ANTECEDENTS AND CONSEQUENCES OF COMMITMENT FROM COSTUMERS OF BCA FINANCE IN JAKARTA

The background of this study was the situations that customers loyalty in a crucial constructs in marketing area, especially in relationship management. The aims of this study was to analyze the influence of trust, information sharing, customer satisfaction against word-of-mouth referrals, marketing research support and increased repatronage intentions through commitment to customer of BCA Finance in Jakarta. The research design was applied to the customer of BCA Finance in Jakarta with purposive random sampling methods, the analysis of research method in this study was using the structural equation model method which use AMOS 8.0 program with 5% sampling error. Totally sample number in this was 257 costumers of BCA Finance in Jakarta. The results of this study conclude that trust, information sharing, customer satisfaction have a positive influence against word-of-mouth referrals, marketing research support and increased repatronage intentions through commitment. Pendekatan Sadd Adz-Dzari’ah Dalam Studi Islam

 This article discusses sadd adz-dzariah in Islamic studies. Sadd adz-dzariah is a method produced by previous ushul fiqh scholars in an effort to keep humans as fallen mukallaf from falling into damage. This is done by closing and blocking all the means, tools and wasilah that will be used for an act. This article concludes that in determining a legal goal that forbids to a goal, sadd adz-Dzari'ah has three main elements that need to be considered, namely: First, the goal or purpose that you want to be desired. If the goal is evil, then the path is forbidden, and if the goal is good then the way is obligatory. Second, the intention or motive seen from the point of view of the target. If the intention is to achieve what is lawful, then the law of the ingredients is lawful, and if the intention to be achieved is haram, then the path to take that path is also haram. The effect of acquisition synergy on firm performance moderated by firm reputation

Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the impact of the operating synergy, financial synergy and firm reputation toward firm performance in merger and acquisition processes. This study also examines how firm reputation moderates the impact of operating synergy and financial synergy toward firm performance. The object of this research are companies involved in mergers and acquisitions between 2010 and 2016. Design/methodology/approach: The purposive sampling method is used to select the research sample. The descriptive statistical test, outlier test and hypothesis test is used to analyze the data using e-eviews program. The study assumed Buy and Hold Abnormal Return (BHAR) as the performance to measure a successful acquisition, and the factors that have an impact on acquisition performance are taken as being operating synergy, financial synergy and firm reputation. Findings: The results of this study show that by maximizing the operating synergy and firm reputation, this can improve the BHAR of an acquisition event, and a firm will a weak reputation can strengthen the BHAR by maximizing the operating synergy. Practical implications: These findings will be very helpful to management to maximize their firm performance using merger and acquisition as their strategy and firm reputation as their intangible resources. Originality/value: This article provides a new insight of acquisition research as to how firm reputation moderates the impact of acquisition synergy to achieve firm performance.peer-reviewe

