PENGEMBANGAN LEMBAR KEGIATAN SISWA KLASIFIKASI TUMBUHAN DENGAN MEMANFAATKAN SPESIMEN AWETAN UNTUK MELATIHKAN KETERAMPILAN PROSES PESERTA DIDIK KELAS X
Pembelajaran pada kurikulum 2013 menuntut peserta didik bersifat interaktif melalui pembelajaran berbasis pendekatan saintifik, antara lain: mengamati, merumuskan Pertanyaan, mengumpulkan data, mengasosiasi, dan mengomunikasikan yang dapat melatihkan keterampilan proses. Lembar kegiatan siswa klasifikasi tumbuhan merupakan lembaran-lembaran yang berisi serangkaian tugas dalam kegiatan mengamati spesimen awetan tumbuhan, mengelompokkan spesimen awetan tumbuhan ke dalam divisi yang tepat berdasarkan persamaan dan perbedaan ciri, dan mengomunikasikan hasil pengamatan yang telah dilakukan. Oleh karena itu, dikembangkan Lembar Kegiatan Siswa (LKS) sebagai panduan dalam kegiatan klasifikasi tumbuhan disertai dengan spesimen awetan yang dapat melatihkan keterampilan proses dengan tujuan untuk menghasilkan LKS klasifikasi tumbuhan berdasarkan validitas isi, susunan, dan tampilan; kepraktisan berdasarkan hasil pengamatan aktivitas peserta didik dan respons peserta didik; keefektifan berdasarkan tes ketercapaian indikator.
Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pengembangan dengan mengacu pada metode Research and Development (R&D) yang terbagi dalam tujuh tahap, yaitu: potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan informasi, desain produk, validasi desain produk, revisi desain produk, ujicoba produk, dan revisi produk. Tahap ujicoba pemakaian, revisi produk, dan produksi massal tidak dilakukan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yakni lembar validitas LKS, lembar validitas media spesimen awetan, lembar pengamatan aktivitas peserta didik, lembar angket respons peserta didik, dan lembar tes. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validitas LKS klasifikasi tumbuhan berdasarkan susunan, isi, tampilan LKS, dan kegiatan keterampilan proses mendapatkan persentase masing-masing sebesar 97,92%, 98,44%, 95,83%, 100%, dan 95,83% dengan interpretasi sangat layak; kepraktisan LKS klasifikasi tumbuhan berdasarkan aspek aktivitas keterlaksanaan peserta didik masing-masing sebesar 93,96% dan 90,83% dengan interpretasi sangat aktif dan respons peserta didik dengan persentase sebesar 85,71% dengan interpretasi sangat layak; keefektifan LKS klasifikasi tumbuhan ditinjau dari aspek ketercapaian indikator dengan persentase sebesar 96,67% dengan interpretasi tuntas. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKS klasifikasi tumbuhan dengan memanfaatkan spesimen awetan dapat melatihkan keterampilan proses mengamati, mengklasifikasi, dan mengomunikasikan.

Evaluasi Pembayaran Keuangan Siswa berdasarkan Penghasilan Wali Siswa menggunakan Metode Clustering K-Means
One of the problems that often occurs in school administration is the late payment of tuition fees. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the education payment process so that in the future the payment process can run in an orderly and disciplined manner. This study aims to create a cluster model for grouping student administration payments. This type of research is quantitative using the K-Means Clustering method to classify payment data based on 2 variables, namely the time of payment and the income of students' guardians carried out in private elementary schools in Semarang. The data used in this study is payment data for the 2019/2020 academic year, which totals 1,933 records, covering transactions from 419 students. Determining the number of clusters is calculated using the elbow method, the best clusters obtained from the data used are 3 clusters, namely clusters 0, 1 and 2. Our findings show that cluster 2 has the largest percentage of early monthly administration payments, namely 52.5%, the percentage is on time the highest was in cluster 1, namely 74.8%, and the highest percentage of late payments was in cluster 0, namely 28.6%. The results of the analysis show that the main factor for late payments is not the guardian's income but other external factors, as evidenced by the highest percentage of late payments in cluster 0, where the average income of student guardians is = 10,000,000
Perencanaan Rute Evakuasi pada Kasus Kebocoran Pipa Gas Alam dengan Simulasi Berbasis Computational Fluid Dynamic
