This study aims to identify and describe the implementation, supporting factors, and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Literacy Movement at SD Buttono Pao Public School for the 2022/2023 academic year. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach regarding the School Literacy Movement. This study involved four people as research subjects and focused on the implementation of educational policies in developing literacy at SDN Buttono Pao. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study are: (1) data collection; (2) data reduction; (3) Data presentation; (4) Drawing conclusions. The programs implemented by SDN Kuncio Pao, Gowa Regency in order to realize the policy of the school literacy movement are as follows: 1. Routine Program; 2. Incidental Program. Factors supporting the implementation of the school literacy movement are 1) Support from the school principal for carrying out literacy activities; 2) Social media (whatsapp groups); 3) There is financial support from students' parents (literacy infaq); 4) There is support from alumni and relations (book donations); 5) There is good commitment from the school principal and the school literacy team. The inhibiting factors for implementing the school literacy movement are 1) Some parents don't care about literacy activities; 2) Some of the students' parents do not have WhatsApp accounts, making it difficult for schools to provide information quickly; 3) Since 2022, the number of students at SDN Kuncio Pao, Gowa Regency has decreased; 4) Library room facilities are inadequate; 5) Policy implementers have other responsibilities (teaching and administrative obligations) so they cannot focus only on literacy activities

Efficient marketing can increase the profits of all the stakeholders involved. Profit increased at the farmer level will encourage the ability and motivation to manage the farm. This study aims to identify the benefits obtained by farmers, collectors, wholesalers, and purchasing units of exporters in the marketing of cocoa beans. This research was conducted through the survey using by Hayami Method. The results showed that: Profit received by farmers amount Rp314/kg was lower than those received by collectors amount Rp1,022/kg, wholesalers at Rp736/kg, and unit purchases at Rp2,826/kg. This was due to the cost of labor incurred by farmers, and the amount of Rp2,100/kg was higher than by collector's amount of Rp230/kg, the wholesaler's Rp12.5/kg, and the purchase unit Rp8.25/kg. Another factor was the price of production input costly (such as fertilizer dan pesticides), which was not followed by the increase in output price (cocoa beans) determined by marketers. The low productivity and quality of cocoa beans produced by farmers also affected low profit. The government must be able to control the purchase price of marketing actors, improve the knowledge and skills of farmers in the management of cocoa farms by establishing business groups/cooperatives, increase the role of farmer groups, and also to improve the internet infrastructure that supports the digital marketing of cocoa commodities. In today's age of globalization, especially with the advancement of information technology, human morality is increasingly alarming. At times like this the human condition will leave the scholars as a place to pick science. This is because the things that become problems can be resolved with proper exit. But we need to realize is not always accessible material that is true and can be accounted for, because it did not rule makers sites are the ones who want to mislead Muslims

Kata Kunci: Asas Lex Posteriori Derogat Legi Priori, Nasikh Mansukh  ABSTRACTThis study discusses the application of Asas Lex Posteriori Derogat Legi Priori and Nasikh Mansukh as well as identifying similarities and differences by conducting normative studies using a statutory approach and conceptuall. The legal materials used are primary, secondary and tertiary. The technique of collecting legal materials by making a research card is then analyzed. The application of the Lex Posteriori Derogate Legi Periori Principle includes two ways of repealing and changing the old legislation and then replacing it with the new regulation. The application of Nasikh Mansukh includes the abolition of laws and texts; the abolition of laws without text; unlawful removal of texts. The equation invalidates the old legal product and is replaced with the new legal product. The difference lies in who is authorized and how it is applied. Keywords: Lex Posteriori Derogat Legi Priori Principle, Nasikh Mansuk

Neural Based Tabu Search method for solving unit commitment problem with cooling-banking constraints

    Get PDF
This paper presents a new approach to solve short-term unit commitment problem (UCP) using Neural Based Tabu Search (NBTS) with cooling and banking constraints. The objective of this paper is to find the generation scheduling such that the total operating cost can be minimized, when subjected to a variety of constraints. This also means that it is desirable to find the optimal generating unit commitment in the power system for next H hours. A 7-unit utility power system in India demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed approach; extensive studies have also been performed for different IEEE test systems consist of 10, 26 and 34 units. Numerical results are shown to compare the superiority of the cost solutions obtained using the Tabu Search (TS) method, Dynamic Programming (DP) and Lagrangian Relaxation (LR) methods in reaching proper unit commitment

Alcohol is well known and well-studied to have addictive potential and causes or predisposes the consumer to various physical and psychological hazards.  The International Classification of Diseases and Health Problems 10th revision(ICD-10) defines alcohol dependence syndrome (ADS) as “a group of behaviour, cognitive and physiological phenomenon that develop after returning alcohol use and that usually include a strong wish to consume, difficulties in controlling its use, persist in its use despite harmful consequences, a higher priority given to alcohol use than to other activities and obligations, increased tolerance, and sometimes a physical withdrawal state”.  A person is said to be dependent on alcohol if he/she satisfy the above criteria for dependence.  According to theRelapse Prevention Model by Marlatt and Gordon's (1985) High-risk factors are the determinants of alcohol use. In this study, the researcher made an attempt to depict various types of high-risk situations found among the alcohol dependents in anundisclosed Deaddiction centre of Tiruchirappalli. High-risk situations are measured by using Inventory of Alcohol Taking Situation. Statistical analysis is done by using SPSS results are discussed in the full paper.
