PENGARUH MINAT DAN MOTIVASI BERWIRAUSAHA PEREMPUAN TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN USAHA MENJAHIT DI KOTA PAREPARE
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana minat dan motivasi perempuan dalam mengembangkan usaha menjahit.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu penelitian yang memberikan gambaran secara jelas dan sitematis mengenai data-data dan fakta-fakta yang ada di lapangan,seberapa besar pengaruh minat berwirausaha dan motivasi berwirausaha bagi perempuan dalam mengembangkan produktifitas usahanya di bidang menjahit di kota Parepare. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada kelompok perempuan yang menjalankan usaha sebagai penjahit.Teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan menentukan jenis data yang disesuaikan dengan pendekatan analisis yaitu data kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS 20.0.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan menjahit dipengaruhi oleh variable Minat dan Motivasi berwirausaha bagi perempuan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan usaha menjahit di kota Parepare,dengan demikian hipotesis pertama yang di ajukan bahwa secara simultan variable minat dan motivasi berwirausaha perempuan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan usaha menjahit di kota Parepare, bahwa secara parsial minat dan motivasi berwirausaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan usaha menjahit di kota Parepare. Penataan Ruang Terbuka Hijau Kawasan Kampus II Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Alauddin Makassar Di Kabupaten Gowa
Secara umum, kondisi eksistingruang terbuka hijau (RTH) yang terdapat di kampus II UIN Alauddin Makassar merupakan daerah hijau atau area RTH yang berkualitas cukup baik antara lain berupa jalur hijau pada median dan sempadan jalan utama. Dengan vegatasi peneduh yang ada dapat membuat suasana yang sejuk dan nyaman bagi pengguna khususnya para mahasiswa maupun pegawai kampus.di samping itu, tingakt polusi udara akan dapat dinetralisir oleh tanaman yang ada. Dalam hal ini diharapkan hutan kota dalam kampus ini dapat menyerap panas, meredam suara yang bising dari jalan-jalan di sekitarnya, mengurangi debu, memberikan estetika, membentuk habitat untuk berbagai jenis burung atau satwa lainnya. Hutan kota dapat berfungsi untuk perlindungan daripancaran sinar matahari lansung, hujan deras, angin, pemandangan yang kurang baik dan manfaatnya akan memberi keindahan sekitar kampus sehingga dapat dijadikan tempat rekreasi dan relaksasi, sebagai laboratorium alam untuk pendidikan dan penelitian. Kesimpulan akhir dari arahan pengambanganRTH kampus II UIN di bagi atas 4 segmen dan masing-masing segmen mempunyai fungsi dan penanganan tersendiri. Sebagai saran dalam rangka arahan pemanfaatan ruang terbuka hijau kawasan kampus II UIN Alauddin Makassar yaitu Perlu adanya pelibatan semua stakholder pemerintah, pihak kampus II UIN, pihak swasta agar berperan aktif dan ikut terlibat untuk melestarikan lingkungan kampus sehingga kepedulian terhadap ruang terbuka hijau dapat dirasakan secara menyeluruh
PENGEMBANGAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN ALUMNI DAN MAHASISWA FAKULTAS PERIKANAN DAN ILMU KELAUTAN UNIVERSITAS MUSLIM INDONESIA
Tingginya tingkat pengangguran dan pencari kerja dimasa pandemi sekarang, menuntut pemerintah untuk berperan dalam mengurangi tingkat pengangguran. Tingginya tingkat pengangguran dan pencari kerja dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti rendahnya jiwa kewirausahaan dikalangan mahasiswa dan alumni, kepercayaan diri dan motivasi, kedisiplinan mengenai waktu serta keterampilan manajerial dibidang bisnis masih kurang. Salah satu solusi untuk mengurangi tingkat pengangguran dan pencari kerja dimasa pandemi yaitu melalui pembinaan terkait program kewirausahaan. PPK merupakan program pengembangan kewirausahaan yang telah berjalan sejak tahun 2019, 2020 dan berlanjut sampai sekarang. Program PPK ini memasuki tahun ke III, dengan jumlah tenant 20 orang yang berasal dari 5 alumni dan 15 orang mahasiswa aktif yang sedang merintis usaha. Program Pengembangan Kewirausahaan (PPK) UMI bertujan untuk membangun unit layanan kewirausahaan yang professional, mandiri dan berkelanjutan, berwawasan knowledge based economy. Bidang usaha yang sedang berjalan saat ini adalah sektor jasa (jasa pengantaran wisatawan kebeberapa pulau di Sulawesi Selatan) dan sektor barang (usaha: aquaponikzizu, jajanan massipa, macakka, fresto bandeng dan bandeng tanpa duri serta usaha bakso daengku). Program Pengembangan Kewirausahaan Fakultas Perikanan dan Ilmu Kelautan Universitas Muslim Indonesia Tahun 2021 (tahun ketiga) telah terlaksana, dan berhasil membina empat (4) wirausaha baru mandiri dan tiga (3) usaha yang sudah dirintis sejak tahun 2020 yang siap beraktivitas dimasyarakat baik individu maupun kelompok dari tujuh jenis usaha yang dibina dengan jumlah keseluruhan tenant sebanyak 20 orang.

