Application of Geoelectrical Resistivity Imaging Technique for the Estimation of Soil Water in Universiti Putra Malaysia
This study describes the application of electrical resistivity imaging technique in the
estimation of soil water in UPM, Selangor, Malaysia. Electrical Resistivity Imaging
surveys have been conducted in order to locate, delineate subsurface water resources
and estimate its reserve. The resistivity imaging surveys carried out basically
measures and maps the resistivity of subsurface materials. A 2-D geoelectrical
resistivity technique was used. Resistivity measurement was carried out using an
ABEM SAS 4000 terrameter with electrode selector system. A Wenner electrode
configuration was employed. The field survey was conducted along thirteen profiles
providing continuous coverage. Colour-modulated sections of resistivity versus depth
were plotted for all lines, giving an approximate image of the subsurface structure.
The field survey was accompanied by laboratory work. Resistivity of soil samples
and groundwater was measured and the resistivity formation ratio was obtained. The
porosity and water saturation of the same samples were calculated. A relationship between the porosity and the resistivity formation ratio as well as water saturation
was established. The laboratory established relationship between moisture content
and resistivity; the porosity against resistivity formation ratio and resistivity
formation ratio against water saturation were used to estimate the volume of soil
water above the bedrock within the study area. The porosity values were contoured
and plotted. Depth to the bedrock for each line was obtained. A 2-dimensional and 3-
dimensional representation of the subsurface topography of the area was prepared
using commercial computer software. The use of the software also enabled the
computation of the amount of soil water above the bedrock within the area
investigated.

PENGEMBANGAN MODEL LATIHAN TEKNIK DASAR SEPAK SILA DALAM PERMAINAN SEPAKTAKRAW PADA ATLET USIA DINI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model latihan teknik dasar sepak sila dengan menggunakan model latihan yang benar dan tepat sehingga bisa menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development). Instrumen penelitian meliputi lembar kuesioner. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menemukan bahwa uji coba kelompok besar telah menemukan hasil yang sangat baik sehingga tidak dilakukan revisi produk. Rata-rata persentase nilai kuesioner pada uji coba kelompok besar sebesar 100 %. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa model latihan teknik dasar Sepak sila pada atlet usia dini yang dilakukan peneliti tergolong kategori sangat baik
Analisis Praktik Rahn Tasjily di BMT Al-Hikmah Semesta Cabang Kembang Ditinjau dari Fatwa DSN-MUI No.68/DSN-MUI/III/2008 Tentang Rahn Tasjily
This research began with implementing the rahn tasjily contract at BMT Al-Hikmah Semesta Kembang Branch which was the most popular among the surrounding community. This study aims to (1) determine the suitability of the practice of rahn tasjily (Pawning Securities) at BMT Al-Hikmah Semesta Kembang branch based on the DSN-MUI fatwa No. 68/DSN-MUI/III/2008 regarding rahn tasjily; (2) knowing the practice of rahn tasjily at BMT Al-Hikmah Semesta Kembang Branch. This type of research includes field research, this research uses descriptive qualitative methods, with data collection techniques using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results showed (1) the application of the cost of maintaining and storing marhun was determined based on the amount of the rahin's loan to the murtahin and the contract used was only the rahn contract; (2) recommendations or solutions that can be applied in the future that are by the DSN-MUI fatwa, namely by applying maintenance costs based on the ijarah agreement, where the contract is used for the cost of renting marhun storage. Other recommendations can also be determined based on the estimated value of the pawned goods or can also be determined based on the real needs required in the contract
Power generation by using piezoelectric transducer with bending mechanism support
This paper presents about power generation by using piezoelectric transducer with bending mechanism support. In this study, bending mechanism is developed by employing 3D printer technology. This 3D model is used as a support for a piezoelectric transducer during deflection or bending process. During deflection condition, stress that applied on the piezoelectric transducer will generate electrical energy. The 3D model helps the piezoelectric transducer to produce more voltage output. A finger press test used as evaluation method for the voltage output of the piezoelectric transducer. The experiment is tested by varying three different 3D model with the different diameter for the middle hole for each of the model. A round shape of the piezoelectric transducer with size of 50 mm in diameter is used to conduct the experiment. Thus, when the piezoelectric transducer placed on the 3D model with 0 mm in diameter of middle hole will producing 5.4 V voltage output. However, 3D model with 30 mm diameter of middle hole, the output increases up to 19.0 V. The output voltage for piezoelectric transducer reached its highest voltage when placed on the 3D model with middle hole of 40 mm which is 34.4 V. This bending mechanism can be used to increase the output of piezoelectric transducer as it applied underneath footstep tile at crowded area to harvest the energy produced from walking activities. The power generated can be used to power up various electronic devices

Data kasus COVID-19 di Indonesia berdasarkan informasi Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan COVID-19 per tanggal 12 Desember 2020 tercatat sejumlah 617,820 kasus terkonfirmasi positif dengan angka kesembuhan sebanyak 505,836 kasus dan 18,819 pasien meninggal, sementara di Provinsi NTB berdasarkan data pertanggal 10 Desember 2020, jumlah kasus terkonfirmasi positif mencapai 4.987 kasus dengan 144 pasien meninggal, sedangkan Kota Bima menyumbang 455 kasus positif dengan 13 pasien meninggal (Gugus Tugas COVID-19 Prov. NTB., 2020).
