Import 05/08/2014Diplomová práce se zabývá racionalizací procesů nákupu (částečně i struktury útvaru) v existující společnosti působící v automobilovém průmyslu. Práce vychází z reálného stavu a v ní navržená opatření zefektivňují proces navázání dodavatelsko-odběratelského vztahu výrobku (poptávkové řízení, výběr dodavatele, nominace) a dále pak zlepšení ve fázi sériové výroby. Navržené změny struktury nákupního útvaru tak, byly provedeny tak, aby struktura odpovídala současným trendům řízení nákupu. V práci jsou zmíněny možnosti spolupráce s dodavateli mimo EU. V sériové fázi jsou navrženy optimalizace materiálových toků od dodavatelů.The master thesis is dealing with a complete rationalization of the purchase dept.as well as all activities in a purchasing in a real company being a TEER 1 supplier in the automotive industry. The thesis is based on the real case and all improvements stated in the thesis concern not only the TtM activities (like RfQs, analysis and suppliers nomination), but also the OtD phase of a serial purchase. The structure of the dept. has been modified in order to meet the requirements. Except for the long-term key changes, the thesis is dealing with a possible cooperation with the suppliers outside the EU.345 - Katedra mechanické technologievýborn

Assessment of the Financial Situation in the Firm and Proposals to its Improvement

Tato diplomová práce hodnotí finanční zásituaci podniku a formuluje návrhy opatření na zlepšení na zlepšení v problémových oblastech. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní termíny, metody a ukazatele. Praktická část práce podnik charakterizuje a dále hodnotí jeho výnosovou situaci a finanční stabilitu na základě vybraných metod finanční analýzy. Interpretace výsledků je východiskem pro návrhovou část diplomové práce.This master´s thesis deals with the analysis of the financial situation of the manufacturing company and forms the steps to ensure the improvement in the identified problematic areas of the financial situation of the company. Interpretation of the results of the analysis is the key for making proposals of measures for an improvement in the problematic areas.

Ve svém návrhu podnikatelského záměru vycházím z teoretických poznatků, shromážděných informací, analýzy tržního prostředí a cíleného odvětví.The main topic of my bachelor´s thesis is to prepare an entrepreneurial project to run a company SolarDesign limited that will be dealing with production of the solar – technique pattern books. In my proposal of the entrepreneurial project I am getting out of theoretical knowledge, gathered information, analysis of market environment and the targeted branch.

Computer-supported Exploration of a Categorical Axiomatization of Modeloids

A modeloid, a certain set of partial bijections, emerges from the idea to abstract from a structure to the set of its partial automorphisms. It comes with an operation, called the derivative, which is inspired by Ehrenfeucht-Fra\"iss\'e games. In this paper we develop a generalization of a modeloid first to an inverse semigroup and then to an inverse category using an axiomatic approach to category theory. The Rationalization of Purchase in the Development and Serial Production

Import 29/09/2010Bakalářská práce se zabývá kompletní racionalizací nákupu (procesu i útvaru) v existující společnosti působící v automobilovém průmyslu. Práce vychází z reálného stavu a v ní navržená opatření zefektivňují proces navázání dodavatelsko-odběratelského vztahu ve vývojové fázi (TtM) výrobku (poptávkové řízení, výběr dodavatele, nominace) a dále pak zlepšení v OtD fázi výrobků. Je změněna struktura nákupního útvaru tak, aby odpovídala nejaktuálnějším trendům řízení nákupu. Kromě dlouhodobých klíčových změn jsou v práci zmíněny krátkodobé změny nákupu v době hospodářské recese. Z důvodu ochrany informací na přání společnosti nejsou uváděny žádné identifikační údaje, které by vedly k rozpoznání společnosti.The barchelor thesis is dealing with a complete rationalization of the purchase dept.as well as all activities in a purchasing in a real company being a TEER 1 supplier in the automotive industry. Except for the long-term key changes, the thesis contains also a study how to act in terms of purchasing during the economic turn down.