Melting of metals generally used the energy source of natural gas which is flowed through a pipeline at high pressure. Production activities in companies that use these gases have high potential hazards because they can cause fires or explosions if not managed properly. This study aims to analyzed natural gas dispersion in the event of gas pipeline leak, determine assembly point and evacuation route map plan for workers in the event of emergency condition. Natural gas dispersion was simulated using Computational Fluid Dynamic Ansys Fluent. Results of simulation showed distribution concentration of natural gas indoors at leakage almost uniform with concentration between 5%-13,17%. At that concentration the mixture of air and natural gas has the potential to explode because it is in the range of natural gas flammability. The maximum natural gas concentration of 13.17% at a height of 12 m above the leak hole. Generated two points Assembly point based on the calculation of blast radius with total area of 58,500 cm2 and can accommodate as many as 65 workers.Keywords :CFD Simulation, Natural Gas Dispersion, Assembly point, Evacuation Rut
Suku Phyllanthaceae pada Rawa Bakau dan Tambak di Telang Asri, Kabupaten Bangkalan, Pulau Madura: Phyllanthaceae of Mangrove Swamp and Fishpond in Telang Asri, Bangkalan Regency, Madura Island
Madura island is known as a mixed deciduous forest area with dry seasons and limestone soil. The island has unique plant species compared to the mainland Java. However, most of the mangrove forest areas have been converted into ponds and housing. One of the remaining mangrove swamps is located at Telang Asri village, Kamal Subdistrict, Bangkalan Regency. Several species of mangroves have been reported here, along with other groups of plants from the Phyllanthaceae family, found numerously at the time of observation. In 1963, CA Backer and RC Bakhuizen van den Brink Jr. have already listed 16 species of Phyllanthaceae from Madura Island. Since then, the updated information on the Phyllanthaceae of Madura has not been available. Therefore, this study aimed to collect the members of Phyllanthaceae family in the mangrove swamp areas of Telang Asri village. The field study was carried out using the exploratory method, while specimen preparation was conducted in Herbarium Bandungense (FIPIA). In this study, seven species were collected from Telang Asri, namely Glochidion littorale Blume, G. zeylanicum (Gaertn.) A. Juss., Phyllanthus amarus Schumach. and Thonn., P. debilis Klein ex Willd., P. reticulatus Poir., P. urinaria L., and P. virgatus G. Forst
New distributional records of Cleome chelidonii L.f. and Cleome rutidosperma DC. (Cleomaceae) in Madura Island
Calcareous soil and dry climate are characteristic of Madura Island, located on the east coast of Java, Indonesia. The group of flowering plants that adapted to these conditions is the genus Cleome L. (Cleomaceae). In 1963, Backer and Bakhuizen van den Brink Jr. only listed three species of Cleome from Madura, i.e., C. aspera J.König ex DC., C. gynandra L., and C. viscosa L. Since then, the updated data on the genus Cleome of Madura is not provided yet. Therefore, this study aimed to provide updated information on the genus in Madura island. The botanical exploration was conducted at Bangkalan, Sampang, Pamekasan, and Sumenep in December 2019 to January 2020. The two additional species, namely C. chelidonii L.f. and C. rutidosperma DC., were reported for the first time in Madura. Both species were considered as the newly distributional record for the island. Cleome chelidonii was found in Gapura Tengah (Sumenep Regency), and C. rutidosperma was collected from Kamal (Bangkalan Regency). The botanical information on both species is presented, including the updated key to the Cleome of Madura Island. This study provides updated information on genus Cleome in Madura and reporting the existence of Cleome chelidonii and Clome rutidosperma from the island. The presence of both species was considered as a newly distributional record.
IDENTIFIKASI MOLEKULER DAN KARAKTERISASI MORFOLOGI KAMANDIN SAEBO, TUMBUHAN OBAT DARI PULAU MADURA
Kamandin Saebo merupakan tumbuhan obat yang digunakan oleh masyarakat Madura sejak dahulu kala. Secara morfologi, tumbuhan ini merupakan anggota dari suku Asteraceae, karena ditandai dengan adanya bunga tabung dan bunga pita, papus, dan buah longkah. Informasi terkini mengenai pemanfaatan sebagai tumbuhan obat sudah jarang diketahui dan keberadaanya cukup sulit ditemukan. Selain itu, Kamandin Saebo juga sulit diidentifikasi secara morfologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap identitas jenis tumbuhan Kamandin Saebo melalui pendekatan molekuler menggunakan sekuen DNA barcoding internal transcribed spacer dan karakterisasi ciri morfologi. Identifikasi melalui BLAST menunjukkan bahwa Kamandin Saebo merupakan anggota dari marga Glossocardia dengan persentase kemiripan sekuen sebesar 92.5%. Informasi lebih lanjut melalui karakterisasi morfologi menunjukkan bahwa Kamandin Saebo merupakan G. Leschenaultii (Cass.) Veldkamp. Jenis tersebut merupakan tumbuhan endemik yang berasal dari Pulau Madura