ABSTRACT
The high rate of unemployment and job seekers during the current pandemic, requires the government to play a role in reducing the unemployment rate. The high rate of unemployment and job seekers is influenced by several factors such as low entrepreneurial spirit among students and alumni, self-confidence and motivation, discipline regarding time and lack of managerial skills in the business sector. One solution to reduce the unemployment rate and job seekers during the pandemic is through coaching related to entrepreneurship programs. KDP is an entrepreneurship development program that has been running since 2019, 2020 and continues until now. This KDP program is entering its third year, with 20 tenants from 5 alumni and 15 active students who are starting a business. The UMI Entrepreneurship Development Program (PPK) aims to build a professional, independent and sustainable entrepreneurship service unit with knowledge-based economy insight. Current business sectors are the service sector (tourist delivery services to several islands in South Sulawesi) and the goods sector (business: aquaponikzizu, massipa snacks, macakka, fresto milkfish and milkfish without thorns and meatball business daengku. The Entrepreneurship Development Program of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Universitas Muslim Indonesia in 2021 (third year) has been carried out, and has succeeded in fostering four (4) new independent entrepreneurs and three (3) businesses that have been initiated since 2020 that are ready to carry out activities in the community, both individually and in groups. of the seven types of businesses that are fostered with a total of 20 tenants.

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Visioner Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP Negeri 12 Sigi
The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the effect of the visionary leadership of headmaster on teacher performance. The populations of this research are headmaster and all teachers with a total population of 39 people. Due to population was relatively limited, then to ensure the accuracy of the data, the author determined the entire member population is as the sample, using census method. The type of data in this study consisted of qualitative and quantitative data with the source used consisting of primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. To answer the research hypothesis, the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis; the results showed that visionary leadership headmaster significantly affect on teacher\u27s performance, with the value of the F-count amount 56.115 with a significance level of 0.000. When compared to the value of the F-count (56.115) with the F-table (1.84) at a significance level of α 0.05, it means that variable visionary leadership of headmaster which consists of the ability to determine the direction the organization (X1), understand the wishes of the people or consumers (X2), effected in activity and become a guide (X3) and be able to anticipate the future become an agent of change (X4) simultaneously significantly affect on teacher\u27s performance at SMPN 12 Sigi
PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR DINAS KEPEMUDAAN, OLAHRAGA DAN PARIWISATA KOTA PAREPARE
The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work environment on employee performance at the Youth, Sports, and Tourism Office of Parepare City. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, questionnaires, and observation. The population in this study amounted to 32 employees at the Office of Youth, Sports, and Tourism of Parepare City. The sampling technique in this research is saturated sampling. The sample in this study were 28 permanent employees and 4 non-permanent employees) at the Youth, Sports, and Tourism Office of Parepare City. The results showed that job satisfaction had a positive and insignificant effect on performance with a regression coefficient value of 0.340 and a probability value of 0.037 0.005. Partially job satisfaction also affects performance in terms of the t-count value of 2.189 t-table 2.045. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance with a regression coefficient value of 0.554 and a probability value of 0.003 0.005. Partially, the work environment also affects performance in terms of the t-count value of 3.226 t-table 2.045. Pengaruh Tingkat Pendapatan Dan Pemahaman Peraturan Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 (Studi Kasus Pada Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi Di KPP Pratama Bekasi Barat)
The COVID-19 pandemic has caused economic growth in Indonesia to contract to 2.07% (c-to-c), one of the things that support economic income in Indonesia is tax revenue, but the state tax revenues in 2018 - 2020 always declined and the realization SPT compliance of individual taxpayers at West Bekasi Small Tax Office has never been on target. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of income level and understanding of tax regulations on individual taxpayer compliance during the covid-19 pandemic. This study used quantitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and used 2 independent variables: income level and understanding of tax regulations and 1 dependent variable: Taxpayer Compliance. The population of this research was individual taxpayers at West Bekasi Small Tax Office using a non-probability sampling technique with a total sample of 103 samples by using the slovin formula. This study also employed Multiple linear regression analysis with computer assistance through IBM Statistics 26.0 software for Mac Big.Sur. The results of the study found that the level of income has an effect on taxpayer compliance by 46.6% and understanding of tax regulations has an effect on taxpayer compliance by 53.9%. The level of income and understanding of tax regulations together affect taxpayer compliance by 59.5% and 40.5% is influenced by other factors outside of this study
THE INFLUENCE OF COMPENSATION ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF COOPERATIVES AND SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES (SMES) GOWA DISTRICT
The purpose of this research is to determine whether compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at the small and medium enterprise cooperative office of gowa regency, and how much influence the compensation and indicators have.(wages,salaries,incentives and benefits). Against the performance of and medium enterprise cooperative office in Gowa Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative method through questionnaires, observation and literature study. As well as distributing questionnaires to employees of the small and medium enterprise cooperative office in Gowa Regency. Total population 42 people. Through the Slovin formula, a sample of 42 respondents was selected. Data obtained by distributing questionnaire (Questionnaire). The data analysis technique used simple linear regression which had previously been analyzed using, validity test, reliability test, t test, classical assumption test and determination test (R2). The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the small and medium enterprise cooperative office in Gowa Regency
The Dynamics of the Khalwatiyah Sufi Order in North Luwu, South Sulawesi
This paper discusses the dynamic of the Khalwatiyah Sufi Order in North Luwu, South Sulawesi. The type of research is qualitative. The research focuses were the dynamic between the leader (caliphs) and followers of the Khalwatiyah Sufi Order. The authors gathered data through library and field research. The techniques to obtain the data were observation, interview, and documentation. The instruments used were interview guidelines, writing instruments, and mobile phones to record audio and video data. The results showed that: 1) The absence of caliphs who guide and teach the Khalwatiyah followers; 2) The assumption of a Khalwatiyah follower said that today's society is modern material life; 3) The absence of regeneration of these Khalwatiyah followers; 4) The young people from the Khalwatiyah family attending tertiary institutions and following various social organizations, they are more likely to develop their organizations than follow the Khalwatiyah ritual. 5) The effect of the environment
