Background: Acute Interstitial nephritis is a common and reversible cause of Acute Kidney Injury, accounting for 15-27% of renal biopsies performed because of this condition. Its incidence has been increasing worldwide. By and large, drug-induced AIN is currently the most common etiology, with antimicrobials and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs being the most frequent offending agents. The hallmark pathologic features are interstitial edema, interstitial inflammation, and tubulitis with a predominance of CD4+ T lymphocytes and mononuclear cells, with variable numbers of eosinophils. Patients with AIN typically present with nonspecific symptoms of acute renal failure, including oliguria, malaise, anorexia, nausea, and vomiting and a high-suspicious index is necessary. A case is described of a 29-year-old Hispanic obese and diabetic female, who developed AIN after an average period of 2 years of omeprazole. The symptoms were mostly fatigue and anorexia. She had non-nephrotic range proteinuria with pyuria with a mean serum creatinine of 4.72 mg/dl. Eosinophils in urine were normal. Patient also tested positive for ANA, and initially lupus nephritis was in the differentials along with Focal segemental glomerulo-sclerosis due to obestiry. Renal biopsy showed severe interstitial inflammation with lymphoid cells, scattered neutrophils, and very rate eosinophils, ruling out FSGS and lupus nephritis. Omeprazole was discontinued, and Prednisone 60 mg daily were started. Renal recovery was total in 6 weeks post-steroid therapy. Steroids were tapered as the kidney function improved. Conclusion: Prompt recognition, elimination of the offending source of antigen and use of a limited course of steroid therapy are the mainstay of the treatment. This will result in complete resolution in ~ 65% of cases, partial resolution in up to 20%, and irreversible damage in the rest. Recent studies strongly suggest that early steroid administration (within 7 days after diagnosis) improves the recovery of renal function, decreasing the risk of chronic renal impairment

Citron-crested cockatoo (Cacatua sulphurea citrinocristata) is one of endemic bird which endangered in Sumba islands and protected by in law. The study was aimed to analyze the determinants factor of the captive breeding success of citron-crested cockatoo. The research was conducted in January-March 2018, in Mega Bird and Orchid Farm Bogor, Ragunan Zoo, Rahardjo Bird Farm Solo, and Cikembulan Zoo. Determinant factor of the captive breeding success of citron-crested cockatoo were analyze using PCA with SPSS 22 software. The main components which are important factors for captive breeding success of Citron-crested cockatoo were breeding techniques (feed, time of handling, the number of productive parent and capital), condition of citron-crested cockatoo cage (temperature and humidity) and human resources (duration time of the breeding and knowledge of the keeper)

A study is carried out to determine the metal content of zinc (Zn) and iron (Fe) in well water samples by AAS using a wet method of destruction through the addition of concentrated HNO3 as a solvent and forming acidic. The measuring the levels of zinc in the sample performed at a wavelength (λ) = 213 nm and measuring the levels of iron in the sample performed at a wavelength (λ) = 248.3 nm. The results obtained for the levels of zinc metal respectively are 0.3121 mg/L, 0.1175 mg/L, and 0.0478 mg/L, and iron metal levels are 0.394 mg/L, 0.546 mg/L, and 0.324 mg/L. These data indicate the metal content of zinc in wells water Pantoloan Village North Palu Palu district is still below the threshold value while the metal content of iron in wells near the sea (sampel B) is above the standard threshold value defined in the Rules of Ministry of Health Decree No. 492 /2010

Type of research used in this research was survey research in form of explanation (explanatory research). The samples used in this study were 58 nursing staff from Regional Public Hospital dr. Soegiri Lamongan. The sampling technique used was stratified random sampling by taking samples of employees from the Nursing Care Division of General Public Hospital dr. Soegiri Lamongan. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis using multiple linear analysis by t-test and F as hypothesis testing. The results showed the variable organizational commitment have an impact on the performance of nursing staff of 0,307, while variable organizational citizenship behavior has an impact on the performance of nursing staff of 0,730

Crude palm oil wastes in the form of fly ash is potentially use as filler for thermoset rubber because it contains silica. This study aims to increase the mechanical and morphological properties of thermoset rubber which filled with mixture of carbon black and fly ash with particles size screened to 700-800nm. Stearic Acid, MBTS and sulfur contents were used 1; 2; 3 phr (per hundred rubber), 0.5; 1; 1.5 phr and 0.5; 1.5; 3 phr respectively. Rubber mastication process performed by a roll mill at room temperature and roll speed of 20 rpm until the texture is smooth and soft, then added minarex as a plasticizer, nanofiller, and other additives, such as ZnO as an activator, stearic acid as a co-activator, as antidegradant TMQ, MBTS as an accelerator and sulfur as a curative agent. Rubber mastication performed by a roll mill at room temperature and roll speed of 20 rpm. The overall duration of the manufacture of compound ±45 minutes. Vulcanization process using a hot press at a pressure of 200 kgf/cm2 and a temperature of 150 oC. Results showed that increased levels of stearic acid, MBTS and sulfur is directly proportional to the tensile strength, but yield elongation at break are varied. The best thermoset rubber in this study were obtained on samples having content of stearic acid 3 phr, MBTS 1.5 phr and sulfur 3 phr with tensile strength values 19,05 MPa, 774.394 % elongation at break, hardness 52±5 shore A, abration 0,074 mm3/kg and 1,28% water absorption percentage

Interatomic Coulombic Decay as a New Source of Low Energy Electrons in slow Ion-Dimer Collisions

We provide the experimental evidence that the single electron capture process in slow collisions between O3+^{3+} ions and neon dimer targets leads to an unexpected production of low-energy electrons. This production results from the interatomic Coulombic decay process, subsequent to inner shell single electron capture from one site of the neon dimer. Although pure one-electron capture from inner shell is expected to be negligible in the low collision energy regime investigated here, the electron production due to this process overtakes by one order of magnitude the emission of Auger electrons by the scattered projectiles after double-electron capture. This feature is specific to low charge states of the projectile: similar studies with Xe20+^{20+} and Ar9+^{9+} projectiles show no evidence of inner shell single-electron capture. The dependence of the process on the projectile charge state is interpreted using simple calculations based on the classical over the barrier model