PENERAPAN TRANSFORMASI SUMUDU PADA PERSAMAAN KONSENTRASI OKSIGEN TERLARUT

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas mengenai penerapan transformasi Sumudu pada persamaan konsentrasi oksigen terlarut (DO) dengan reaksi kebutuhan oksigen biologi (BOD) orde satu dan orde 3/2. Transformasi Sumudu merupakan salah satu transformasi integral yang diperkenalkan oleh Watugala. Transformasi Sumudu memiliki beberapa sifat dasar yang identik dengan transformasi Laplace, yaitu sifat linearitas, konvolusi, turunan dan Laplace-Sumudu duality (LSD). DO merupakan parameter kunci untuk melihat kualitas air sungai. Pemodelan kualitas air sungai pertama kali dikembangkan oleh Streeter dan Phelps, yang menggambarkan perkiraan penurunan DO di sungai akibat dari BOD, dan dimodelkan dengan persamaan diferensial biasa orde satu. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan solusi untuk persamaan konsentrasi DO dengan reaksi BOD orde satu dan orde 3/2 menggunakan transformasi Sumudu. Untuk persamaan konsentrasi DO dengan reaksi BOD orde 3/2, solusi yang didapat tidak mengandung konstanta laju reaksi orde 3/2. Berdasarkan hasil uji data, didapatkan bahwa kandungan BOD pada sungai Babon dan Passaic semakin menurun dan untuk kandungan DO semakin meningkat seiring berjalannya waktu. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas air pada sungai Babon dan sungai Passaic semakin membaik.Kata kunci: transformasi Sumudu, DO, BOD.ABSTRACTThis study discusses about the application of Sumudu transform to the dissolved oxygen (DO) concentration equation with the reaction of biological oxygen demand (BOD) of first order and 3/2 order. The Sumudu transform is one of the integral transform introduced by Watugala. The Sumudu transform has several basic properties that are identical to Laplace transform; they are linearity, convolution, derivative and Laplace-Sumudu duality (LSD). DO is a key parameter to see the quality of river water. The water quality modeling of the river was first developed by Streeter and Phelps, which illustrates the approximate decrease of DO in rivers as a result of BOD, and modelled by the differential equation of first order. From this research that was found a solution for the DO concentration equation with BOD reaction of first order and 3/2 order using Sumudu transform. For the DO concentration equation with BOD reaction of 3/2 order, the solution found does not contain the rate reaction constant of 3/2 order. Based on the results of the data test, it was found that the BOD content in the Babon River and Passaic River is decreasing and the DO content is increasing with time. This indicates that the water quality in the Babon River and the Passaic River is getting better.Keywords: Sumudu transform, DO, BOD

THE INFLUENCE OF TEACHER PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCE AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE TOWARDS MOTIVATION AND PHYSICS LEARNING RESULT OF STUDENT AT XI IPA GRADE SMA NEGERI 1 WATANSOPPENG

This research is expost facto which aims to determine the influence: i) the teacher pedagogical competence towards physics learning result; ii) emotional intelligence towards physics learning result; iii) the teacher pedagogical competence towards achievement motivation; iv) emotional intelligence towards achievement motivation; and v) achievement motivation towards physics learning result. The populations in this study were all students of XI IPA SMAN 1 Watansoppeng as many as 175 students. The process of collecting data using questionnaires and tests of physics learning outcomes that have been tested empirically. Data of the research result were by using analysis method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with technique of Analysis of Moment Structural (AMOS). The analysis procedure is performed with descriptive analysis and inferential analysis, factor analysis and verification of structural model AMOS. Through the model can be concluded that: i) the teacher pedagogical competence doesn’t have positive direct influence and significant toward physics learning result; ii) emotional intelligence doesn’t have positive direct influence and significant toward physics learning result; iii) the teacher pedagogical competence has positive direct influence and significant toward achievement motivation; iv) emotional intelligence has positive direct influence and significant toward achievement motivation; and v) achievement motivation has positive direct influence and significant towards physics learning result. PENGARUH PELATIHAN, KOMPENSASI DAN DISPLIN KERJA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA CV ZULFA TAILOR SURABAYA

ABSTRAK Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan unsur terpenting dalam perusahaan karena perannya sebagai subyek pelaksana kebijakan dan kegiatan operasional perusahaan guna mencapai prestasi kerja yang maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan, kompensasi, dan displin kerja terhadap pretasi kerja CV Zulfa Tailor Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan CV Zulfa Tailor Surabaya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode linear berganda, uji kelayakan model dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan program SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan secara positif terhadap prestasi kerja karena semakin tinggi tingkat pelatihan pada karyawan maka akan semakin tinggi pula tingkat prestasi kerja. Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara positif terhadap prestasi kerja karena semakin tinggi diberikan kompensasi maka tidak berdampak terhadap prestasi kerja. Displin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara positif terhadap prestasi kerja karena semakin tinggi tingkat displin kerja makan akan semakin tinggi pula tingkat prestasi kerja CV Zulfa Tailor.
