThis study aims to analyze the mechanism of the Financial Intelligence Processing Unit ‎ as a ‎specialized structure in the prevention of money laundering and the financing of ‎terrorism in Algeria. Evaluating the skill level of health sector workers Alia Saleh Hospital - Tebessa

تسلط هذي الدراسة الضوء على موضوع غاية في الأهمية، يتعلق بجانب من عمل الموارد البشرية بأي منظمة مها كانت صناعية، تجارية أو غيرها، عامة كانت أو خاصة، بل يتعدى الموضوع جانب الموارد البشرية للمنظمة، ليؤكد البعد الإنساني أيضا، ألا وهو موضوع المهارة. فنهدف من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة مستوى المهارة لدى العاملين بالقطاع الصحي وكانت دراسة الحالة بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية عاليا صالح بولاية تبسة. نركز في دراستنا هذه على اختبار فرضيتين الأولى مفاده وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مهارة العاملين بالقطاع الصحي بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية عاليا صالح، لصالح العاملين بالمؤسسة عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≤α)، أما الثانية فتتمثل فاختبار إمكانية وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مهارة العاملين بالقطاع الصحي بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية عاليا صالح بين الجنسين ذكور وإناث عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≤α). وقد خلصت الدراسة لنتائج هامة أبرزها أن العاملين بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية عاليا صالح يمتلكون مهارة مرتفعة الى حد ما، كما أن الدراسة أثبت وجود فروق مهارية لصالح العاملين الذكور بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية.This study sheds light on a very important topic related to the aspect of human resources work in any organization, whether industrial or commercial, public or private, but the topic goes beyond the human resources aspect to confirm the human dimension as well, which is the subject of skill. We aim, through this research paper, to study the skill level of workers in the health sector. The case study at the hospital was “Alia Saleh - Tebessa”.   The study concluded important results, most notably that the workers possess a fairly high skill in the Alia Saleh-Tebessa Hospital. The study also demonstrated the existence of skill differences in favor of male workers in the hospital institution

Deployment of AI-based RBF network for photovoltaics fault detection procedure

In this paper, a fault detection algorithm for photovoltaic systems based on artificial neural networks (ANN) is proposed. Although, a rich amount of research is available in the field of PV fault detection using ANN, this paper presents a novel methodology based on only two inputs for the training, validating and testing of the Radial Basis Function (RBF) network achieving unprecedented detection accuracy of 98.1%. The proposed methodology goes beyond data normalisation and implements a ‘mapping of inputs’ approach to the data set before exposing it to the network for training. The accuracy of the proposed network is further endorsed through testing of the network in partial shading and overcast conditions

The role of the entrepreneurial house in stimulating the entrepreneurial tendency among the second master’s students from the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences, University of Laghouat

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور دار المقاولاتية- من خلال ما تقدمه من خدمات: التكوين والتدريب، تعزيز القيم المقاولاتية، التحسيس والتوجيه- في تحفيز الميل المقاولاتي لدى عينة من 50 طالبا، من طلبة السنة الثانية ماستر بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة الاغواط. ولتحقيق ذلك تم الاستعانة بأداة الاستبانة لجمع المعلومات وتحليلها. ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة أساسية مفادها: أن دار المقاولاتية بالأغواط تلعب دورا مهما في تحفيز الميل المقاولاتي لدى طلاب السنة الثانية ماستر من خلال نشاط التحسيس والتوجيه فقط.      This study aimed to identify the role of the entrepreneurial house, by providing the services: training, entrepreneurial values, sensitization and guidance, in stimulating the entrepreneurial tendency of a sample of 50 master students at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of Laghouat. A questionnaire tool was used to collect and analyze information. The study reached a basic conclusion that: the Laghouat Entrepreneurial House plays an important role in stimulating the entrepreneurial tendency among second-year Master students through awareness-raising activities and guidance only
