De diferencias, jerarquizaciones excluyentes, y materialidades de lo cultural. Una aproximación a la precariedad desde el feminismo y la teoría queer.

El artículo es un conjunto de reflexiones teóricas sobre las formas en que el hecho de la diferencia sexual (y cultural) cobra dimensiones de desigualdad implícita y explícita, así como genera un sistema de exclusiones, en el dominio del sentido social del trabajo. De ahí la importancia de incorporar la variable de género y las diferentes configuraciones de lo habitualmente considerado como cultural como categoría analítica, en los estudios sociales y políticos del trabajo, ya que introducir esta categoría puede posibilitar la transformación del concepto de sujeto histórico entendido tradicionalmente sólo como sujeto occidental masculino, y con esto producir una nueva conceptualización de lo social, incorporando la dimensión de la relación entre grupos sociales diferenciados, partiendo de que la relación entre tales grupos no es un hecho natural sino una interacción social construida e incesantemente remodelada, consecuencia y al mismo tiempo motor de la dinámica social. El concepto de diversidad, pues, es una categoría de análisis imprescindible, tanto para articular el de clase, etnia, género, sexualidad, nación o generación, como para permitir la revisión del mundo del trabajo como un conjunto de roles sociales excluyente, así como para trasformar el sistema de pensamiento o de representación que define culturalmente el mundo del trabajo como un sistema de exclusiones

Embryos, Unborns and Other Species. A Choreography of the Limits of Human Life

En este trabajo nos valemos del armazón teórico del posthumanismo como herramienta para indagar en los procesos de configuración de los límites de la vida humana. Para ello dirigimos nuestra mirada hacia tres dimensiones que, a nuestro juicio, están trazando la línea que designa los inicios de la vida humana: una primera dimensión morfológica, una segunda temporal y una tercera de carácter espacial. La primera de ellas respondería a la pregunta por la forma humana, la segunda haría referencia al cuándo y la tercera dirimiría el dónde de ese comienzo. Para rastrear la forma en que operan estos tres ejes proponemos el análisis de diversos materiales, principalmente textos legales e imágenes. Se trata en definitiva de indagar en todo un cúmulo de actores –humanos y no-humanos–, prácticas, discursos y relaciones que facilitan la emergencia de lo humano como tal y que al desaparecer de la narrativa acerca de los orígenes de la vida humana hacen que lo humano sea leído como algo dado, inmediato y no problemático.In this article we draw upon the theoretical baggage of posthumanism as toolkit to inquire about the processes that configure the limits of human life. To do so we focus in three dimensions that, according to our analysis, are delineating the boundary which settles the initiation of human life as such: the first dimension will consider the morphological aspects, the second the temporal ones and the third the spatial aspects. The first one, morphological, will answer the question about the proper human form, the second will refer to when does that human life start, and the third will consider the where takes place that initiation. To track down how those three axes operate we analyse various materials, mostly legal texts and images. We try, therefore, to pursue a whole array of heterogeneous actors –both human and non-human–, practices, discourses and relations that facilitate the emergence of the properly “human” as such. As this complex array of elements tends to be erased from the narrative on the origins of human life, “humanness” comes to be read as a given, something unmediated and a-problematic

Augmented and Virtual Reality to Enhance the Didactical Experience of Technological Heritage Museums

[EN] The way that the new generations approach cultural contents changed dramatically. The audiovisual language substituted traditional media. Museums face now an important challenge to survive as cultural referents in this new paradigm: the introduction of new audiovisual languages in their exhibitions and the provision of attractive online content. The work presents a case study of the use of augmented reality and virtual reality (AR/VR) in a technological heritage museum, with a double approach: on the one hand the development of AR to enhance the real visit to the museum; and on the other, the provision of VR to ease online visits to the museum for those that do not want to or cannot visit it. The results show that young visitors massively appreciate the use of these technologies. Using AR contents also contributes to the preservation of the original artifacts without damage. Furthermore, multimedia content provides some contextual information, improving the learning experience. Regarding the VR application, it is thought as a complement to the AR experience. Of differences, excluding hierarchisations, and materialities in culture: an approach to precariousness from the standardpoint of feminism and queer theory

El artículo es un conjunto de reflexiones teóricas sobre las formas en que el hecho de la diferencia sexual (y cultural) cobra dimensiones de desigualdad implícita y explícita, así como genera un sistema de exclusiones, en el dominio del sentido social del trabajo. De ahí la importancia de incorporar la variable de género y las diferentes configuraciones de lo habitualmente considerado como cultural como categoría analítica, en los estudios sociales y políticos del trabajo, ya que introducir esta categoría puede posibilitar la transformación del concepto de sujeto histórico entendido tradicionalmente sólo como sujeto occidental masculino, y con esto producir una nueva conceptualización de lo social, incorporando la dimensión de la relación entre grupos sociales diferenciados, partiendo de que la relación entre tales grupos no es un hecho natural sino una interacción social construida e incesantemente remodelada, consecuencia y al mismo tiempo motor de la dinámica social. El concepto de diversidad, pues, es una categoría de análisis imprescindible, tanto para articular el de clase, etnia, género, sexualidad, nación o generación, como para permitir la revisión del mundo del trabajo como un conjunto de roles sociales excluyente, así como para trasformar el sistema de pensamiento o de representación que define culturalmente el mundo del trabajo como un sistema de exclusiones.This article is an ensemble of theoretical reflections on the ways in which sexual (and cultural) differentiation takes on dimensions of implicit and explicit inequality while generating a system of different types of exclusion in the area of the social sense of labour. This makes it important to include the gender variable as well as the various configurations of what is usually considered cultural as an additional category for analysis in social and political studies done on labour. This is because by introducing this category, one can enable a transformation of the historical notion of a subject, understood traditionally only as a Western male, and thus generate a new view of what is social. This new view includes the dimension of the relationship between different social groups based on the notion that the relationship between these groups is not natural but rather a constructed and incessantly remodelled social interaction. It is both a consequence and a driver of social dynamics. Therefore, within the notion of diversity, it is an imperative category of analysis both for articulating class, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, nation or generation, and for enabling the revision of the sphere of labour as one of a set of excluding social roles. Rompiendo viejos dualismos: de las (im)posibilidades de la articulación

In this article we intent to reflect on the concept of articulation in its theoretical and political potential. In that direction we have been following its particular uses in the critics, both in Marxist and feminist traditions, to a monolithical political subject (particularly in the debates on the unity of the "Left" and the "fragmentary threat" of the Politics of Identity). Using as pretexts the works of Ernesto Laclau and Chantal Mouffe, Stuart Hall, Bruno Latour and Donna Haraway, we delimit the content of this theoretical artifact that intent to speak for the conformation of political practices and subjects as "moments of contingent closure" result of "partial connections"
