    : This paper is a study of Islamic Political Thought. The philosophical approach and content analysis through several works of figures concerned was used. Thought from Muhammad Natsir was became the object, she is known as a nationally figure who has served as Prime Minister of Indonesia. This study aims to reveal patterns of his thought as a politician with International reputation. The result of this research found that Muhammad Natsir is a Muslim thinker who has written several books in many field of study. His writing mostly in the fields of religion, education and politics. These three field are integrated in his systems thinking. Researcher find synergy from his thoughts on these three field. Religion is a matter of life and death (ultimate), education is the most effective way to internalize the teachings of Islam, while politics is the power that can be utilized to actualize the teachings of religion in social life

    : This scientific work is a study of Islamic Political Thought. The approach used is the study of the Koran texts and tradition of the Prophet Muhammad as well as the historical facts that have been written by the historians of the Muslim and non-Muslim western writer. The object of study is the role of the Prophet Muhammad as head of state in Medina in AD 622-632. The results showed that the country that was built by the Prophet Muhammad is not the absolute monarchy as that developed in the world throughout human history, but the republic. It is evident that in addition to leading citizens heterogeneous religion and ethnicity, he was running a democratic government with indicator open deliberation or consultation, equality of citizens, social justice is equally without discrimination, respect for independence (HAM) in religion, life, thought, property rights and sosial security.     EFFICACY OF MRUDWEEKADI KASHAYA AND KALYANAKA GHRIT NASYA IN THE TREATMENT OF ALCOHOLIC ADDICTION (MADATYAYA)

    Madatyaya (Alcohol Withdrawal Syndrome) is a crucial problem in India, many people lose their life due to it. Madya (Alcohol) is when taken judiciously act like Nector but when used without restriction act like poison and creates symptoms of Madatyaya (Alcohol withdrawal Syndrome). It ruins our social mental and economic status. As a doctor it is our responsibility to help such alcohol addicts by counselling and treating them to recover from this addiction. It was with this intention that the disease Madatyaya has been chosen for the study.A study was conducted to access efficacy of ‘‘Mrudvikadi Kashayam & Kalyanaka Ghrita Nasyam’’. 50 patients of Madatyaya were selected in control group and 50 patients in trial group by random selection method. Control group was not given any medicine; however they were observed for 42 days for all parameters. Trial group patients received medications in the form of Gandharva Haritaki for the first 6 days followed by ‘Mrudvikadi Kashayam panartha’ in the dose of 80ml with Jala (water) in 2 divided dose, morning and evening after food for the duration of 42 days and Kalayanakaa ghrita Pratimarsha Nasya 6 drops in each nostril from day 7 for 42 days.  Gradation scale was used for the purpose of case taking; however at the time of statistical analysis Wileoxan test, Mann-Whitney test, Paired t-test, Unpaired t-test were used. It revealed that ‘Mrudvikadi Kashayam & Kalyanaka Ghrita Nasya’ is effective in Madatyaya. It significantly reduces the symptoms. Agnimandya, Aruchi, Hrullas, Chardi, Daha, Murcha, Gaurav, Kasa, Tandra, Atisweda, Daurbalya and Nidranasha. Both the groups showed better efficacy in alleviation of symptoms of Pralap, Parshwashoola, Trishna and Shirokampa.‘Mrudvikadi Kashayam’ is Balya, Rasayana agni deepana and srotoshodhaka and Pachana,  and the utility of Kalyanaka ghrita indicates its action on Manovahastrotas by empowering it. ‘Mrudvikadi Kashayam’ enhances the nutritional status of such alcoholic patients, also appetite and metabolism is increased due to its Deepan karma, which directly affects the Hb level in patients. As Pippali, Yashtimadhu, possesses Vishghna property, ‘Mrudvikadi Kashayam’ de-toxified the toxic effects of Madya on Liver thus helpful in lowering LFT values. In Madatyaya due to Madya along with Agni dhushti, Srotodushti is also a pathological change. Hence, to treat that Mrudweekadi Kashaya and Kalyanaka Ghrita was selected.

It increases the Haemoglobin value and lowers the LFT levels in the patients of Madatyaya.Mrudvikadi Kashayam is Balya, Rasayana and Pachana, and enhanced the nutritional status of such alcoholic patients.     Degradation of dangerous pollutant with photocatalyst under solar or visible light radiation was a brilliant solution for environment pollution complication specifically for waste of liquid. So, we found a efficient photocatalyst which works at under wide spectrum from solar radiation. We report the synthesis of tungsten oxide/ferric oxide (WO3/Fe2O3) composite material and study the role value of weight ratio loaded for Fe co-catalyst material to crystal structure, morphologhy and the material chemical composition from WO3/Fe2O3 synthesis. And then, the photocatalyst would be application to degradation of methylene blue dye under visible light illumination.The synthesis of the WO3/Fe2O3 was deposited by photodeposition method followed by spray deposition technique on the glass substrate for controlling its morphology and chemical composition. Wearable four variations of mass ratio as data variables to determine the role of variations in the mass ratio of Fe co-catalyst material. The variations are pure WO3 or without Fe additive, WO3 with Fe additve 2%, 4%, and 6%. The composite's microstructur and composition properties are characterized by SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope), EDX (Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy) and XRD (X-Ray Diffraction). Result showed, intensity from XRD's graphic has decrease each additive co-catalyst Fe, so could be influence at WO3/Fe2O3 crystal size. The more quantity of additive weight ratio co-catalyst Fe againts WO3 then the crystal size of thin layer would be smaller. And then from methylene blue photodegradation result, the decrease intensity of C/C0 concentration more faster and constant especially for 6% additive co-catalyst Fe. Then, the photodegradation sample has result more pure than 5 sample others