Persentase laki-laki pada kasus COVID-19 dengan kondisi parah dan kritis lebih tinggi daripada perempuan dengan persentasi kesembuhan yang maksimal terjadi pada kasus ringan (tanpa comorbid) dengan tingkat antibodi IgG lebih tinggi dan level IgM menurun secara bertahap ketika pasien dinyatakan sembuh (Hongyan et al., 2020).
Aspek kunci untuk membatasi penyebaran virus adalah memastikan diagnosa cepat dan akurat terhadap infeksi virus dan memberikan jenis karantina yang sesuai bagi pasien terinfeksi. Metode deteksi dengan qPCR atau sequencing sering gagal untuk mendeteksi infeksi virus jika pengumpulan spesimen tidak optimal. Hal ini dikarenakan viral load rendah pada stadium awal, viral load disupresi imun host atau sampel diambil pada tahap terakhir dari perjalanan infeksi (Na et al., 2020) sehingga diperlukan metode deteksi yang cepat dan akurat. Tes serologis diharapkan berfungsi sebagai pendekatan diagnosa yang lebih cepat ketika terdapat limitasi pada pemeriksaan asam nukleat dengan PCR (Fei et al. 2020). Hal yang perlu menjadi perhatian pada pemeriksaan berbasis serologi termasuk pada pemeriksaan COVID-19 adalah perlunya mempelajari respon imun yang terbentuk pasca infeksi virus yang kemungkinan berbeda pada setiap manusia (Yufang et al., 2020)
HUBUNGAN PANJANG TUNGKAI DENGAN KEMAMPUAN TENDANGAN SABIT DALAM OLAHRAGA PENCAK SILAT PADA MAHASISWA JURUSAN PENDIDIKAN JASMANI KESEHATAN DAN REKREASI (PJKR) FAKULTAS OLAHRAGA DAN KESEHATAN UNIVERSITAS NEGERI GORONTALO
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan antara panjang tungkai dengan kemampuan tendangan sabit pada mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga Kesehatan Dan Rekreasi (PJKR) Fakultas Olahraga dan Kesehatan Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yakni “Terdapat Hubungan antara panjang tungkai dengan kemampuan tendangan sabit pada mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga Kesehatan Dan Rekreasi (PJKR) Fakultas Olahraga dan Kesehatan Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat korelasi. Dengan desain terdiri atas 2 variabel penelitian yaitu Variabel X (Panjang Tungkai) dengan Variabel Y (Kemampuan tendangan sabit), Adapun sampel dalam penelitian yang ditetapkan adalah sebanyak 24 mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga Kesehatan Dan Rekreasi (PJKR) Fakultas Olahraga dan Kesehatan Universitas Negeri Gorontalo yang diambil secara Purfosive Sampling. Uji statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian ini adalah uji korelasi, dan Dari hasil pengujian menunjukkan rhitung (0,864) rtabel (404). Jadi ada hubungan variabel bebas dengan variabel terikatnya adalah signifikan. Dari data tersebut dapat menjawab hipotesis bahwa ada Hubungan antara panjang tungakai dengan kemampuan tendangan sabit pada mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga Kesehatan Dan Rekreasi (PJKR) Fakultas Olahraga dan Kesehatan Universitas Negeri Gorontalo
Analysis of Physical and Chemical Quality of PDAM Water in Teluk Ambon Baguala Sub-District
A study has been carried out on the analysis of the physical and chemical quality of PDAM water in the Teluk Ambon Baguala sub-district. The purpose of this study was to analyze the physical and chemical quality of water from the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) in Halong, Lateri, and Passo villages, including smell, taste, color, temperature, a total of dissolved solids (TDS), pH and hardness. The method used is the observation in the field at the time of sampling, then measurement and analysis in the laboratory. The results of the study indicate that the physical and chemical quality of PDAM water in the Teluk Ambon Baguala sub-district, which are smell, taste, color, total of dissolved solids (TDS), pH and hardness have met the drinking water quality standards according to the Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 492/Menkes/per/IV/2010
