Walaupun pada awalnya penyajian informasi di Perusahaantersebut masih sederhana, penulis berupaya meningkatkan pelayanan tersebutuntuk menghindarkan hilangnya data akibat kesalahan pengguna dan untukpenggunaan yang optimal sebaiknya pengguna mengetahui penyajian initerlebih dahulu
The individual and situational factors predicting unethical behaviour in the workplace: a direct and conceptual replication of Jones & Kavanagh (1996)
\ua9 2025 The Author(s). Published by Informa UK Limited, trading as Taylor & Francis Group.Intentions to act unethically in the workplace are purported to be driven by a number of situational and individual factors. Across two seminal vignette experiments, Jones and Kavanagh reported inconsistent effect sizes for manager and peer influence and locus of control, consistent significant effects for work quality and Machiavellianism, and consistent non-significant effects for gender. Using an innovative multi-site collaboration, the current Registered Report represents a direct replication of these experiments (N = 2218), and adds a longitudinal conceptual replication capturing self-reported unethical work behaviour (N = 1747). Both replications found a consistent small effect of having a more external locus of control and male identity, and a consistent moderate effect of machiavellianism, for increasing unethical intentions and behaviour. The situational factors, whilst consistent in direction with that of the original study, varied more substantively in effect size. Our results highlight the value of multi-site collaborations and different replication types in developing conceptual, methodological, measurement and theoretical clarity to ensure future works can progress more rapidly to minimize the negative impacts of unethical workplace behaviour and improve individual’s working lives. Pembuatan Ensiklopedia Cagar Budaya di Kota Sawahlunto Sumatera Barat
In this paper discussed about Making an encyclopedia of cultural heritage in the town of Sawahlunto. The purpose of this paper is to describe the process of creating the encyclopedia of cultural heritage in the West Sumatra town of Sawahlunto. The research methods used in this thesis paper writing is to use descriptive research methods and techniques of data collection was done through direct observation and interviews as well as libraries that use reading materials that are considered important. On the basis of discussion can be concluded stage of creation of Encyclopedia of cultural heritage in the town of Sawahlunto are as follows. First, the collection of data, conducted interviews with staff and observations related directly to the place of cultural heritage. Second, content design encyclopedia, before making a product, the author makes the draft form of the inside of the product that will be described in the form of a chart. Lastly, the manufacture of a product, based on the contents of the draft heritage encyclopedia, then the last step is the process of creating the encyclopedia of cultural heritage in the town of Sawahlunto West Sumatra Province as follows: (1) preface contains a couple of paragraphs that contain author credits to God Almighty, to parties who have been helping and giving support, the basis and purpose of prototype encyclopedias, hope, and accompanied with a , month, and year of the book made by the author. (2) the table of contents to find out what cultural heritage objects contained in the encyclopedia. (3) the content of the subject matter the book contains articles about cultural heritage objects that exist on the encyclopedia. (4) the index of the book is a list of important words or terms are arranged alphabetically in the backyard. (5) the front cover (cover) is a skin on the outside of the book that contains the title of the book, and is accompanied by some supporters of the image
Tension of Religious-Traditions and the Ideas of Women's Liberation in Dreams of Trespass’ Novel by Fatima Mernisi
This article examines a novel titled “Dreams of Trepass: Tales of a Harem” as the literature work represents Fatima Mernissi’s critical thought in fighting for gender equality. The research methodology used is qualitative approach with textual analysis method. Based on research findings, Fatima Mernissi narrates the women liberation discourse through literature works which is not entirely fiction for its rooted from Fatima Mernissi’s own experiences who originated from harem-living family. The work is a reflexive of reality, as well as an aspiration for the ideal future in terms of the equal roles and rights between women and men. It concludes, feminism critical thought’s Fatima Mernissi needs to put on the living context where the work was created and historical time on which recounted, namely related to Arabic culture and Islamic religiosity in the 20th century Morocco. In that period, the world was transiting from colonization era to the movement of global nationalism in colonized countries, including Morcco. Therefore, there is collision between tradition and modernity which influencing women’s thoughts and thoughts of women in regards of universal humanism values with religious interpretation on the Islamic holy Qur’an.</jats:p
PENGEMBANGAN KOMBINASI METODE ONE STEP REVERSE TRANSCRIPTASE-LOOP MEDIATED ISOTHERMAL AMPLIFICATION (RT-LAMP) DAN LATERAL FLOW DIPSTICK (LFD) UNTUK DETEKSI VIRUS PENYAKIT JEMBRANA
Jembrana disease is a viral disease in Bali cattle caused by a member of the
Lentivirus called Jembrana disease virus (JDV), causing an acute and severe disease
syndrome, even lead to death after a short incubation period. Since it is not only occur
in Bali but also has spread to other areas in Indonesia, an early detection technique
which can be applied simply but provides a specific and sensitive result is highly
required. Development of one step Reverse Transcriptase Loop-mediated Isothermal
Amplification (RT-LAMP) has been done and in this study it was developed by
involving the use of lateral flow dipstick (LFD) as a method of specificity assay of
the reaction and as an alternative to replace agarose gel electrophoresis for
amplification reaction analysis. Optimization of LAMP has been carried out using
pGEX-TM, a recombinant plasmid of pGEX-2T and env tm gene of JDV, showed
that the reaction is spesific, only amplify DNA target i.e. env tm gene of JDV. This
result was confirmed by the success of hybridization between LAMP amplicon and a
6-Fam (6-Carboxyfluorescein) labeled probe which was detected in the LFD up to
concentration 1 fg/ µl, equivalent to 1,52x102 molekul/µl copy number. This
technique gives a JDV positive result in organ samples of spleen, liver, lung and
tongue which derived from cattle experimentally inoculated JDV. LAMP reaction is
also sensitive, could amplifying the DNA concentration up to 0.1 fg/ul or 1,52x10
molekul/µl copy number, 100 time more sensitive than PCR which could amplifying
only up to 0.01 pg/ul 1,52x102 molekul/µl copy number. The optimal LAMP reaction
can be applied simply and shortly on one step RT-LAMP to detect the presence of
JDV in field samples of blood