    Perkembangan teknologi multimedia telah menjanjikan potensi besar dalam merubah cara seseorang untuk belajar, untuk memperoleh informasi, menyusaikan informasi dan sebagainya. Multimedia juga menyediakan peluang bagi pendidik untuk mengmbangkan teknik pembelajaran sehingga menghasilkan hasil yang maksimal. Demikian juga bagi pelajar, dengan multimedia diharapkan mereka akan lebih mudah untuk menentukan dengan apa dan bagaimana siswa untuk dapat menyerap informasi secara cepat dan efisien. Sumber informasi tidak terfokus pada teks dari buku semata mata tapi lebih luas dari itu. Kemampuan teknologi multimedia yang telah terhubung internet akan semakin menambah nkemudahan dalam mendapatkan informasi yang diharapkan. Pengertian sparepart adalah suatu barang yang terdiri dari beberapa komponen yang membentuk satu kesatuan dan mempunyai fungsi tertentu. Setiap alat berat terdiri dari banyak komponen, namun yang akan dibahas komponen yang sering mengalami kerusakan dan penggantian. Ada beberapa komponen yang juga terdapat didalamnya beberapa komponen kecil, misalnya engine yang mempunyai komponen didalamnya yaitu fuel injection pump, water pump, starting motor, alternator, oil pump, compressor, power steering pump, turbochanger, dan lain-lain. Setiap sparepartmempunyai fungsi tersendiri dan dapat terkait atau terpisah dengan sparepart lainnya. Misal starting motor akan terpisah fungsi kerjanya dengan alternator, walapun secara tidak langsung juga ada hubungannya. Dimana alternator berfungsi untuk mengahsilkan listrik untuk mengisi aki (accu/batere), sedangkan starting motor berfungsi untuk menghidupkan engine dengan menggunakan listrik dari aki. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menghasilkan media pembelajaran pengenalan sparepart berbasis meultimedia interaktif. Selain materi utama disediakan pula kuis atau soal interaktif. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam pembuatan multimedia interaktif ini yaitu Adobe Flash CS3 dan perangkat lunak pendukung lainnya

    Kemampuan karyawan tercermin dari kinerja, kinerja yang baik adalah kinerja yang optimal. Kinerja karyawan tersebut merupakan salah satu modal bagi perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuannya. Dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang optimal, manajemen perusahaan perlu mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi tinggi rendahnya kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di CV. Tajir Care yang merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan panel listrik yang berlokasi di Surabaya Barat. Berdasarkan observasi peneliti, CV. Tajir Care memiliki masalah dalam hal penurunan kinerja karyawannya khususnya di bagian produksi yang dapat dilihat dari turunnya jumlah produksi dan meningkatnya tingkat absensi karyawan. Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja seorang karyawan, berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan adanya dukungan empirik maka peneliti membatasi faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dalam penelitian ini yaitu faktor motivasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Tajir Care Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 46 responden dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis yang dipergunakan adalah Partial Least Square [PLS] untuk mengetahui kausalitas antar variabel yang dianalisis. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa faktor motivasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dapat diterima atau signifikan (positif) Artinya, model konseptual yang dikembangkan dan dilandasi oleh teori hampir sepenuhnya didukung oleh fakta.     NEW SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC METHODS DEVELOPMENT FOR THE DETERMINATION OF OSELTAMIVIR PHOSPHATE IN CAPSULES BASED ON THE OXIDATION REACTIONS OF THE OLEFENIC DOUBLE BOND

    Simple, sensitive and selective spectrophotometric methods (M1 and M2) for the assay of oseltamivir phosphate (OP) through the olefenic double bond are proposed. Method M1 is based on the reaction of potassium permanganate to the olefenic double bond in OP and estimating the unreacted permanganate with fast green FCF (FGFCF). Method M2 involves the treatment of the olefenic double bond in OP with a Lemieux reagent (mixture of KMnO4 and NaIO4) and estimating the aldehyde formed with 3-methyl-2-benzothiazolinone hydrazone (MBTH). The color produced in M1 and M2 methods has maximum absorption at 620nm and 654nm respectively. Beer’s law obeyed in the concentration range of 4-20μg/ml and 4-12 μg/ml for method M1 and M2 respectively. The precision and accuracy of the methods are checked by the reported UV reference method. No interference was observed from the usually existing additives in pharmaceutical formulations and the applicability of the methods was examined by analyzing NATFLUE capsules containing OP. The both methods are found to be suitable for the determination of oseltamivir phosphate
